Accomplishment Report on the Arrest of Two (2) Wanted Persons

GODOD - Be informed that at about 9:30 o’clock in the morning of July 28, 2017, personnel of Godod MPS led by PSI ALEXEI AQUINO PALISOC conducted manhunt operation at BrgySarawagan, Godod, ZDN and successfully arrested ARNOLD ABAD ANGCO, 36 years old, married and REYMUNDO MANAYON DUSIG, 68 years old, married, both residents at the said place.Subjects were arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge OSCAR D. TOMARONG of 9RTC Branch 28, Liloy ZDN for the crime of “ATTEMPTED MURDER”, docketed under Criminal Case no. L-003177, dated July 5, 2017, with bail bond amounting to (Php120,000.00).Arrested wanted persons were detained at Godod MPS for proper disposition.For information.

Report on Found Dead Body

TAMPILISAN - Be informed that at about 5:15 o’clock in the afternoon of July 28, 2017, Tampilisan MPS received a report that a decomposing dead body of one PEDRO ABIL DELICANO Jr. 61 years old, widow was found at his house in BrgyBarili, Tampilisan ZDN. Immediately, personnel of Tampilisan MPS led by SPO4 Tomas C Dagondong Jr proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of the said report. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was living alone at his Nipa Hut. Accordingly, his son Sonny Boy Delicano visited that victim last July 23, 2017 and he noticed that his father was suffering illness and it seems looking unhealthy. Cadaver of the victim was brought to the barangay hall of said place for interment. The motive and cause of death is being determined since the MHO is still in the process of post mortem examination. Meanwhile, SOCO team was already coordinated to conduct and process onsite autopsy examination of the dead body of the victim possibly July 29,2017. For information.

Report on Robbery Incident

SINDANGAN - Be informed that at about 6:30 o’clock in the morningof July 29, 2017 one MA. MARFINA DINGLASA y PORSUELO, 49 years old, married, female, Filipino, teacher by occupation and a resident at Barangay Disud, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte reported to Sindangan MPS allegedly discovered that her house situated at Barangay DisudSindangan, ZN was entered by unidentified persons. Acted on the report PNP personnel of said Police station immediately responded to the reported incident on board on PNP marked vehicle Mahindra. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that on or about 4:30 o’clock in the morning of same date, she noticed that her master bedroom was already locked and when she opened the room she discovered that the aircon was already removed from each case. Upon verification, she noticed that her drawer was already opened and found out that her PRC ID, GSIS ID, PAG-IBIG ID, PHILHEALTH ID,other pertinent documents, two (2) pieces diamond ring, one (1) piece ruby ring, two (2) pieces gold bracelet, one (1) unit Asus laptop and cash money worth fifteen thousand pesos (Php 15,000.00) was missing with the total amount of items taken worth one hundred ninety-three thousand pesos (Php193,000.00) more or less. The suspect gained entrance and exit in the aircon case. Personnel of Sindangan MPS conducted hot pursuit operation for possible identification of the suspects. MANUKAN - Be informed that at about 10:03 o’clock in the morning of July 29, 2017, vehicular traffic accident transpired at National Highway Brgy. Don Jose Aguirre, Manukan ZN, involving Utility Van bearing plate number JVF 337, Engine number: D43A5916306, Chassis number: KMJFD37APSU158756, registered under the name of MARIBETH B. JAVELLANA of Minaog, Dipolog City driven by MELCHOR COLOT y CARA, 55 years old, male, married a resident of Brgy. Manawan, Gutalac ZN a holder of professional driver’s license JO197023953and the victim was identified as SOLIDAD ALMIROL ANDALAHAO, 65 years old, female, married, housewife and a resident of Sitio Lourdes, Brgy. Don Jose Aguirre, Manukan ZN. Initial investigation conducted by PO2 Martin MedillinCarcedo disclosed that the Utility Van wastravelling from Dipolog City going to Gutalac ZN and upon reaching at the place of accident particularly at the curve area, the driver lost control of his driven vehicle, bumped to a steel signage post along the shoulder of the road and hit a bystander/victim who was at the store at the time of the incident. The victim was stocked beneath the utility van.The concerned citizens in the area pulled out the victim and rushed to Manukan Medicare and Hospital but she was declared Dead on Arrival by the Attending Physician Dr. Nur-Hamir S. Ajijul. The driver voluntarily surrendered to Manukan MPS after the incident while the passengers of the Utility Van were unharmed. DIPOLOG CITY - Be informed that about 2:38 o’clock in the afternoon of July 29, 2017 one ARNEL AVILA y LACQUIO, 36 years old, single and a resident of Purok Riverside, Sicayab, Dipolog City came and reported to Dipolog CPS and alleged that his motorcycle was stolen by unidentified suspect/s.Initial investigation conducted disclosed that his 1 unit Suzuki Smash Pink with temporary plate no. 090112, Engine No. E472449865 and Chassis No. BE4DX626615 being parked at the outside Secret Fighter Lodging House located at Sta. Spot Report on Stabbing Incident

