Loose Fire Arms (Bilang Boga) in Labason
Be informed that at about 11:00 AM of May 2,
2018, Hon Jefe Laput, 45 years old, Brgy Chairman of Brgy Balas, Labason Zamboanga
del Norte, came and properly turned-over to Labason MPS his personal firearm
ARMSCOR, caliber .45 pistol with SN 1158548 including one (1) empty magazine.
Said
firearm was temporarily turned-over to Labason Municipal Police Station for
safekeeping pending renewal of expired firearms’ license. For Information.

The
operation resulted to the successful arrest of one PEDRO MAŇACAP y SUMAMBOD, 52
years old, married, caretaker, and resident of Sitio Tagaytay, Brgy Muňoz,
Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest, issued by Hon.
Reymar L Lacaya Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, branch 11, Sindangan,
Zamboanga del Norte with;
-Criminal
Case No. S-5229 for Statutory Rape in relation to RA 7610 dated November 17,
2015;
-Criminal
Case No. S-5187 for Rape in relation to RA 7610 dated October 20, 2015;
-Criminal
Case No. S-5185 for Statutory Rape in relation to RA 7610 dated October 20,
2015;
-and
Criminal Case No. S-5186 for Rape in relation to RA 7610 dated October 20,
2015.
Subject
was appraised of his constitutional rights. The said wanted
person rank number three (3) of the top 10 most wanted person in our Area of
Responsibilities. For Information.
Rape Suspect Arrested in Mutia
On or
about 5:20 PM of May 2, 2018, Joint Elements of Mutia MPS, San Fernando MPS and
Piñan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok 3, Brgy. Bonacao, San Fernando,
Bukidnon.
The
operation resulted in the successful arrest of Berson Agapay Sumagang, 56 years
old, married and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued
by Judge Yolinda C. Bautista of Br 9, 9RTC, Judicial Region, dated February 1,
2007 for the crime of Rape docketed under CC no. 13746 with no bail bond
recommended.
Arrested
wanted person is now temporarily detained at San Fernando MPS, Bukidnon PPO for
proper disposition.
