REPORTED INCIDENTS - November 1, 2016

Shooting Incident
DAPITAN CITY - Shooting incident has transpired at lawaan National Highway, Barangay Banonong, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte particularly in front of DSWD office at about 6:30 PM of October 31, 2016. The Dapitan City police Station identified the victim as Gold Kim John Tindo Ombrero aka sito, 14 years old, single a resident of barangay Potol, Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte and was immediately brought to Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital for treatment and later declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. Dapitan CPS is still conducting thorough investigation for the possible arrest and identity of the suspects.

Shooting Incident
ROXAS - Shooting incident has transpired at Purok 1, Barangay Nabilid, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8; 30 AM of October 31, 2016. The victim was identified as Aljer Samsom Bagor, 42 years old, a Barangay Chairman, a resident of barangay Seres, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte. initial investigation disclosed that  the victim together with his live-in partner Jocelyn Maligro Pantorilla on board on a motorcycle travelling along Purok 1, Barangay Nabilid, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte when unidentified riding in tandem on board a red Honda XRM motorcycle, wearing face mask called him and suddenly, the back rider alighted from the motorcycle and shot the victim twice. Luckily the victim escaped unharmed by accelerating his driven motorcycle while his live-in partner fell. The suspects fled towards Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte after the incident. Further, upon verification, the victim is a drug surrenderer and categorized as a drug user based on old BADAC watch list. Recovered at the crime scene were two (2) empty shells of caliber .45 pistols. Motive of the incident is still to be determined.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - October 30, 2016

Shooting Incident
TAMPILISAN - Shooting incident has transpired at Barangay Camul, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte on October 28, 2016 at about 8:10 wherein the victim identified as Santiago Daniel Remollo, 45 years old, married a resident of the above mentioned place who was shot by Edwin Manait Paisano, 30 years old, single a resident of same place. Victim sustained a lone gunshot wound on his left foot and was brought to the nearest hospital for treatment while the suspect fled to unknown direction after the commission of the crime. Responding elements of Tampilisan MPS recovered one (1) empty shell of caliber .45 pistols at the crime scene. Tampilisan Mps are still conducting manhunt operation for the possible arrest of the suspect. Motive of the incident is still to be determined.

Alleged Abduction Incident
SALUG - An alleged hostage taking transpired at Barangay Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte on october 28, 2016 at about 12:00 noon wherein Sitti Honey Sanipa Sappal, 5 years old, minor was held hostage by two (2) unidentified suspect armed with a caliber .45 pistol and brought on foot by the suspects to Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte. upon reaching at compac kayok they sense that the elements of 42nd IB, Philippine Army was already informed of the incident, the suspects then withdrew bringing with them the victim crossing the mucas river going to Sitio Sipihan, Abuno Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte. The responding team followed the reported route of the suspects and blocked all their possible exit points. Further, the responding team noticed that there were no signs of hostage taking or abduction that took place. The guardian of the alleged abducted child who was later identified as Abdulazis Amud was asked to put into record at salug mps the said incident.

Accomplishment Report on the Neutralization and Arrest Of Suspects On Alleged Kidnapping Incident That Transpired In Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte On October 28, 2016
LILOY - Please be informed that October 29, 2016 at about 9:30 am, liloy mps received information from a concerned citizen regarding the positive location and physical appearances of the suspects of the alleged kidnapping incident that transpired in Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte On October 28, 2016 wherein the suspects and the kidnap victim was seen at Barangay Candelaria, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte and was about to board on a motorized tricycle. immediately, Liloy mps informed Salug mps thru cellular phone call and initiated action by tapping the duty pnp personnel together with the augmented Philippine army and CAA in established compac situated at Barangay Kayok, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte to block and to possibly arrest the suspects and to recover the kidnap victim who were on board on a motorized tricycle together with the suspects and advised them to be vigilant and alert considering that the suspect is armed with unidentified caliber of pistol as per information received. Thereafter, alert team of Liloy Mps led by PCINSP JOSE FRANCISCO RIVERO iii-oic immediately proceeded to barangay candelaria, liloy, zamboanga del norte to respond to the said report. At about 9:50 am of same date, Kayok Compac Duty Pnp personnel provided feedback to Liloy Mps that the suspects did not passed at the said compac. the team led by PCINSP JOSE FRANCISCO RIVERO III intercepted the motorized tricycle at the national highway of Barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte and immediately, the PNP team maneuvered a u-turn to chase the suspects. upon reaching at the national highway of Barangay Fatima, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte, while the pnp team was about to outran the motorized tricycle purposely to go on advance position, the suspect whom was armed with a pistol opened fired to the pnp team hitting the passenger side wind shield and back part of the back-to-back right side chair of the pnp marked vehicle (Mahindra) resulted to its damaged. Thereafter, the tricycle driver jumped from the tricycle and then the PNP team found a clear shot and retaliated by firing and hit the suspect. The incident happened at more or less 10:30 am of this date. Immediately, the PNP team brought the suspects as well as the kidnap victim to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for immediate treatment. The suspect who was later on identified as Avon Panggaga, married, 37 years old, a resident of Barangay Sta. Maria, Siocon, Zambaonga Del Norte was declared dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician. the kidnap victim identified as Sitte Hanifa Sappal, female, 5 years old, a resident of Barangay Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte sustained wound on her left face and was forwarded to dipolog city hospital while the other suspect identified as Farhana Mancao Eddai, 32 years old married, a resident of Barangay Sta. Maria, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte also sustained gunshot wound on her left arm and left part belly and later brought to liloy integrated health district hospital while the driver identified as Lauro Timtim Tejada, married, 34 years old, a resident of Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte is temporarily detained at liloy mps for proper disposition for proper disposition. recovered at the crime scene were: one (1) unit caliber .45 pistol, one (1) fragmentation grenade, one (1) fired cartridge case of caliber .45, one (1) fired cartridge case of caliber 5.56mm, one (1) unit blue motor tricycle haojue hj124-16 with plate number ja 78211, one (1) magazine of caliber .45, six ( 6) rounds of ammunition for caliber .45; and three (3) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu recovered from the worn short pants of the male suspect upon the conduct of thorough body search at the hospital. Incident Report
JOSE DALMAN - On October 28, 2016 at about 7:30 AM, Jose Dalman MPS received information about a lightning incident that transpired at Sitio Payagan, Barangay Litalip, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at more or less 5:45 am wherein the victim Narciso Gumias Calongo, 52 years old and his wife Arlene Tulido Calongo, 45 years old, all residents of said place. Immediately, elements of Jose Dalman Mps together with the personnel from RHU headed by Dr. Ellaine Jean Erfe- Municipal Health Officer proceeded thereat. Investigation disclosed that at more or less 5:45 am of same date, a strong lightning struck the coconut tree near the house of the victims, hitting Narciso Calongo who was then standing at the entrance door hitting on his chest that caused his untimely death while his wife also hit and sustained injuries. Arlene Calongo was brought to RHU located at Jose Dalman for treatment and later transferred to Zanorte Hospital