DIPOLOG CITY - Be informed that at about 1:00 o’clock in the morning of July 30, 2017, PO1 Jacinto S Cuizon, COMPAC Supervisor of Lalawan Outpost, Brgy Dicayas, Dipolog City reported at Dipolog CPS that a stabbing incident transpired at Relocation Site, Barangay Dicayas, Dipolog City. Initial investigation conducted by personnel of Dipolog CPS led by SPO4 Roel S Talaid- disclosed that at about 12:45 o’clock in the morning of same date the victim ARMANDO SUMANGAY y CASALAN, 33 years old, single, a resident of Purok Orchid, BrgyObay, Polanco, Zamboanga Norte after attending the wake of  his live-in partner at Relocation Site, Barangay Dicayas, Dipolog City, the victim together with his brother decided to go home at Barangay Obay, Polanco and while on their way home and upon arrival at the place of incident, suddenly a group of unidentified suspects attacked and clubbed the victim with a piece of wood while the other stabbed the victim. The victim sustained two (2) stab wounds: one on his abdomen and one on the back part of his body and was immediately brought to ZANORTE Medical Center Dipolog City for medical treatment. Report on Found Dead Body

DIPOLOG CITY - Be informed that on or about 3:40 o’clock in the afternoon of July 30, 2017, Hon. Felipa Obnimaga-Ganta, 52 years old, married and a resident Purok Manga, San Jose, Dipolog City came and reported at Punta Police Outpost that a lifeless body of one FERNANDO MASIGOT y QUIJANO,53 years old, single and resident of Purok Sampaguita of the same barangay was found near the rice field of Purok Sampaguita barangay San Jose, Dipolog City. Immediately, personnel of Dipolog CPS responded the

said report. Initial investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that at around 10:00 o’clock in the morning of the same date, the victim together with JoberLedona y Canseran, 44 years old, married and resident of Purok Sampaguita San Jose Dipolog City, having a drinking session at the Sari-Sari store owned by MarizaZamoras. At around 11:30 o’clock in the morning of same date, JoberLedona left the store while the victim was still drinking KulafuRhum. At around 12:10 o’clock in the afternoon, the victim who is already drunk left the store and go home and at around 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon of the same date, the lifeless body of the victim was discovered by the couple Margarita Halike and Gregorio Halike lying in supine position at the grassy portionnear the road and beside the rice field. The cadaver was brought to the house of his grandfather Agustin Halike situated at Purok Manga, San Jose, Dipolog City. GUTALAC - PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT ON JULY 29, 2017 AT ABOUT 3:55 PM, GUTALAC MPS RECEIVED A REPORT FROM HON. ALEXANDER LARANJO, BARANGAY CHAIRMAN OF IMMACULADA CONCEPCION, GUTALAC, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE THAT THREE (3) UNIDENTIFIED PERSONS ARMED WITH CALIBER .45 PISTOL AND SPEAKING IN BISAYAN AND MUSLIM DIALECTS ARRIVED AT THE HOUSE OF ELISIO SIGALA AT ABOUT 1:00 PM OF THE SAME DATE AND ASKING FOR FOOD. INITIAL INVESTIGATION DISCLOSED THAT THE THREE UNIDENTIFIED ARMED MEN WERE GIVEN FOOD AND ATE TOGETHER WITH THE SIGALA FAMILY. BUT PRIOR TO THEIR MEAL, ELISIO SIGALA SECRETLY ORDERED SOMEONE FROM HIS FAMILY TO REPORT THE MATTER TO THE PA/CAFGU DETACHMENT UNDER 13TH SFC, 6TH SF BN, SFR (A) SOCOM PA LOCATED AT BARANGAY SAS, GUTALAC, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE. AN HOUR AFTER, THE THREE (3) ARMED MEN LEFT THE SIGALA HOUSE BECAUSE THEY SUSPECTED THE PRESENCE OF S2 FROM PA/CAFGU OF SAS DETACHMENT IN THE AREA. WHILE ON THEIR WAY, THEY NOTICED THE PRESENCE OF PA/CAFGU IN PLAIN CLOTHES, THUS THEY IMMEDIATELY FIRED UPON THAT PROMPTED THE LATTER TO RETURN FIRE. Progress Report on Shooting Incident

