Report on Fire Incident

DIPOLOG CITY - on or about 8:10PM, September 30, 2016 Dipolog CPS received a call that a fire incident transpired at Sto. Niño Village, Barangay Minaog, Dipolog City. Immediately, elements of Dipolog CPS responded to the place of incident. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the fire started at 7:30 PM, September 30, 2016 at the house of Rowena Oracoy y Tantico, 47 years old, married and a resident of said place. That the fire came from the spill gasoline to be filled to the pump boat and accidentally lighted and connected to the nearby house of Rowena Oracoy that partially burn. Responding members of BFP, Dipolog City broke-out the fire and declared fired-out at around 8:20PM of same date. The total estimated cost of damage is more or less Ten Thousand pesos (Php10, 000.00). Report on Vehicular Accident

RIZAL - at about 2:33 AM of September 30, 2016, one Reynaldo Baterna, barangay captain of New Dapitan, Rizal, ZN reported to Rizal MPS that there was an alleged of vehicular accident transpired along the curved on the national high way of New Dapitan, Rizal,  ZN. Immediately, elements of Rizal MPS responded to the said incident and upon arrival thereat, the responding team brought the unconscious victim to Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital at Dapitan City for medical treatment. The attending physician, Dr. Janice Cristobal declared and pronounced the vicitm Dead on Arrival due to fracture at the neck and on the different parts of his body. Later on the victim was identified as Nestor Barbosa Jr y Aniscal, 21 years old, single, student of Colegio De San Francisco Javier and a resident of Poblacion, La Libertad, Zamboanga Del Norte. The dead body of the victim was turned over to his arrived father Nestor Barbosa Sr y Bahinting at Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was driving one (1) red star IDOL 110 motorcycle, without plate number, owned by Myrna Barbosa y Aniscal, with a certificate of registration no. 237642532 and Official Receipt no. 860044791 dated 3/17/2016 traveling  from Rizal bound to La Libertad, ZN and upon reaching at the said place of incident, the victim accidentally bumped at the right side signage post and turned down on the grassy part. The motorcycle incurred damages on the front metallic rim and other parts accessories and was brought to Rizal MPS for proper disposition. Report Fire incident

MUTIA - On or about 5:00PM of September 30, 2016 a fire incident transpired at Purok 4, Poblacion, Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte wherein one (1) house made of light materials (nipa hut) owned by Catalina Tero  y  Maquiling,  92 years old, widow was accidentally burn due to unattended gas lamp (lampara). During the incident, the owner/victim is lying on the floor of her nipa hut and accordingly the unattended gas lamp accidentally cause/source of the fire and the victim failed to escape from her house for she was already old, weak and living alone. Victim sustained multiple burns to all parts of her body and was brought to the nearest hospital for medical attention.

Campaign against Illegal Drugs

SERGIO OSMEÑA - at about 5:20 PM of September 30, 2016 elements of Sergio Osmeña MPS in coordination with ZN PDEA conducted “buy bust” operation at Purok 3, Barangay Antonino, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga Del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Bartolome Dumadag Perolino, 29, years old, married and a resident of Purok 6, Sto Rosario, Dampalan, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga Del Norte. Said arrested person is listed number 7 in the new recommended TOP 10 watch listed personalities on Illegal Drugs. During the said operation, the team recovered from his possession and control the following items, to wit: a. (1) piece small transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride known as ‘’shabu’’ as buy bust drug;b. (3) piece/s small transparent plastic sachet containing crystalline granule believed to be shabu in his possession and control; c. five (5) pieces rolled aluminum foild. two (2) lighters colored blue and red; and  e. (1) empty Marlboro teens cigarette with cigarette foil inside f. (1) piece 100 peso bill as marked money with serial number DD 761355, one (1) fifty peso bill with serial no. H612415 and Two (2) twenty peso bill with serial number AG211053 and RT 789625 as marked money.The inventory was conducted in the presence of BADAC and Barangay Chairman Maximo U. Surigao of Barangay Situbo of this municipality and Miss Zorayda Eva Lim Mustaril – Media. The suspect is now detained at Sergio Osmena MPS. Report on Thievery Incident