REPORTED INCIDENTS - October 27, 2016

Robbery Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - Robbery incident took place at around 8:45 AM of October 26, 2016, wherein one Anthony Bala Y Belhida 22 years old, single and a resident of Purok Rosal Sta. Felomina, Dipolog City, Sales Technician of Octagon Mobile Store located along Gen. Luna St., Barangay Central, Dipolog City owned by Proton Micro system Incorporated reported to Dipolog CPS that the above-mentioned store and the adjacent Green Lynx 27 Incorporated store owned by Chang Hoon Yun, a Korean National was entered by unidentified perpetrator/s. Initial Investigation conducted disclosed that the perpetrator/s gained entrance by breaking the padlock of the roll-up door of Green Lynx 27 Incorporated Store then scattered the television remote controls therein and went near the door of the comfort room and detached the ceiling portion thereat. Thru the ceiling the culprits crawled and forcibly make a hole at the ceiling then went inside to Octagon Mobile Store. Once inside, took the following items, to wit: Five (5) units Asus Laptop, One (1) unit Dell Laptop, Three (3) units Lenovo Laptop and One (1) unit of Acer laptop. Not contended broke the glass display rack and took the displayed Two (2) units  of Iphone 6, Two (2) units Iphone 6S, Two (2) units F1 Oppo, One (1) unit Samsung J5, One (1) unit Samsung J3, One (1) unit Zenfone Max cellular phones, One (1) unit Asus Zenfone 3 and Two (2) pieces 750 gigabyte external hard drive. Thereafter, the perpetrators exited on the same way. Incident discovered 8:00 AM of the same date by Keno Romero y Narvacan, male, 24 years old, single, resident of Purok Bularan, Miputak, Dipolog City and sales boy of Green Lynx 27 Inc. Report on Found Cadaver
SINADANGAN - A dead body of a male person found floating at the sea of Siare Valley, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that on or about 10:00AM of October 26, 2016 while Frederico Mondarte Jr y Catagen, 43 years old, male, Filipino and a resident at Barangay Siare, Sindangan, went swimming at the seashore of Siare Valley, Sindangan, he discovered an unidentified dead body floating that pr ompted him to seek for assistance and brought the cadaver at the shallow area. The cadaver was wearing green blouse and dark blue maong long pants, age estimated 55 to 58 years old, left middle and index finger has ring while his ears has also earrings. Post mortem investigation was conducted by Mr Bernardo Nayre to identify the possible cause of death. The Cadaver was turned-over to Barangay Chairman Rodolfo C Alforque for proper disposition. DIPOLOG CITY - Elements of Dipolog CPS led by SPO4 Roel Talaid, conducted police operation against Prostitution at Royal Swedish Massage registered under the name of Lucy Cabatuan-Facturan, located along Calibo St., Central Barangay, Dipolog City on October 25, 2016 at around 9 PM.  Arrested during the operation is the manger  Elvira Facturan y Cabatuan, 52 years old, single with postal address of Maigang, Liloy, and the stay-in  sex workers namely: Christine Adorna y Añana, 24 years  old, single of Tinago Traffic Lights, Ozamis City, Ruby Rose Bulac y Guinares, 36  single of Mandi, Sindangan, Marilou  Almacen y Arnado, 32 years old, married and a resident of Buntong Camaman-an, Cagayan de Oro, Shiela Mae Nacua y Bete, 22 years old, single of Gusa, Cagayan de Oro, Roxanne Lopez y Biscayno, 27 years old, single and a resident of Lumbia, Pagadian City, Michel Tormis y Guinguing, 30 years old, single of Lumbia, Pagadian City, Melona Monsad y Migoc, 22 years old, single of Sta. Maria, Davao del Sur, Angelica Cruz y Bienes, 20 years old, single and a resident of Motibot, Sindangan, ZDN and Irene Galicia y Corpuz, 28 years old, Sorallha, South Cotabato. Recovered/confiscated from the possession and control of Elvira Facturan, were the following items to wit: one [1] pc. pouch colored violet, two [2] pcs.  One Hundred Peso [₱100.00] bills bearing Serial Nos. LV839355 & S961443 marked money, One [1] pc. Five Hundred Peso [₱500.00] bill with SN DC930431 and One [1] pc. Twenty Peso [₱20.00] bill with SN RU075830 believed to be proceeds money. Recovered/confiscated from the possession and control of Ruby Rose Bulac were one [1] pc. Five Hundred Peso [₱500.00] bill with SN HD507800 marked money, one [1] pc. One Hundred Peso [₱100.00] bill bearing SN LV804738, three [3] pcs. one peso [₱1.00] coins, One [1] pc. five peso [₱5.00] coin believed to be proceeds money, Eight [8] pcs. HLL life care limited lubricated condom, one [1] bottle of 150ml Michael Baby Oil with content, One [1] empty bottle of Michael Baby Oil, One [1] bottle of 150ml Green Cross Alcohol with content, One [1] stab of trust contraceptive pills and One [1] pc. used lubricated condom. Confiscated from the possession and control Marilou Almacen were One [1] stab of trust contraceptive pills and One [1] pc. pouch color gray while confiscated from the possession and control of One [1] pc. HLL life care limited lubricated condom and One [1] pc. Paper bag. During the operation confiscation receipts were prepared and being witnessed by Hon. Ceazarbell B. Paluca incumbent Barangay councilor of Central Barangay, Dipolog City. The above-mentioned arrested persons and recovered/confiscated items were now in the custody of Dipolog City Police Station for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person
SIAYAN - Siayan MPS arrested a wanted person in his residence in Barangay Sayaw,Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte at around 12 PM of October 26, 2016. Arrested was Rudy Opadia Jr. y Bucol, 26 yrs. old, male, married, farmer and a resident of mentioned place. Suspect has a warrant of arrest docketed in CC#12658 charges for the Crime of "Indirect Assault" issued by Presiding Judge Nimfa B. Carreon-Padao at MCTC, Sindangan, dated Sept. 5, 2016 with bail recommended fixed at Php 10,000.00. He was brought to Siayan Diagnostic Center for medical checkup and finally brought to Siayan MPS for documentation.