DIPOLOG CITY - Further investigation disclosed that at around 5:35 PM of same date, PO3 Reybomariphel Agpasaand his brothersReymar and Fortunato Agpasa, both of legal age, married, and residents of Purok Parpagayo, Olingan, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte,were having a drinking session at the barbecue stall of Alfe Rendon-Rael beside the barangay road of said place. At around 7:25 PM of same date, the victim named Arnold Arias Legados, 40 years old, married, resident of Purok Ofisco, of same barangay, arrived in the area driving a passenger tricycle.The latter became engaged in an altercation with the three (3) brothers which led to a violent commotion. The victim ran towards the national highway but was chased by PO3 Agpasa who was armed with a handgun, together with Fortunato Agpasa who was also armed with a piece of wood.Upon reaching the intersection, the victim turned left and was shot once by the chasing suspect.The victim went inside the house of a couple named Jimmy and Bienvenida Escabarte and hid behind the front door of the house. Bienvenida went outside her house and saw PO3 Agpasa, without upper garment, and Fortunato Agpasa looking for the victim.She tried and failed to pacify and block the suspects.Fearful of the two brothers, she walked away from her house.When she was about40 meters away, she heard another gunshot from inside her house. Afterwards PO3 Agpasa went to the location of Bienvenida Escabarte and said in Visayan dialect the words - “Ayaw ug kabalaka te walay ray problema te”, then PO3 Agpasa left with a handgun tucked behind him. Thereafter, the family of the victim arrived at the house of Jimmy and Bienvenida Escabarte and discovered the body of the victim lying face down on the bamboo floor with a bloodied head. Minutes later, personnel of Rescue 117 arrived at the crime scene and brought the victim to Corazon Aquino Hospital for immediate medical attention.At around 8:40 PM of same date, the victim was pronounced dead on arrival by attending physician Dr. Fatima Molo due to cardio pulmonary arrest secondary to gunshot wound on fronto parictal area. Later on, Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) came to process the crime scene and took into custody one (1) empty shell, and one (1) curtain with blood stain of the victim. The cadaver of the victim is now interred at St. Peter funeral parlor in Padre Ramon St., Estaka, Dipolog City. A pursuit operation is being conducted by Dipolog CPS to arrest the suspects. GODOD - On or about 9:30 AM on July 28, 2017, personnel of Godod MPS led by PSINSP ALEXEI AQUINO PALISOC conducted a manhunt operation in Brgy. Sarawagan, Godod, Zamboanga Del Norte which resulted in the arrest of Arnold Abad Angco, 36 years old, married, and Reymundo Manayon Dusig, 68 years old, married both residents of said place. The duo was arrested by virtue of WOA for attempted murder docketed under CC No. L-003177 issued by Judge Oscar D. Tomarong of RTC Branch 28, 9th Judicial Region, Liloy, ZDN, dated July 5, 2017, with a recommended bail bond of Php 120,000.00. Said arrested wanted persons are detained at Godod MPS for proper disposition.

