Fishing Boat
Held for Illegal Fishing in Jose Dalman
On May 4, 2018 at about 2:35 PM, PNP personnel
of Jose Dalman MPS conducted seaborne patrol along the municipal seawater of
Poblacion Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Said team successfully apprehended one fishing
boat, color white, with boat markings ”Emmanuel” operated by certain Rolando
Oroc Dionsay Jr, 34 years old, married, a resident of Brgy. Taguilon, Dapitan
City for violation of Municipal Fishery Ordinance No. 005-008-2015.
The fishing boat was turned-over/referred to the
office of Municipal Fish Warden of Jose Dalman for determination of penalties
and for proper disposition.

Wanted Person Arrested in Dapitan City
On May 4, 2018 at about 10:00 AM, PNP Personnel
of Dapitan CPS in coordination with Dipolog CPS conducted manhunt operation at
Central Barangay, Dipolog City.
The police operation resulted in the arrest of
Reynaldo Pangcalan Sagario (Top 4 Most Wanted Person City Level), 60 years old,
married and a resident of Brgy Dawo, Dapitan City.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of
arrest issued by issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon of RTC 9th
Judicial Region Branch 7, Dipolog City for the crime of Rape. Three Counts
docketed under CC Nr 22199, 22200 and 22201 dated February 23, 2018 with bail
bond amounting to Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000.00) each. The case is
a violation under Article 266-A, PARA 2 of RPC.”
Arrest of
Wanted Person in Dapitan City
On May 4, 2018 at about 9:00 AM, Elements of
Dapitan CPS together with the personnel of PNP Maritime 9 conducted Joint
manhunt operation at Brgy San Vicente, Dapitan City.
The police operation resulted to the arrest of
Joel Lacquio Tano, 32 years old, single and a resident of the aforementioned
place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Hilaron Jonathan
G. Maagad of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City.
He was arrested for Violation of PD 1602
docketed under CC Nr 18136 dated April 23, 2018 with bail bond recommended fixed
at Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00.
Subject person arrested is now temporary
detained at Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