Apprehension of HVT of Illegal Drugs 
POLANCO - Operatives of Polanco MPS, Zamboanga Del Norte PPO-PIB and Zamboanga Del Norte Public Safety Company conducted a joint buy bust operation and implementation of search warrant number 10025-16, issued by Hon. Judge Ric Bastasa, RTC-9, branch 8, Dipolog City for violation R.A.9165 at Barangay Isis,Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte on October 26, 2016 at around 4PM. The operation resulted to the arrest of  Alimar Cabanlit y Llorente, 37 years old, married, incumbent Barangay Councilor, of Isis, Polanco,  also a resident of Purok Mahogany of same place and a drug surrenderer and a HVT based on Polanco MPS drug watch list. During the buy bust operation the following items were confiscated from his possession: Four (4) pcs. heated plastic sachet believed to be “shabu”, one (1) pc. heated plastic sachet drinking straw believed to be “shabu” color orange,  Php. 500 peso bill marked money with serial number KR928245, twelve (12) pcs. cut rolled aluminum foils, one (1) pc. flame reducer aluminum foil rolled and empty plastic drinking straw use us packaging, seven (7) pcs. assorted disposable lighters, one (1) pc. small box used as container of shabu and paraphernalia. During the search inside of his house the following were seized: One (1) pc. heated plastic sachet, one (1) pc. five hundred peso bill, two (2) pcs. heated plastic sachet and money in different domination amounting five hundred and twenty pesos. Witnesses during search and marking of evidences were Mrs. Elmie Ello from the Media (Net 25 Eagle News), Barangay Kagawad of barangay Isis, Hon. Jaime B. Parama Jr. and Hon. Crizel P. Acopiado. Said arrested person was now in the custody of Polanco MPS for proper documentation..

Violation of RA 10591 (Kontra Boga)
LILOY - A 35-year old man was arrested after an improvised shotgun was found in his possession following a police assistance response by Liloy MPS and Officials of Barangay San Miguel in Barangay San Miguel, Liloy at about 7:45 PM of October 26, 2016. Arrested was identified as Leo Tejero y Tyrus, male, Filipino, 35 years old, single and a resident of Barangay Villa M. Tejero Liloy. Seized from his possession was one (1) unit improvised shotgun (sumpak) with one live ammunition. Said suspect is under the influence of liquor and allegedly carrying black bag and upon confrontation made by the said barangay councilor, he found out an improvised shotgun (sumpak) with one live ammunition inside the black bag. Said suspect was brought to Liloy Health District Hospital for liquor test and medical examination then brought to Liloy MPS for documentation.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - October 23, 2016

Alleged Rape Incident
TAMPILISAN - Rape incident was reportedly occured at about 4:05 AM of October 22, 2016 in Baranagy Situbo, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte. The Tampilisan MPS identified the victim as Rizalyn Castillon Recomo, 16, minor, a resident of mentioned place. Investigation disclosed that victim and her grandmother identified as Gaudencia Bagalanon Castillon, 80, were sleeping together in a house, when apparently the victim awaken and she noticed that her lower garments and her under wear was already removed. She and her grandmother alleegdly sustained physical injuries on her head. Accordingly, at around 4:00 AM of same date, the suspect gained entrance by breaking the window unnoticed by the duo and once inside, stroke the head of victims by a stone that made them unconscious and afterwhich raped Rizalyn. Both victims were brought by the responding team to Ipil Emergency Hospital for medical treatment and medico legal examination and further forwarded to ZANORTE Medical Center, Dipolog City. Recovered evidences from the crime scene were the following, to wit; one pair of blue Spartan slipper, one pc of violate panty, one pc blue/white pajama and ten small pcs cracked stones. Further investigation revealed that the suspect was identified later as Cresente Tuyak Jr, legal age, and a resident of same place. PNP Personnel of Tampilisan MPS are now conducting manhunt operation for the possible arrest of the suspect.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - October 22, 2016

Shooting Incident
SIRAWAI - at about 7:00 AM of October 21, 2016 one Bisma Salasay y Kadil, 35 years old, married, resident of barangay Balonkan, Sirawai, appeared and reported to Sirawai MPS that on or about 7:30 PM of October 20, 2016 allegedly unidentified person/s armed with unknown firearm shot her husband named Nur Masilal y Docol, legal age, farmer and a resident of same place which resulted to his instantaneous death. Elements of Sirawai MPS led by SPO4 Tama Alipada, proceeded to the area. Initial investigation disclosed that at around 7:00 PM of October 20, 2016 while the victim was walking home came from evening prayer at nearest Mosque near their house when suddenly one gunshot heard from unknown direction hitting the victim which led to his instantaneous death. 4. Apprehension of 2 Wanted Persons
ROXAS - at about 6:20PM of October 20, 2016 two arrested persons namely; LEO SARANILLO and ZARINA R. PERAS, accused for the crime of “CONCUBINAGE” docketed under Criminal Case No. 1883 was released from Roxas MPS in good physical and mental condition per order of release issued by Hon. Veronica C. DG-Laput Presiding Judge of MTC of Pres M.A. ROXAS, Ninth Judicial Region, Roxas Zamboanga Del Norte dated October 20, 2016 after posted sufficient bail bond on the amount  of Ten  Thousand Pesos (Php10, 000.00) each.

Arrest of Wanted  Person and Accomplishment on Campaign Against of Loose
SIOCON- at around 11:45 AM of October 21, 2016 Siocon MPS received information that a wanted person was sighted at brgy Siay, Siocon, ZN. Elements of that station led by SPO4 Joseph M. Neri together with 13th SF PA led by LT. JUNDY ADRIAN PAUL O. PERALTA proceeded to the said place. 3. At around 12:30 PM of same date they successfully arrested one Sarri Sain Lumunah, 36 years old, married, resident of said place. Subject person has a pending warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Judge Laarni N. Dajao of RTC Branch 27 dated September 28, 2015 charged for Attempted Murder with criminal case number 2015-02-10(1188) and with recommended bail of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php120,000.00) for his temporary liberty. 4. Further, after the body search the team recovered from his possession and control one (1) unit cal. 45 pistol with markings Armscor 45 serial number 908516 with 1 live bullet inside the chamber and magazine inserted with 6 live ammunition, two (2) spare magazine with live ammunition and two (2) identification cards indicating his name as member of the MNLF. Suspect failed to show documents authorizing him to carry the said firearms.  Subject person was brought to Siocon District Hospital for medical examination and finally transported to Siocon MPS for proper documentation including the confiscated items. 5. REPORTED INCIDENTS - October 20, 2016

Robbery Incident
DAPITAN CITY - One Gernan Bael y Balnig, 46 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Banonong, Dapitan City reported to Dapitan CPS on October 19, 2016 at about 6:15 AM and alleged that their house was entered and robbed by unidentified suspect/s while they were sleeping. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the suspect/s gained entrance by detaching five (5) jalousie blades of the said house and while inside, carted the following, to wit:
a. one (1) unit gold Samsung J1-6;
b. one (1) unit white Cherry Mobile Omega Light; and
c. cash amounting to One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (P1,600.00).
According to the victim, said incident believed to be happened at around 3:00 AM of October 19, 2016 and discovered at about 6:00 AM of same date.
The detached five jalousie blades recovered from the crime scene were brought to Dapitan CPS for lifting of fingerprints. PNP Personnel of Dapitan CPS continuously conducting further investigation to possibly identify and arrest the suspect/s.