Shooting Incident

DIPOLOG CITY - Shooting incident had transpired at Purok Parpagayo, Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:30 PM of July 26, 2017. The victim identified as Arnold Legados Arias, 40 years old, married, a resident of Purok Ofisco, Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City and the suspects identified as PO3 Rebomariphel Quezon Agpasa, married, assigned at Josefina MPS, Zamboanga Del Sur Police Provincial Office, Reymar Quezon Agpasa, married and Fortunato Quezon Agpasa, married, both residents of Purok Parpagayo, Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte. The victim was brought to Corazon Aquino Hospital, Dipolog City while the suspects fled to unknown direction. Elements of Dipolog CPS are still conducting follow-up operation for the possible arrest of the suspects. Motive of the incident is still undetermined.

Stabbing Incident

DIPOLOG CITY - Stabbing incident transpired in front of the Bar St. Lounge and Grill Situated at Martinez St., Central Barangay, Dipolog City at about 2:45 AM of July 27, 2017. The victim was identified as Marvin Fernandez Ponce, 20 years old, single and a resident of Sitio Sta. Cruz, Sipolan, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte was stabbed by unidentified suspects. The victim was brought to Zamboanga Del Norte Medical Center for immediate medical treatment. BALIGUIAN - PNP elements of Baliguian MPS while conducting simultaneous checkpoint at the national highway of Brgy Poblacion, Baliguian, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 4:57 PM on July 26, 2017 was able to plugged down one (1) black rusi 125 mc with white and green combination, without plate number, with chassis nr rwclxpgax9920463 and engine nr rw154fmi 81900463, driven by Abdulbarry Tukalan Cailo, 32 years old, married and a resident of Pulang Lupa, Sirawai with back rider Fatima Kerante Cailo, 19 years old, married and a resident of Sitio Busicong, Brgy Sta Maria, Siocon. Upon verification of the motorcycles document and when the driver opened the u-box of the said motorcycle the police officer noticed a bundle of plastic and asked the driver to open which revealed crystalline granules believed to be shabu that prompted the elements to frisk said subject hence recovered another four (4) small sachets of suspected shabu and other various identification cards like COMELEC, MNLF and Barangay IDs. Both subjects are now detained at Dumingag MPS while waiting for filing of appropriate charges in court..

Siocon MPS identified the suspects as Francisco Caino Cajes, 47 years old and Edgardo Cuartocruz Silvestre, 45 years old, married, fisherman both residents of the above-mentioned place. Stabbing Incident

DAPITAN CITY - Stabbing incident transpired at Sitio Bacong, Brgy Taguilon, Dapitan City at about 10:20 PM on July 23, 2017, wherein victim was Danilo Seño Rio, 49 years old, male, widower and a resident of same place. The suspect was Tanyar Enoc, 20 years old, male single and a resident of Sitio Bacong, Brgy Taguilon, Dapitan City Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim and the suspect were in rivalry courting their female neighbor wherein both were under the influence of intoxicating liquor and they met on their way home and they exchange a word. Then the victim went to the store of Warlito Liquigan to buy cigarette, while the suspect went home and took a kitchen knife and follow the victim at the store and upon arrival, the suspect came from behind and stabbed the victim several times. Victim sustained stabbed wounds on his right abdomen, left chest, left lower chest, left armpit and on the left forearm and was brought to Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital for Medical treatment then further referred to Zamboanga del Norte Medical Center Dipolog City and in critical condition. The suspect was arrested by Warlito Liquigan -  Brgy Tanod and recovered from the possession and control of the suspect the kitchen knife measuring eleven (11) inches long including the handle as used in stabbed the victim. The suspect is now detained at Dapitan CPS pending filing of appropriate charges in court.

