Service of
Search Warrant in Liloy
On May 12, 2018 at about 5:00AM,. Personnel of
Liloy MPS served a search warrant at Brgy Patawag, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte
against Federico Oriola Guyo, male, married, 49 y/o and incumbent Brgy
councilor and now running for the position of Barangay Chairman of said
Barangay.
Subject was arrested by virtue of SW issued by
Judge Kathia C. Adasa Santiago of MCTC Liloy dated May 11, 2018 for illegal
position of FAs.
Confiscated during the search were the following,
to wit:
One (1) unit homemade shotgun;
One (1) unit of improvise magazine of shotgun;
Twenty-three (23) pcs of live ammos of shotgun;
Two (2) units of cal .38 revolver with no brand
with SN 10224 and the other Cal .38 has no SN with
eleven (11) pcs of live ammos.
Arrested person and the confiscated items were
brought to Liloy MPS for proper disposition.
Stabbing
Incident in Sibutad
Stabbing incident transpired at Brgy Sipaloc,
Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 5:00PM of May 13, 2018 wherein the victim
identified as Ronilo Elumbaring y Ig-agao, 46, and a resident of Brgy Calilic,
Sibutad and the suspect identified as Giovane Bagatua y Lauque, 30 yo and a
resident of Brgy Minlasag, Sibutad .
Investigation conducted disclosed that while the
victim was sitting at the waiting shed situated at the aforementioned place the
suspect arrived, without any words, grabbed the empty bottle beside the waiting
shed, and beat the victim’s head and when the bottle was broken, it was stabbed
to the victim several times hitting the hands of the latter.
Victim sustained injuries was brought to Sibutad
Municipal Hospital for medical treatment while the suspect was arrested and now
detained at Sibutad MPS for proper disposition. Motive of the incident is
personal grudge.
Robbery/Shooting
Incident in Godod
Robbery incident transpired at Sitio Lusaran,
Poblacion, Godod Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:47
PM of May 12, 2018.
Investigation conducted disclosed that Elmer
Andelis, Arlene Powe Villaruz Cheryl Pua Villaruz and Jessie Pua Villaruz while
on their way to Barangay Bunawan, they were forcibly stopped by 5 armed men
wearing Bonnet. The perpetrator commanded them to open their U-Box of their
driven motorcycle and their bags then suddenly Jessie Villaruz was shot twice hitting
on his arm and waist.
When the suspects noticed the arrival of
Alejandro H. Babate and Arnie B. Simene onboard a motorcycle, the perpetrator
fired upon them.
The perpetrator carted away cash money amounting
to P26, 000.00 pesos more or less, 200 Australian Dollar, 18k Gold bracelet
with estimated value of P10, 000.00 pesos.
Victim Jessie Villaruz was immediately brought
to Godod Rural Health Unit and was forwarded to Dipolog City for immediate
medical treatment while further investigation were conducted to possible
identify and arrest the suspect/s. Investigator is SPO2 Elmer G. Galon with CP
# 0920-572-4419.