Campaign against Illegal Drugs
DAPITAN CITY - CAIDSOTF of Dapitan CPS led by SPO4 Jose Renault Tan and 904th Maritime Police Station conducted drug buy bust operation at  Barangay San Vicente, Dapitan City on October 19, 2016 at about 8:17PM. This resulted to the arrest of one Judhie Tano y Lacquio, 23 yo, single and a resident of the aforementioned place. Subject person surrendered last July 8, 2016 to the 904th Maritime Police Station but reportedly continued to engage in illegal drug activities in the said barangay.
Confiscated from his possession and control were the following, to wit:
a.  one (1) piece heat sealed rectangular transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Shabu as buybust evidence;
b. one (1) piece heat sealed rectangular transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Shabu;
c. one (1) pc five hundred peso bill bearing serial nr ZI92618 used as buybust money;
d. Cash of One Hundred Fifty (P150.00) Pesos in different denomination as proceeds; and e. a piece of tissue paper.
Subject person is now detained at Dapitan CPS Detention Cell. Investigator on case is PO2 Rolan Decipulo with contact nr 09126375062.

Campaign against Illegal Drugs
DAPITAN CITY - CAIDSOTF of Dapitan CPS and 904th Maritime Police Station conducted drug buy bust operation at Barangay San Vicente, Dapitan City at about 8:17 PM of October 19, 2016. This resulted to the arrest of Judhie Tano y Lacquio, 23 yo, single and a resident of the aforementioned place. Confiscated from his possession were: 2 pcs heat sealed rectangular transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Shabu including the buy bust evidence; 1 pc P500 bill bearing serial nr ZI92618 used as buybust money; P150.00 in diff denomination as proceeds and a piece of tissue paper. Subject person surrendered last July 8, 2016 to the 904th Maritime Police Station but reportedly continued to engage in illegal drug activities in the said barangay. Subject person is now detained at Dapitan CPS.

DAPITAN CITY - PNP personnel of Dapitan CPS led by SPO1 Aldwin Tagbac, together with PO3 Julius Pelusas, PO2 Ronan Quizo and PO1 Romer Ruiz conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Banonong, Dapitan City on October 19, 2016 at about 6:15 PM. This resulted to the arrest of Jason Luab y Saloma, 32 years old, male, married and a resident of above mentioned place. Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City for violation of RA 9262 docketed under Criminal Case Nr 21147 dated October 13, 2016 with bail bond recommended amounting to Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (P24,000.00). Subject person now detained at Dapitan CPS Detention Cell for proper disposition.
    
Arrest of Wanted Person
DAPITAN CITY - Operatives of Dapitan CPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Banonong, Dapitan City at about 6:15 PM of October 19; 2016.this resulted to the arrest of Jason Luab y Saloma, 32 years old, male, married and a resident of above mentioned place. REPORTED INCIDENTS - October 19, 2016

Thievery Incident
DAPITAN CITY - on October 17, 2016 at about 6:00AM, one Mary Joy Baldicantos y Lumbucoy, 21 years old, single, a resident of Bacungan, Leon Postigo, ZN and temporarily residing at Piang’s Boarding House located at Lourdes Village, Brgy Potol, Dapitan City, came and reported to Dapitan CPS and reported that her room at the aforementioned boarding house was entered by unidentified suspect/s while they were sleeping. Initial investigation conducted by the personnel of Dapitan CPS disclosed that the suspect/s gained entrance by reaching and loosen the wooden lock of the door with the use of a stick and while inside carted away one (1) unit black Nikkon Camera, one (1) unit black Asus Tablet, one (1) unit black Samsung G1 cellular phone and one (1) unit black Cherry Mobile Cellular phone with a total amount of Twenty Thousand (P20, 000.00) pesos more or less. According to the said victim, the incident believed to be happened at around 2:00-3:00 AM of October 17, 2016 and discovered at about 4:00 AM of same date. Personnel of said station now conducted further investigation to identify and arrest the suspect/s.

Stabbing Incident
DIPOLOG CITY – at about 8:15 AM of October 17, 2016, a concerned citizen came and reported to Dipolog CPS that a stabbing incident transpired at Sta. Felomina Highway, Dipolog City. Initial investigation conducted by the IOC disclosed that while the victim identified as Fernando Yuson y Crosio, 24 years old, single and a resident of Brgy. Sinuyak, Katipunan Zamboanga del Norte together with a person with disability (suspect) which was identified later as Rolly E. Dela Cruz, 42 years old, widower and a resident of Purok Mayapok, Brgy. Basagan, Katipunan Zamboanga del Norte onboard on a passenger tricycle driven by Marlon Oregon y Tomaclas 34 years old, single and a resident of Purok 4, Upper Dicayo, Katipunan Zamboanga del Norte and Two (2) others passenger.  Upon reaching Sta. Felomina National Highway, Dipolog City particularly in front of SPS Chainsaw Trading and Vulcanizing Shop, the suspect suddenly stabbed the victim inside the boarded passenger tricycle that prompted the victim to jump from the tricycle to evade the succeeding attack perpetrated by the suspect and ran towards south direction until the victim fell into the ground in front of Engr’s Shutters Tech Industry gate.  The victim was rushed to Zamboanga Del Norte Medical Center for medical treatment. Said suspect was arrested and now temporarily detained at Dipolog CPS for proper disposition while the recovered/confiscated icepick with scabbard and stainless knife with scabbard is now deposited at said station for evidentiary purposes.

Recovery of Abandoned/Stolen MC
POLANCO - at about 1:40 PM of October 18, 2016, one Eddie Bemos, a Barangay Chairman of Barangay Lapu-lapu Piñan Zamboanga Del Norte personally appeared to Piñan MPS and reported that one unit  motorcycle black with white combination Honda XRM,  bearing plate number 1481 JR was abandoned at the barangay road of said barangay wherein nobody claimed the ownership of the said MC. Upon receipt of the report wherein the description and the plate number of said  Motorcycle was then verified, it was found out that said motorcycle was reportedly stolen by unidentified perpetrator on October 17, 2016 while being parked at the dead end portion of the road of the rice field of Barangay Anastacio, Polanco, ZN and owned by one  Riza Guia, 29 years old, a resident of same barangay and was Flash Alarm at about 3:59 pm of October 17, 2016  with CN POPB3-1017-196-2016. Immediately, elements of Piñan MPS led by PO2 Randy Rasonabe Vallecer and PO1 Eduardo Lacaya Flores-Investigator together with Hon. Eddie Bemos  proceeded to the above mentioned place and successfully recovered the said motorcycle and brought to said station for proper disposition. Further, at about 4:10 pm of same date, the above motorcycle was properly released from said station in good running condition and received by SPO1 Simeon C. Wapelle, PNP personnel of Polanco MPS. 


OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

Apprehension of Wanted Person
SIOCON - A man was arrested in Barangay Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:05 AM of October 18, 2016. Arrested was identified as Karon Esmali y Mohammad, 47 years old, male, married former Sangguniang Bayan (SB) member and a resident of the bove-mentioned place by virtue of WOA issued by Jerry B. Patcho-Acting Presiding Judge Ninth Judicial Region 4th MCTC-Siocon-Sirawai-Baliguian,“Two (2) counts Violation of Sec. 8 of R.A. 6713-“Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees” and Violation of Article 183 of the RPC (Perjury) issued by said court on October 17, 2016, with Criminal Case No.3451, 3452 and 3453 fixed the total bail bond recommended of ₱26,000.00 for his temporary liberty. Subject person was immediately brought to Municipal Health Office of Municipality of Siocon for physical and medical examination, subsequently detained to this station for documentation and proper disposition.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - October 17, 2016

Report on Robbery Incident (Ransack)
DIPOLOG CITY - at about 6:00 AM of October 16, 2016, the Dipolog City Police Station received a telephone call informing that ENCARL Shell Gas Station office located at Highway Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City and owned by Engr. Franklin Yu Lim was entered/ ransacked by a culprit. Acted on the report, elements of Dipolog CPS led by PO3 Allan S Tapales proceeded to the above-mentioned establishment to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival thereat, one Rogelio Bustillo Jr Y Alferez, 26 years old, single, temporarily residing at Purok 5, Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City and with permanent address at Sepacong, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte, a pump attendant of the said gas station was turned-over to the responding police officers by the employees of ENCARL Shell Gas Station. Accordingly, subject person was caught in the act inside the cashier’s office of the said establishment.  Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the suspect gained entrance to the said establishment by destroying the steel window grill using a hard pointed object, utilized as a lever and then destroyed the padlock of the sliding window directly to the cashier’s office. Once inside, took the bags of coins in different denominations amounting Six Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Two Pesos (P6, 622.00) and put outside the establishment. The suspect tried to open the steel cash safety vault but failed to open it, until he was caught by the cashier and other store employees inside at around 5:15 AM of October 16, 2016. Incident happened at around 2:00 AM of October 16, 2016 as shown in the CCTV footage, until the suspect was caught by the store employees inside.  Recovered from the possession and control of the suspect were the following, to wit:
a. one (1) kitchen knife;
b. one (1) pointed steel (utilized as lever); and
c. one (1) grey jacket with hood.
The suspect is now detained at Dipolog CPS Detention Cell pending filing of appropriate charges in court while the recovered evidence were deposited at said police station for court exhibits.  Investigator on case is PO3 PO3 Allan S Tapales with contact number 09214610938.

Shooting Incident
SINDANGAN – at about 5:00PM of October 16, 2016, Sindangan MPS received a radio call from a concern citizen that a shooting incident transpired at Barangay Calatunan, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte. Acted on the report, alert team of Sindangan MPS together with SP02 Carolyn B. Ubas and Duty Investigator proceeded to the above-mentioned place to verify the veracity of the report. Initial investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that the two (2) victims were identified as: Jufe Silvano y Estomagulang, 35 years old, married, male, Filipino; and Galo Silvano Jr. y Jamora, 39 years old, male, married, Filipino, both resident at Barangay Goleo, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte. Further investigation revealed that prior to the incident, while the alleged suspect identified as Ian Muksan y Acebedo of legal age, male, married, Filipino and a resident of Barangay Calatunan Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte together with his companion Dennis Labastida y Pasculado, 27 years old, male, married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Dapaon, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte were having a drinking spree inside the video-k store owned by Thelma M. Mariano located at Barangay  Calatunan, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, the two victims together with other three (3) companions arrived, got inside at the said video-k store and have a drinking spree at the other table of the said store. Accordingly, the suspect (Ian) together his companion allegedly knew each other to the victims because they joined to the table of the victims and in the height of their drinking session they have a misunderstanding. Thereafter the suspect walked out at the table of the victims together with his companion (Dennis P. Labastida) and pulled his pistol tacked on his waist and fired towards the two victims (Jufe and Galo) several times hitting in different parts of their bodies causing serious gunshot wounds while the three (3) unidentified companions of the victims run towards unknown directions. Right after the incident, the suspect (Ian) immediately fled towards south direction back ride to the driven motorcycle of his companion (Dennis).  upon arrival of the PNP team at the said store, one (1) victim named Galo J. Silvano Jr was already brought to Sindangan District Hospital by the concern citizen and was transferred to Zanorte Hospital, Dipolog City while the other victim Jufe E. Silvano was brought by the responding PNP personnel to Sindangan District Hospital but was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician Dra. Cabillo. Incident happened at around 4:50 PM of October 16, 2016 at Barangay Calatunan, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. The crime scene was processed by the SOCO Team and several pieces of physical evidence were recovered and collected, to wit:
a. Eight (8) pieces fired cartridge case (FCC) of caliber 45 pistol; and
b. one (1) piece of fired bullet (FB) of caliber 45 pistol.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

Neutralization of Gun for Hire Personalities
SINDANGAN – at about 05:00 AM of October 16, 2016, Intel personnel of Sindangan MPS received a text message from PSUPT ELMER COCHAS that accordingly the cellphone used by one (1) Jon Calapiz Sumalpong aka Bong Ramos, 43 years old, separated, resident of Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay, member of gun for hire and drug trade operating in Zamboanga del Norte and the companion of the previously encountered three (3) personalities gun for hire members by the PNP personnel of Sindangan has been tracked down in Sindangan, Zambonga del Norte. Upon receipt of said information, PNP personnel of Sindangan MPS composed of two (2) teams wherein the one (1) team was led by the Deputy Chief of Police PINSP ISIDRO J. MALINAO while the other team was led by SPO1 John Henrick C. Ferolino and separately conducted checkpoint in order to intercept the said gun for hire personalities.

As a result at about 7:00 AM same date, the said gun for hire (Jon Calapiz Sumalpong) with one (1) companion on board a single motorcycle noticed the established checkpoint led by PINSP ISIDRO J. MALINAO at the National Highway of Barangay Goleo, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte particularly near the Sea Oil Gas Station. The suspects then evaded the said established checkpoint bound to the Municipality of Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte. At about 7:15 AM of same date, subject persons were encountered in the second established checkpoint led by SPO1 John Henrick C. Ferolino located at Sitio Buyos, Piao, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte wherein the backrider drew a pistol and immediately aimed his pistol to the PNP personnel while the driver also drew a short firearm and shot the PNP personnel that prompted the members of the second checkpoint to open fire that resulted to the death of the two (2) suspects. The crime scene was processed by the SOCO Team led by SPO4 Ruben T. Sarita and several pieces of physical evidence were recovered and collected at the crime scene, to wit:
a. seven (7) fired cartridge cases of 5.56MM;
b. one (1) unit caliber 45 brand Federal model 1911 A1 with magazine loaded with seven (7) live ammos of caliber 45, bearing serial number 94610;
c. four (4) pieces fired cartridges cases for caliber 9MM;
d. one (1) caliber 45 pistol brand Armscor bearing serial number 371526 with magazine loaded with five (5) pieces live ammos of caliber 45 with holster;
e. one (1) unit caliber 9MM bearing serial number 11029524 with magazine loaded with four (4) live ammos for caliber 9mm;
f. one (1) unit black and white XRM 125 motorcycle with temporary plate number 78327 bearing engine number KPY00E-178327, chassis number KPY00178393;
g. one (1) unit black cellular phone Samsung brand;
h. one (1) unit Seiko wrist watch diver bearing serial number 788864;
i. one (1) piece sunglass; and
j. two (2) pieces fired bullets.