Cadavers Found

SAIYAN - On or about 11:00 AM of July 21, 2017, Brgy Chairman Albert Cuevas of Diongan, Saiyan, Zamboanga Del Norte, reported thru cellular phone to Siayan MPS that there was a two (2) dead body found at Sitio Tumanong, Diongan, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte.  Personnel of Siayan MPS together with augmentation of PPSC personnel and Rio Anadeo-Rural Health Unit (RHU) representative proceeded to the reported place to verify the veracity of said report but the Team was not able to reach the area due to heavy rain and subsequent flood. At about 12:00 PM of July 24, 2017, Brgy Captain Albert Cuevas reported to Siayan MPS that upon their arrival at the said place particularly at the house of the victims identified as Loreto Eyo Lintason, 57 years old, farmer and live-in partner Lostina Kinawalan, 55 years old both of same place. Investigation conducted disclosed that on July 18, 2017, Lostina Kinawalan celebrated her birthday and was last seen by their neighbor in the evening of said date. Three (3) days after, the neighborhood smelled something stinky which led to discover the two (2) cadavers inside victim house. Post mortem examination disclosed that Loreto E Lintason sustained two (2) stab wounds on the chest, and neck while Lostina Kinawalan sustained one (1) stab wound on her neck and one (1) slashed wound on the nape. Personnel of Siayan MPS conducted follow-up investigation to determine the motive and possible arrest of the suspect.

Rape Incident

SIBUCO - On or about 11:48 AM of July 23, 2017, Patricia Ponce Delos Santos, 35 years old, married, of Purok 5, Brgy Lunday, Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte appeared at Sibuco MPS and reported that at about 1:00 AM of July 4, 2017, his daughter Robilyn Ponce Delos Santos, 18 years old married, housewife of said place was rape by the suspect identified as Marnel Luna Delas Penas, 35 years old, married of same place. At about 12:00 PM of July 23, the suspect was arrested and subsequently turn-over to Sibuco MPS by personnel of Lunday Patrol Base led by CPL. Roderick Manera SF 13TH Company for the crime of rape. Initial Investigation conducted disclosed that the suspect was also known as Cocot Dela Pena who has pending Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Murder with docketed under CC. No. 632 issued by Hon. Oscar D. Tomarong, Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Br, 27, Siocon, ZDN with no Bail Bond recommended. His identity was revealed by Hon. Felipe Mabolo Brgy. Captain of Barangay Lunday and other residence thereat.  At about 1:00 PM of July 24, 2017, Sibuco MPS serve the warrant of arrest against the subject person and presently detained said station for proper disposition.

TAMPILISAN - Intelligence operative of Provincial Public Safety Company conducted Intel-driven Manhunt Operation at the vicinity of Barangay Galingon, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 3:00 PM of July 24, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Candido R Omilig, of legal age, married and a resident of Barangay Siawang R. T. Lim, ZSP by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest under CC No. I-6655 for Lascivious Conduct (Sec 5 B, RA 7610) and Criminal Case No. I-6654 Rape by Sexual Intercourse issued by Presiding Judge Vicente S De La Plaza II Branch 36 RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. Arrested subject person is presently detained at R. T. Lim MPS for proper disposition.

2 Suspects in Sindangan Shooting Nabbed

SINDANGAN - Two alleged suspects in the shooting in Poblacion, Sindangan was arrested during follow-up operation at Barangay Dapaon, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte at about 2:20 AM of July 23, 2017. Sindangan MPS identified the two suspects as Joseph Bepillo Embalsado, 27 years old, married, male, of Brgy. Awaan, Ayungon, Negros Oriental and Wilbert Montejo Abil, 26 years old, married, male, both Security Guard of Prince Hypermart under Perseus Security Agency and a resident of New Dapitan, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Recovered from the possession and control of Joseph B Embalsado were one (1) unit of caliber 9mm, Model M1911 A1-FS, Make ROCK Island Armory with serial number RIA1729497 with one (1) magazine loaded with five (5) live ammunitions without pertinent documents presented and one (1) unit Yamaha Crypton-Z motorcycle with plate number 7445 GL color black and used as getaway vehicle during the incident. Arrested Subject persons were presently detained at Sindangan MPS for filing of appropriate charges in court.

