Hacking Incident in Dapitan City
Be informed that at about 3:00 PM of May 09, 2018, SPO4 Jerry Sanggumay -CESPO informed Dapitan CPS that there was a hacking incident transpired at Purok Santan, Brgy Burgos, Dapitan City.

Upon the receipt of the said report, PNP personnel of Dapitan CPS led by SPO3 Noriel Bagalanon proceeded to the above mentioned place to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival of the abovementioned place they able to confirm the report.

The victim was identified as IVY BALASI y Omandam, 47 years old, single with live-in partner and a resident of Purok Santan, Brgy Burgos, Dapitan City. The suspect was identified as RICARDO FALCONETE y Daganasul, 30 years old, male, single and a resident of Purok Santan, Brgy, Burgos, Dapitan City.

Initial investigation conducted by PO2 Nick Quimiguing, disclosed that at around 2:50 PM of May 09, 2018, while the victim was searching her bolo outside their house, he asked the suspect if the bolo was kept by him. However, the suspect denied and got angry and immediately without apparent reason hacked the victim with the used of curve bolo hitting on her wrist.

After the incident, the suspect fled away from the crime scene but later arrested by the responding PNP personnel. The suspect believed under the influence of liquor. The victim was brought to ZANORTE Medical Hospital for medical treatment while suspect was brought to Dapitan CPS for filling of appropriate charges in court. For Information.

Report on Robbery Incident in Leon B. Postigo
Be informed that at about at about  6:00 o’clock in the morning of  May 10, 2018 Juanito Bagasina Sr. y Serdan, alias “Nitoy” 64 years old), Filipino, male,  married Sanguniang Bayan Secretary of Leon B. Postigo, a native and a resident of Poblacion, Leon B Postigo ZN. He appeared and reported to Leon B. Postigo MPS that on or about 5:00 o’clock in the morning of May 10, 2018 that upon waking up, he discovered that his Government issued cell phone Oppo F3 plus which was placed at the chair near his head while sleeping at their sala was missing.

He further reported that when he looked at his bedroom, he also discovered that the jealousy blades of the window were already detached.

Further, upon his verification, his Government issued 14-inches ASUS Laptop which was placed inside the back-pack bag that was placed in the bed and his Driver’s License with a cash money of seventy pesos (P70.00) which was placed inside his wallet that also place at the pocket of his long pants hanged at his bedroom’s door were also missing.

Acted on the said report, the PNP personnel of Leon B Postigo MPS led by SPO3 Eusebio M. Cabual together with PO2 Al-lito P. Postigo and PO3 Reynald G. Estoconing left Station and proceeded to the residence of the victim, Juanito Bagasina.

The police operatives found out that the said house was covered with a concrete/steel perimeter fence, however, the front steel gate can easily be opened.

Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the said residential compound of Juanito Bagasina was believed to be entered by unidentified person using the front gate and detached the four (4) glass blades of the jealousy window of his bedroom wherein the said window has no protective grills.

As assessed, the cell phone Oppo F3 plus 14-inches ASUS Laptop and his Driver’s License with a cash money of seventy pesos (P70.00) were missing and carted away by the suspect utilizing the window and the easy open steel gate as his exit.

The incident believed to happen between 12:00 midnight to 3:00 o’clock in the morning of May 10, 2018. Personnel of said police station is still conducting investigation and pursuit operation for possible identity and arrest of the suspect.  For Information.

Report on Suicide Incident in Polanco
Be informed that at about 8:40 AM of May 10, 2018, Hon Napoleon Imperial Jr. Brgy Kagawad of Brgy San Pedro, Polanco ZN informed to Polanco MPS through cell phone call that there was a suicide incident transpired at the said place. Acted on the report, PNP personnel of Polanco MPS composed of PO2 Ervin Velasco and PO1 Roberto D. Paner together with Rural Health Officer Mr. Antonio Cadimas proceeded to the place of incident onboard LGU ambulance.

Upon arrival to the place of incident disclose that the victim identified as one Juletaverci Pasculado Calinacion, 39 years old, married and a resident of the above mention place was found dead at her house.

Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim has a psychological disorder as per record of Rural Health Unit this municipality and were living at her house together with her 3 years old son.

Accordingly, about 5:00 AM May 10, 2018 the victim attempted to commit suicide by slicing his left pulse and was prevented by his sister Jenalyn Pasculado and immediately brought the victim to the Health Unit for medication.

At about 9:00 AM more or less while they already return home Jenalyn Pasculado glance inside the house of her sister thereat she saw the victim already hanging lifeless using a rope of a hammock tied on the wooden trusses. The victim was now in the custody of her family.  For information.

Subject: Arrest of Wanted Person in Piñan
The PNP personnel of Piñan MPS led by led PO3 Randy Bulay-og Asuncion, PO2 Randy Andag Elopre and PO1 Eduardo Lacaya Flores successfully arrested the suspect/accused identified as Jhunrey Rendoque Y Ayawan, 29 years old, single, at Upper Gumay of Piñan municipality, ZaNorte at about 8:35 p.m of May 10, 2018

The operation was conducted thru an intelligence driven operation under LOI 03/11 (TF Manhunt Charlie) with the assistance of Barangay Information Network (BIN) and Eye in the Barangay (EIB).

He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for Violation of Section 5 (i) R.A. 9262 docketed under CC no 18495 duly  issued and signed by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquijon of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City on September 24, 2013 with recommended bail in the amount of PHP24,000 for his temporary liberty.

After the arrest, the above accused/suspect was fully informed of his constitutional rights under the Miranda Doctrine and Anti-torture Act. For information.

Report on Alarms and Scandal in Jose Dalman
Be informed that on May 10, 2018 at 6:50 o’clock in the evening, one Mylajane Ramos Y Mascardo, 41 years old, married, a Rural Health Employee and a resident of Sigamok, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte appeared to Jose Dalman MPS and requested for police assistance. The report regarding the allegedly certain ROLANDO DUMOLOP y TOMONGCO, 40 years old, married and a resident of said place, under the influence of liquor becomes unruly and created trouble at their barangay.

She further stated that the suspect uttered threatening words to them saying “Patyon Ta ka”, pointing his fingers to the complainant.

The incident happened at 6:00 o’clock in the evening same date at Brgy. Sigamok, Jose Dalman, ZN.

Acting of the report, PNP personnel said station led SPO2 Fritz Gaco Abuso responded the incident and successfully arrested the suspect, brought to and detained to Jose Dalman MPS for proper appropriate charges in court. For Information.

Violators of R.A. 9165 arrested in Dipolog City
The joint intelligence of operatives of the City Drug Enforcement Team (CDET) and Dipolog CPS led by PSI ALEXIS M BAHUNSUA–Chief Intelligence together. The operation participated also by Zamboanga del Norte Philippine Drug Enforcement Team (ZNPDEA) led by Agent Beau Faith E. Ortezuela and ZNHPG conducted drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Biasong, Dipolog City particularly at Zamoras Street corner Herera Street on May 11, 2018 at about 12:10AM.

The joint police operatives successfully arrested one JOSEPH ELI ANTHONY ABUCAY y MONTES “Alias Bogirot”, 30 years old, Date of Birth  April 3, 1988, Fisherman, single, grade 3 and a resident of Barangay Estaka, Dipolog City , the suspect previously arrested for violation of R.A. 9165 “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”, SLT.

Confiscated from the possession and control of the accused were:
eleven (11) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu placed inside the plastic container color maroon,
-Five Hundred Peso (Php 500.00) bill bearing serial number BZ098588 as buy-bust money,
-Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos [Php 920.00] in different denominations as proceeds money,
-One (1) pc disposable lighter color blue,
-One (1) piece Star mobile cellular phone with battery & SIM card color gold.

Also declared in the presence of witnesses is the one (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, which was bought by the poseur buyer to the suspect as buy-bust evidence.

Estimated street value of confiscated drugs amounting to Six Thousand Pesos (Php 6,000.00).

Proper inventory, markings and body searched was done at the place of arrest in the presence of the witnesses Hon. Florenda R. Agustin - Barangay Kagawad of Biasong and Mr. Rosevelt Mondinido-Media representative.