Meanwhile, at Sindangan District Hospital, the paraffin test and post mortem fingerprint were taken on the two (2) suspects and recovered pieces of evidence from the possession of suspect Jon Sumalpong Calapiz were: three (3) pieces one hundred peso (P100.00) bills bearing serial numbers TK328501, AD850494, MJ463979; one (1) piece black wallet, Beverly hills polo club brand; one (1) piece black holster and assorted identification cards. While recovered pcs of evidence from the possession and control of the other suspect identified as Mario Tampos Y Monteron, 48 years old, male, Filipino and a resident at Quezon, Bukidnon were the following: one (1) piece magazine loaded with two (2) live ammos for caliber 9mm; one (1) pack cigarette hope containing nineteen (19) pieces sticks; one (1) piece brown wallet containing driver’s license named Mario Tampos Y Monteron, of Quezon, Bukidnon, two (2) pieces five hundred peso (P500.00) bills bearing serial numbers DD292768 and KW676903, two (2) pieces one hundred peso (P100.00) bills bearing serial numbers ZD247004 and WR973697; one (1) piece bottle containing assorted cut woods with oil; and one (1) piece black O+ cellular phone. The cadavers of the two (2) suspects are now at the morgue of Sindangan District Hospital. Investigator on case is PO1 Moner Sapihi with contact number 0926 841 8545.

Violation of RA 9262 and Kontra Boga.
LILOY – at about 7:00 o’clock in the evening of October 16, 2016, Liloy MPS received SMS report from Barangay Captain Dionesio Mayola of Barangay Sta. Cruz, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, that there was a commotion happened at the said  Barangay. PNP personnel of Liloy MPS proceeded to the above-mentioned place to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival thereat and confirmation of the incident, said team identified the victim as a certain Jaynab Abdin y Macatuman, female, 18 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Sta Cruz, Liloy, Zambaonag del Norte.      Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the suspect was the husband of the victim identified as Mr. Ibni Abdin y Ismael, male, 22 years old, married and a resident of same place. The said suspect was under the influence of liquor, have a heated argument with the victim. The suspect then get his marble gun and beaten the victim hitting on her left elbow. After the incident, suspect left their house.  Responding team conducted hot pursuit operation against the suspect and at about 8:00PM of same date, the said suspect was successfully arrested. The victim and the suspect were brought to Liloy Health District Hospital for liquor testing and medical examination. The suspect and the recovered damage black and blue combination marble gun are now under the custody of Liloy MS for proper disposition. Report on Stabbing Incident
GODOD - On 08:10 o’clock in the morning of October 13, 2016 one (1) Jose Baso Ducal, LGU employee of Godod, ZN appeared at Godod MPS and reported that at around 6: 00 o’clock in the morning of October 13, 2016 one VICTOR DALANG y PADILA, 32 years old, single, male, Filipino, farming by occupation was found dead at his residence at Barangay Mauswagon, Godod, ZN. Immediately, elements of Godod MPS led by SPO2 Marlon M. Requina together with Dr. Joanna Michael Vargas Maratas of Godod Rural Health Unit proceeded to the said area. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim was discovered by his mother Victoria Padila Dalang lying in prone possession tended with his own blood. Further investigation disclosed that the victim sustained four (4) stabbed wounds in different parts of his body thereby causing his instantaneous death. Further information revealed that the victim was suffering from mental illness and acted violently whenever he is under the influence of intoxicated liquor. Spot Report on Robbery Hold
LA LIBERTAD - At about 1:10 o’clock in the afternoon of October 13, 2016 one LAURITO CAAY Jr. y PACULBA, 46 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Sinaad, Sapang Dalaga, Miss. Occ. reported to La Libertad MPS that at around 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of same date he was robbed at the spillway of Brgy El Paraiso, La Libertad, ZN while he was driving his owned motorcycle. The victim narrated that a riding in tandem (Black XRM motorcycle w/out plate number attached) overtook him and blocked his way then suddenly the back rider wearing a bonnet pointed a gun believed to be a caliber .38 and forcibly took his wallet containing money amounting to Nine Thousand pesos (P9,000.00), bracelet with an appraise value amounting to Thirteen Pesos (P13,000,00) and the key of his driven motorcycle. The victim also added that the suspect shot him however the gun did not went off thereby the victim got a chance to threw a stone to the fleeing suspects going towards north east direction of the said Brgy. Accomplishment Report of Wanted Person
MUTIA - At around 4:20 o’clock in the afternoon of October 13, 2016 elements of Mutia MPS led by SPO2 Quirino F Suan successfully arrested one RECTO BUNTAG y BAGATUA,  40 years old, married, farmer a resident of Brgy. San Miguel, Mutia, ZN charged for the crime of “ESTAFA” with criminal case number 21004 issued by Hon. Cherry Joy C Concha-Ageas presiding judge of  RTC 9th Judicial Region branch 10, Dipolog City dated September 29, 2016 with bailbond amounting to sixteen thousand pesos (16,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Spot Report on Fire Incident
DAPITAN CITY - On October 14, 2016 at about 5:45 o’clock in the afternoon, Bureau of Fire of Dapitan City informed Dapitan CPS that a fire broke out at the abandon rest house of JOSE RUSWINDA SUMALPONG at Brgy San Pedro, Dapitan City. Elements of Dapitan CPS led by PCI VINCENT VIRTUDAZO, Deputy for Admin, immediately responded at said place wherein elements of BFP Dapitan were conducting firefighting and were able to extinguish the fire. Initial investigation conducted by FO2 Melar Octava, BFP Dapitan City and disclosed that the fire started at about 5:30 PM of same date and the cause of fire was live embers left after cooking. The fire rapidly spread because the rest house was made of light materials with estimated cost of damage was more or less Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000.00). The BFP declared fire out at about 6:15 PM of same date and no injured reported during the incident. For information.