Carnapper Held in Checkpoint

MANUKAN - Operatives of Manukan MPS together with two members of CAFGU conducted random checkpoint along the National Highway of Barangay Villaramos, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:20 PM of July 24, 2017. This led to the apprehension of a man suspect in the motor napping incident transpired at Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City.  The suspect was driving a red Honda XRM, bearing plate number 6931 JK. He was identified as Christopher Lirasan Entoy a.k.a “Dodong”, 17 years old, single, a resident of Brgy. Saluyong, Manukan. Further verification revealed that the driver has an existing Warrant of Arrest. Immediately, said person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Rogelio D Laquihon, Presiding Judge of RTC – 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City for Attempted Murder dated March 30, 2017 with CC No. 21408 with Bail recommended amounting to one hundred twenty thousand pesos (Php120,000.00). ROXAS - Be informed that at about 9:30 o’clock in the morning of July 21, 2017, personnel of Roxas MPS together with SPO1 Richard C Suasula, PO1 Romeo J Awit Jr. and SPO4 Adolfo A Morales from PHAU,DPRM in coordination with Cordova MPS, Cebu conducted manhunt operation at Brell Fast Food, Poblacion, Cordova, Cebu and arrested GEODENIS PANLIMA, 28 years old, single and a resident of Barangay Labakid, Roxas, Zambo Norte,  Top 2 MWP (Municipal Level), by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon, Branch 7 Dipolog City dated December 7, 2015 for Violation of Sec 5 (b) of R.A. 7610 docketed under Criminal Case No. 20099 with recommended bail of Two Hundred Thousand (P200,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Spot Report on Motor-Vehicular Traffic Accident