Shooting Incident
SIRAWAI - At about 6:32 o’clock in the evening of October 14, 2016, Sirawai MPS received a cellphone call from a concerned citizen with cellphone number 0926-3980-218 that a shooting incident occurred at Sitio Nara, Brgy San Vicente, Sirawai, ZDN. Upon received of the report, elements of Sirawai MPS led by PSI REGIE G TORRITA, responded and proceeded at said place. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victims were MR ALLAN KING SATERA, 50 year old, married, businessman, together with his wife, FLORGYN CORDOVA SATERA, 39 years old, married, and his son MICHEAL CORDOVA SATERA, 15 years old, who suffered multiple gunshot and hacked wounds in the different parts of their bodies that causes to their instantaneous death. Other victims, his two sons, MIKE JOHN CORDOVA SATERA, 5 year old, and MARK SIMON CORDOVA SATERA, 9 year old, and a worker’s child, HAMJA SAHABI LUMINA, 2 year old,  who suffered gsw on the right leg, left thigh, and left leg respectively. Further investigation revealed that said couple was manning their own rice mill together with their three (3) workers and one baby sitter, who were at the upper deck of the said rice mill, when the three (3) unidentified armed men suddenly entered the said rice mill. One of the suspects then immediately shot and hacked Mr Allan King Satera, while the other two (2) suspects shot his wife, Florgyn, who was inside the cashier’s booth. The minor victims were also shot by the said perpetrators. When the suspects were about to leave the place, Michael Cordova Satera arrived with his driven MC, were also shot by the said suspects, causes his immediate death. Furthermore, the three workers and the baby sitter, hid themselves at the upper deck portion of the rice mill. Recovered from the crime scene were nine (9) fired cartridge of Cal. 45, six (6) fired cartridge of 9mm, two (2) fired cartridge of Garand rifle and two (2) pcs slugs. Cadavers of the victims were brought to immediate family of Florgyn Satera at the Municipality of Siocon, ZN while injured victims were brought to Siocon Hospital for immediate medical treatment. A thorough investigation and manhunt operation is still going on by the responding elements of Sirawai MPS for the possible identification and arrest of the suspects. Spot Report on Stabbing incident
KALAWIT - At about 7:00 o’clock in the evening of October 14, 2016, a cellphone call from Hon Ramon Vinson a Brgy Chairman San Jose, Kalawit, Zamboanga del Norte reported to Kalawit MPS that OOA 6:40 o’clock in the evening a stabbing incident transpired at Brgy Botong, Kalawit, ZDN wherein one JONATHAN BONGCAO 30 years old was stabbed by CARLITO CAMPANER, married, farmer both resident of said barangay. Immediately, team of Kalawit MPS led by SPO1 Rodrigo Baquilta, proceeded at said place to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival at said place at about 8:25 o’clock in the evening of the same date, the victim was already forwarded to Dr Sibud Country Hospital at Titay Zamboanga Sibugay with his immediate family for medical treatment. Initial investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that while the victim Jonathan Bongcao had a drinking spree together with his friends at the Video-K house owned by Jonathan Luminsa. When the victim is on his way home, the suspect Calixto Campaner hide at the dark area waiting for the victim to passes by and stabbed the victim with the use of a knife. The victim sustained stab wounds on his right chest and both arms and was immediately brought to Dr Sibud Country Hospital at Titay Zamboanga Sibugay for medical treatment. Motive of the incident – Personal grudge. Elements of Kalawit MPS still conducting follow-up operation for the arrest of the suspect while appropriate charges now being prepared for filing in court. Report on the Arrest of Suspect on Thievery Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - At about 11:30 o’clock in the evening of October 14, 2016, a certain Ruben Ferolino De Guzman, 30 years old, male, single and a resident of Lubing Oguis, Brgy. Galas, Dipolog City informed the cashier of the Phoenix Gasoline Station identified as one IRENE ARANAIDA, 27, years old, single and a resident of Brgy. San Pedro, Dapitan City and alleged that his shoulder bag was stolen. The cashier immediately called Dapitan CPS and reaction team led by SPO4 Jerry Sanggumay responded to said report and upon arrival at the said gasoline station conducted hot pursuit operation for the possible arrest of the suspect. The team successfully arrested the suspect at his residence and was brought to Dapitan CPS for proper disposition then later identified as one GAUDIOSO DALMAN ANTIPALA, 28, years old, married and a resident of San Pedro, Dapitan City. The suspect was positively identified by the cashier and personnel of the gasoline station. The team recovered the stolen shoulder bag at the back portion of BFAR Cold Storage. The victim alleged that his cellphone and keys of his Vehicle were missing.   Initial investigation conducted by elements of Dapitan CPS that at about 8:30 o’clock in the evening of October 14, 2016 the victim together with his friends is having a drinking spree and video-k at Phoenix Gasoline Station located at San Pedro, Dapitan City while the suspect was also at the same place sitting on the other table drinking liquor. At about 11:30 o’clock in the evening of same date, the victim went to the comfort room to urinate. The suspect followed the victim to the comfort room. While inside the CR, the suspect offered the victim to have sex with him in returned the victim will pay Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00). The victim refused the offer and without any apparent reason, the suspect grabbed the shoulder bag of the victim containing ATM Cards, Key’s of Honda City and Nissan Navarra, cash money amounting to One Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php1,200.00) more or less and Cellphone Pink Iphone 5S Gold worth Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php30,000.00) more or less and fled towards the back portion of BFAR Cold Storage. MANUKAN - At about 10:55 o’clock in the morning of Oct 15, 2016, joint elements of ZNPPSC LED BY PSUPT JOVEN PARCON, ZNPIB by PCI MENDEL S CASAO, 14DRC, PA & Manukan MPS PCI NESTOR MOIT GANIA JR with PAIDSOTF personnel led by PI Carlito Cabrera Requilme, in coordination  with ZNCRC conducted OPLAN GALUGAD at Zamboanga del Norte  Correctional and Rehabilitation Center in Brgy Don Jose Aguirre, Manukan, ZN. Recovered from the Jail facility are as follows; CELL 1 Maximum Security Compound: 4 pcs, assorted cell phones, assorted lighters, assorted bladed weapons, assorted charges and batteries, 1 mahjong set, 2 sets playing cards; CELL 2 Maximum Security Compound:  9 sets playing cards, 2 pcs  cellular phones, assorted disposable lighters, assorted scissors, 3 pcs improvised tooter, assorted aluminum foil, assorted bladed/pointed weapons, 2 pcs DVD player with speaker, assorted cell phone chargers, DORM 1 Medium security compound, 1 pc cellular phone , 2 pcs memory card, assorted disposable lighters, assorted bladed weapons, 4 pcs cellular phone chargers; and DORM 2 Medium security compound: 1 pc cellular phone, assorted lighters, 66 pcs. Cut rolled aluminum foil, 1 pc big foil, 1 pc scissor, 1 pc improvised tooter, 1 pack rectangular cellophane (ready for packing), 3 pcs empty sachet plastic. Report on Campaign against Loose Fas (Kontra Boga)
SINDANGAN - At about  8:30 o’clock in the evening of October 15, 2016 at the National Highway of Brgy Poblacion, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte elements of Sindangan MPS led by SP02 Carolyn B Ubas conducted checkpoint operation that resulted to the apprehension of one (1) ALAN GAHUM y SIAREZ, 44 years old, male, Filipino, married and a resident at Barangay Benigno Aquino, Sindangan,  Zamboanga del Norte, who was intercepted during the conduct of checkpoint operation at the abovementioned place having in possession of one (1) unit improvised caliber 22 rifle. Initial investigation conducted by Sindangan MPS disclosed that at about 10:15 o’clock in the evening of October 15, 2016 at the National Highway of Barangay Poblacion, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte while the above-mentioned police officers manning the checkpoint noticed one (1) motorcycle driven by a person with one (1) back rider approaching in their location that prompted them to signal the driver to slow down and stopped at the edge of the road. When the driver finally stopped, they (PO2 Harol A Serquiña & PO1 Neil Dumajel) saw in plain view a barrel of an unidentified firearm outcropped from inside the white sack carried by the back rider (Alan Gahum). Immediately, the PNP team informed the subject person on the nature of his offense committed and then place him under arrest and informed his constitutional rights and was then  brought to Sindangan MPS together with his boarded red/black Rusi Motorcycle bearing plate number JA 42322. Subject person is now detained at the detention cell of Sindangan MPS for proper disposition. The firearm and single motorcycle were now in the custody of said station for court exhibit. Accomplishment Report on Recovered Stolen MC
KATIPUNAN - At about 8:30 o’clock in the morning of October 15, 2016, NORMAN GOMIREZ y FUTANI, 27 years old, resident of Barangay Seres, Katipunan Zamboanga del Norte reported to Katipunan MPS that at around 6:30 o’clock in the morning of same date, he discovered that his red/white Honda XRM 125 bearing plate number 5139SA was taken by unidentified perpetrators while place/parked in front of his residence. At about 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon of October 16, 2016, a concern citizen informed Katipunan MPS that a suspicious person riding Honda XRM 125 was noticed passing at Barangay Daaanglungsod, Katipunan Zamboanga del Norte towards Dipolog City and was believed to be the reported stolen MC. Immediately, counter strike personnel of Katipunan MPS verified/checked the said suspicious person and was intercepted at Brgy Punta, Dipolog City. Upon verification, said person identified himself as one ENER MATEO y GANIO, 19 years old, resident of Barangay New Rizal, Sergio Osmena, ZN, failed to present pertinent papers of ownership and was discovered that said MC was the reported stolen motorcycle owned by Norman Gomirez y Futani. Arrest of Wanted Person
MUTIA - A farmer was arrested in his residence in Barangay San Miguel, Mutia, Zambonga Del Norte at around 4:20 PM of October 13, 2016. Arrested was identified as Recto Buntag y Bagatua, 40 years old, married, farmer a resident of said place. Suspect was charged for the crime of “ Estafa” with criminal case number 21004 issued by Hon. Cherry Joy C Concha-Ageas presiding judge of  RTC 9th Judicial Region branch 10, Dipolog City dated September 29, 2016 with bail bond amounting to sixteen thousand pesos (16,000.00) for his temporary liberty. He is now in the custody of Mutia MPS for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person
DIPOLOG CITY - A 26-year old man was collared by elements of Dipolog City Police Station in Barangay Turno, Dipolog City at about 11:00 AM of October 13, 2016. Arrested was Eric Peligrin y Banalo 26 years of old, single and a resident of said place. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest with criminal case number 48343 for attempted homicide with bail bond recommended fixed at P12,000.00 pesos, criminal case number Nr. 48342 for offending religious feelings with bail bond recommended fixed at 6,000 pesos all issued by Hon. Chad Martin Paler presiding Judge of MTCC Branch -1 Dipolog City dated June 24, 2016.  He is now temporarily detained at said police station for proper disposition.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - October 13, 2016

Stabbing Incident
POLANCO - Stabbing incident transpired at Purok Riverside, Barangay Guinles, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte. The victims were identified as Reneboy Camarino y Maylon, 32 years old, single and a resident of Brgy. Sianeb, Polanco, Exel Maylon y Sayson, 22 years old, single; Jessie Maylon y Sayson, 18 years old, single, and Mariafe Bolando y Caiso, 25 years old, single, all of Sta. Filomena, Dipolog City and the suspect was identified by the witnesses, as a certain Gilbert Magtaca. That prior to the incident, while the suspect and the victims were having a drinking spree inside the house of Gregoria Maylon located at the above mentioned Purok, had a misunderstanding on their discussions that resulted to a heated argument. The suspect then suddenly stabbed the victims without any hesitation wherein Reneboy Camarino and Exel Maylon sustained multiple stab wounds on the different parts of their bodies while Mariafe Bolando sustained slight stab wound on her left arm and Jessie Maylon also sustained slight wound on his left hand. The victims were rushed by their relatives to Zanorte Medical Center at Sicayab, Dipolog City for medical treatment. Further investigation revealed that the suspect also sustained wound on his head and accordingly, one of the victims poked a stone hitting on the suspect’s head but the suspect manage to run and fled away from the crime scene. Recovered from the crime scene were a double bladed hunting knife measuring 15 inches including the wooden handle, and scabbard.     Elements of Polanco MPS still conducting Hot Pursuit operation for the possible arrest of the suspect and prepare appropriate charges against him. DIPOLOG CITY - A man was arrested in Purok 2, Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City at about 3:35 PM of October 12, 2016. Suspect was identified as Jenifer Tubio Y Pilayron, 33 years old, married with postal address at Purok 2, Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D Laquihon of RTC9, Branch 7, Dipolog City dated May 19, 2016 for the crime of “Less Serious Physical Injuries in relation to RA 7610” (2 counts) docketed under Criminal Case Numbers 20356 and 20357 with recommended bail bond is fixed at Two thousand Pesos (P2,000.00). Said wanted person was arrested at her residences and now detained at Dipolog CPS Detention Cell for proper disposition.

DIPOLOG CITY - A 47-year old man was arrested in No.8 Magsaysay St., Miputak, Dipolog City, at about 8:30 AM of October 12, 2016. Dipolog CPS identified the arrested man as Hector Padrones Y Albaracin, 47 years old, married a resident of said place. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Victoriano DL Lacaya of RTC9, Branch 9, Dipolog City dated June 3, 2016 for the crime of Estafa docketed under Criminal Case Number 20591 with recommended bail bond fixed at Eighteen Thousand Pesos (P18, 000.00). Said wanted person was arrested at his residences and now detained at Dipolog CPS Detention Cell for proper disposition.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - October 12, 2016

Shooting Incident
MANUKAN - Shooting incident has transpired at Barangay Villaramos, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte on October 11, 2016 at about 2:37 PM wherein the victim was identified as Lina Baronday Dinawanao, 52 years old, married, a resident of Barangay San Antonio, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte who was shot by two (2) unidentified riding in tandem on board an xrm motorcycle with no attached plate number, wearing bull cap and face covered with mask. Subject person was shot using a caliber .45 pistol hitting on her head that cause her instantaneous death. Suspects fled towards Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte. Motive of the incident is believed to be in connection to the killing of Andy Calabio, one of the drug surrenderrer of Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte Last September 17, 2016. Manhunt operation is still on going.