TAMPILISAN - Be informed that at about 7:00 o’clock in the morning of July 21, 2017 a concerned citizen called Tampilisan MPS and reported that a vehicular traffic accident transpired at the National highway of Brgy Poblacion, Tampilisan ZN, particularly near at Tampilisan Rural Health Unit wherein Vehicle 1 describe as red Mirage G4 GLX 1 with plate no. ACU5362 driven and owned by Aubrie Jane Cayacap Luchana, 33 years old, single, teacher and a resident of Purok Sampaguita, Poblacion, Tampilisan, ZN was accidentally bumped by Vehicle 2 describe as BAJAJ CT110 Kawasaki Tricycle, no plate no. attached driven by Lorenzo B. Luzon, 47 years old, married, Barangay Councilor, a resident of Barangay Sto. Niño, Tampilisan ZN. Acted on the said report, responding personnel of Tampilisan MPS proceeded to the area of accident to verify the veracity and to conduct initial report thereat. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that vehicle 1 was traversing to Tampilisan Central School and upon arrival at the place of accident, was accidentally bumped by Vehicle 2 which was also bound to said school, loaded with student-passengers. Subsequently, upon the sudden impact of the said accident, one of the passengers identified as Rejean Dumucol, 16 years old, Grade 9 student, and a resident of Barangay Lumbayao, Tampilisan, ZN, fell down to the cemented road that cause minor injury to her head.  Said passenger was immediately brought to Ipil District Hospital, Ipil ZSP for medical treatment and was recommended to be forwarded at Zamboanga City for higher medical attention, while both drivers fail to present driver’s license and other documents, which prompted the responding team to impound their vehicles at Tampilisan MPS for proper disposition. Caracol, Salug ZN, listed in the link diagram of drug personalities of Salug MPS and a surrenderer of PDB. Confiscated from his possession and control were : a) 1 pc small heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline granules believe to be shabu marked with BB-GAT-1-07-21-17 as drug buy-bust evidence; b) 4 pcs of One Hundred Peso Bill with serial number T987026, FW112425, KF256228 and CU660258 and Two (2) pcs fifty peso bill with serial numbers SE187327 and ZY125681 marked with BB-GAT-2-07-21-17 as marked money; c) 1 pc small heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline granules believe to be shabu marked with BB-GAT-3-07-21-17; d) cash money amounting to Php 470.00 in different denominations marked with BB-GAT-4-07-21-17; e) 1 wallet color black/brown marked with BB-GAT-5-07-21-17; and f) 1 unit black NOKIA cellphone with battery and sim card inserted marked as BB-GAT-6-07-21-17. SINDANGAN - Be informed that at about 2:15 o’clock in the morning of July 23, 2017, Sindangan MPS received a cell phone call from Erlindo Cabalan Bayawa Sr, retired BJMP of legal age, male, married, Filipino and a resident at Brgy Poblacion, Sindangan, ZDN, that there were wounded persons seeking assistance in their house for they were allegedly shot several times by one of the security guard of Prince Hypermart, Sindangan Branch particularly at the National Highway of Poblacion, Sindangan, ZDN at about 2:00 o’clock in the morning of same date. Immediately, personnel of Sindangan MPS led by SPO2 Carolyn B Ubas proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival in the house of the reporter, the victims were immediately brought to Sindangan District Hospital for immediate medical assistance and were identified later as: a) Joeymart Marata y Pableo, 21 years old who suffered gunshot wound at his left leg, b) Joaquin Jalluren y Barala, 20 years who later discovered that he also suffered a gunshot wound at his left leg; and c) Ethan Fyke Telebangco y Mocoy, 15 years old, all single, male, and all residents of Sta. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that Vehicle 1 was plying from Municipality of Labason going to  Gutalac Mnplty while Vehicle 2 also travelling from Gutalac Mnplty going way to Municipality of Labason that upon reaching at the place of accident, Vehicle 2 was travelling with one (1) active headlight which is the right portion of the truck and when about to overtake two (2) single MC also plied subsequently going to Labason Mnplty but when he exceeded the first single MC and tried to overrun the second single MC, he could not able to take back his right lane of the road when vehicle 1 was approaching from opposite side of the said road. There and then, collides each other which resulted to both vehicles encourage damaged and the passengers of vehicle 1 sustained injuries different parts of their bodies. SERGIO OSMEÑA - Be informed that at about 7:00 o’clock in the morning of July 23, 2017, one Rowel Sanico, 40 years old, married, Filipino, Brgy Captain of Brgy Nazareth, Sergio Osmeña, Z.N reported to Sergio Osmeña MPS thru cell phone call that there was found dead at Dicayo river situated at Sitio Jerusalem, Brgy Nasareth Sergio Osmena, ZN. Acted on the report at about 9:00 o’clock in the morning of same date, personnel of Sergio Osmeña MPS composed of PO2 Reynante Obnimaga Bersales, PO2 David T. Diniay, PO1 Elbert C. Taata and PO1 Vincent Roy Palomares together with Antonio A. Lagod- RN assigned at RHC of said Municipality, proceeded to the said place to verify the veracity of the report. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that, the victim identified as ROSITO LUNTAYAO y ABILA Jr., 35 years old, married, Filipino and a resident of Sitio Jerusalem, Brgy Nasareth Sergio Osmena, Z.N together with his live-in partner identified as GLORIA BERINO y VELASCO, 40 years old, resident of same place did not return home since 12:00 noon of July 21, 2017, the daughter of Gloria identified as Christine Berino y Velasco, female, 20 years old, single also resident of aforesaid place reported and requested to their neighbor nearby identified as Gabriel Sanico y Floresa, Brgy Tanod, male, 27 years old, married, Filipino, also resident of said place to search the whereabouts. Further, that at about 9:00 o’clock in the morning of July 22, 2017 victim Rosito Luntayao y Abila Jr discovered by Christine Berino y Velasco and Gabriel Sanico y Floresa was found lying lifeless at Dicayo River located at Sitio Jerusalem, Brgy Nasareth, Sergio Osmena, Z.N. Victim sustained multiple hacked wounds on different parts of his body which believed to be caused on his death while his live-in partner Gloria Berino y Velasco is still missing as of this report. Drowning Incident

LILOY - Drowning incident occurred Barangay Dela Paz, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 1:20 PM of July 21, 2017. Initial investigation disclosed that the cadaver was found at the shoreline and identified as Salvador Bailosis Tipacia, 61 years old, widower a resident of the same place. Further investigation revealed that at around 1:00 PM of the same date subject person was seen by her niece at the house of Rolando Recanil and believed that their uncle was under the influence of liquor and accidentally fell at the water and drowned. Swindling Incident

DIPOLOG CITY - Swindling incident was reported by Jenelyn Magtagad Hidlao, 22 years old, single, sales lady of f1 Motor Parts Located At Quezon Avenue, Barangay Miputak, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte to Dipolog CPS, wherein at around 3:00 PM of July 20, 2017, an unidentified person appeared at f1 motor parts and asked them to change his cash into coins in the amount of four thousand (₱4,000.00) pesos. Lisa Young instructed the above-mentioned complainant to accompany him to fruits internet café to get the coins. When the suspect and Jenelyn arrived at the said internet café, she handed the four thousand (₱4,000.00) pesos bill to the suspect. The suspect went inside the internet café but left unknowingly. When Jenelyn check him inside the said café, the unidentified person is nowhere to be found.

Thievery Incident

DIPOLOG CITY - Thievery incident transpired at the residence of Jaime Casava Paler, 41 years old, single, a resident of Purok Lemon Grass Sitio Lobing Oguis, Brgy Galas, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte. Initial investigation disclosed that his black sling bag containing DBP ATM card, pag-ibig i.d. card, Punta National High School i.d. card, non-professional driver license and cash money amounting to forty thousand pesos (Php 40,000.00), which was placed over his bed was discovered missing. Said bag was taken by the suspect by way of using a coconut twig from the outside of his open window and reached and hooked the same. further investigation disclosed that a male person a certain lalay felipe a resident of same place, was seen by a habal habal driver identified as Gear Dugando, walking along the road adjacent from the house of the complainant at more or less 12:00 midnight of July 18, 2017 while carrying slinging a black sling bag. Rape Suspect Nabbed

MUTIA - A 66-year old farmer was arrested by Josefina MPS for raping a 11-year old Grade 3 pupil at Purok 3, Barangay Buenasuerte, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:10 PM of July 18, 2017. The suspect was Lolito Ando Soraniog, 66 years old, farmer, married, a resident of said place. The arrested subject person is presently detained at Mutia MPS for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person

DAPITAN CITY - Operatives of Dapitan City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Purok Mangga, Brgy San Vicente, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:00 PM of July 18, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Manuel Bagon Bagalanon, 71 years old, separated, male and a resident of the aforesaid place and listed in the weekly target acquisition of wanted person of Dapitan CPS. He was arrested by virtue of alias warrant of arrest issued by Acting Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon Of Rtc, 9th Judicial Region, Br. 7, Dipolog City for the crime of rape ‘’in relation to 7610’’ docketed under cc no. 8708 dated July 17, 2017 without bail bond recommended. Subject person is now temporarily detained at Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person

KATIPUNAN - Personnel of Katipunan MPS conducted man-hunt operation at Barangay Seres, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:00 AM of July 18, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Angelito Gindoy Aloy, 17 years old, and a resident of Barangay Seroan, Katipunan Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject person has pending warrant of arrest for the violation of R.A. 6539. docketed under cc# 20442 duly issued and signed by presiding Judge Hon. Rogelio D Laquihon Of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Bulwagan Ng Katarungan, Dipolog City with bail bond recommended amounted to one hundred eighty thousand pesos (php180,000.00). The arrested subject person is presently detained at Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.

Wounded Communist Terrorist Movements Members Held in Checkpoint

SINDANGAN - Combined PNP elements of Leon Postigo MPS, Sindangan MPS, Intel Branch of Zamboanga Del Norte PPO and military counterparts conducted checkpoint and intercepted two wounded patient coming from Barangay Tiogan, Leon B Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 3:43 PM of July 18, 2017.  The two wounded patients were on board two ambulance of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and believed to be member of communist terrorists that was previously encountered at Sitio Biwa, Titik Leon B. Postigo and Barangay Tinaplan Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte last July 16, 2017. Accordingly, on or about 4:30 PM of same date while the PNP team conducting checkpoint at the Junction Road Going to Tiogan, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte there was a convoy of ambulance of International Committee Of The Red Cross (ICRC) approaching to the checkpoint. the team flag down the two ambulances for verification and said ambulances carrying two wounded patient coming from Barangay Tiogan, Leon B Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte identified as Joseph Delfin Aradillos, 28 years old, single, farmer, of Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur with gunshot wound at his back and the other one Jun-Jun Anta, 18 years old also with gunshot wound below his chest and believed to be member of communist terrorists that was previously encountered at Sitio Biwa, Titik Leon B. Postigo and Barangay Tinaplan Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte last July 16, 2017. The PNP team immediately escorted the two ambulances going to Zamboanga Del Norte Provincial Hospital for the medication of the two suspected Communist Terrorist Movements.