DIPOLOG CITY - On or about 8:09 o’clock in the morning of September 29, 2016, one SUCHITRA RAMIREZ y TABAL, 56 years of age, married and a resident of Purok Piña, Upper Dicayas, Dipolog City reported to Dipolog CPS that her house was entered by unidentified suspect/s gaining entrance at the unlock sliding window of the receiving room (sala) and once inside, the suspect/s carted away one (1) gray PRADA shoulder bag containing her wallet with undetermined amount of cash money, one (1) unit Samsung mobile phone color black, one (1) 10 karat gold necklace, one (1) duplicate key of their house, PRC license, One Network Bank Atm Card, GSIS UMID Card, East West Bank Atm Card, Avon ID, Katipunan Bank ID, Assorted Receipts, Pagibig ID, Phil Health ID, BIR ID, different important documents, make up kit and DEPED payslip covering the month of September. Incident believed to have happened on or about 1:00 o’clock early dawn of the same date and was discovered 5:00 o’clock in the morning of the same date. LEON B. POSTIGO -  At about 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of September 29, 2016 at Sitio Malaat, Brgy. Talinga, Leon B Postigo, ZN, PNP elements Leon B Postigo MPS led by PO2 Jakerome A. Abria, together with PO2 Richard A. Rosete and PO2 Momar H. Akil successfully arrested one JESON ANDANG y TURNO alias “JASON”, 23 years old, single, Construction Laborer and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 11 Presiding Judge Reymar L. Lacaya dated October 20, 2015,  for the crime of “RAPE” with criminal case number S-5188 with no bail bond recommended. Suspect now detained at said MPS for proper disposition. For information.

Report on stabbing incident

LEON B. POSTIGO - On September 28, 2016 at about 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon, a stabbing incident was transpired at Sitio Maniaboy, Brgy. Nasibac, Leon B Postigo ZN wherein the victim was identified as one JESSIE SALDARIGA ANDIAM, 22 years, old, single (with live-in partner), Farmer and a resident of said Barangay who was stabbed by his father identified as one MARCELO ANDIAM y DATUKAN, 67 years old, married, Farmer and a resident of San Pedro, Godod, Zamboanga del Norte. Initial investigation conducted by the PNP Leon Postigo MPS disclosed that prior to the incident the suspect was walking near the house of the victim and he was called by his son (the victim) to enter his house. When the suspect about to entered, his son pick up a knife and suddenly his father drew his knife and stabbed his son several times. Suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident while victim was brought by the ambulance of Godod towards ZANORTE Medical Center, Dipolog City for medication. On September 29, 2016, at about 9:00 o’clock in the morning suspect Marcelo Andiam Y Datukan, voluntarily surrendered at Godod MPS with the weapon used a cut knife with scabbard. SERGIO OSMEÑA - At about 4:30 o’clock in the afternoon of September 29, 2016 MAIDSOTF Sergio Osmena MPS  led by PSI ROMAR VICTORIANO ALFANTA LIM in coordination with PDEA, Barangay Officials and MEDIA, conducted “Drug Buy Bust” operation at Barangay San Juan, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga Del Norte that resulted to the arrest of FEL MALIG-ON y PASAJE, 33 years old, married, a resident of Brgy. Dalama, Baroy, Lanao Del Norte who is temporarily residing at Barangay San Juan, Sergio Osmena, ZN. Said arrested person and his brother CHRISTOPHER MALIG-ON are also noted engaged in illegal drugs in Brgy. Dalama, Baroy, Lanao Del Norte. During the said operation, the teams recovered from the possession and control of the arrested suspect the following items, to wit: A. (1) piece small plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules suspected/believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride known as ‘’shabu’’ as buy bust drug; B. SINDANGAN - On or about 5:20 o’clock in the afternoon of September 29, 2016 team led by PSUPT STEPHEN BULLECER DAANG with the members of MAIDSOTF namely; SPO1 John Henrick C Ferolino, PO2 Melcar A Garcia, PO2 Matias Miyas, PO2 Jessy Ray G Adipen, PO2 Rogelio M Canton Jr, PO2 Israel C. Duron, PO2 James A Racaza, PO1 Jomer Gabonada, PO1 JovanieBaje and PO1 Rene U Mukod conducted drug buy bust operation thru the information given by the CI/BIN at Barangay Doña Josefa, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, successfully arrested one (1) JOEL CALIMPONG y DULALAS, 42 years old, male, married, Filipino and a resident of said place. Confiscated from his possession and control in the presence of Local Media Practitioner- Ma.Cecil Dandan, DOJ Representative- Ricky I. Langutan and Brgy. Captain Janeth C. Tiu of Doña Josefa of Sindangan ZDN to wit: a. One (1) piece small transparent heat sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be "shabu that was bought by the poseur buyer; b. Five (5) pieces small transparent heat sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be "shabu";c. Three (3) pieces small cut aluminum foil; d.  One (1) piece empty/opened plastic cellophane; e. One (1) piece disposable lighter color orange; f. One (1) piece Five hundred (P500.00) peso bill as marked money bearing serial number QQ977690; g. One (1) unit Honda wave 110 Motorcycle, color black without key, no Plate attached. Recovered from the abandoned house where Joel D. Calimpong having a pot session were: Two (2) pieces empty/opened transparent plastic sachet and Three (3) pieces small cut aluminum foil. Anti- Illegal Drugs Operation

DIPOLOG CITY – at about 9:30PM of September 28, 2016, joint elements of Dipolog CPS Intelligence Operatives/CAIDSOTF led PSI ALEXIS M BAHUNSUA, personnel of CIDG Zambo. Norte and PAIDSOTG led PI CARLITO C. REQUILME, conducted a drug buy-bust operation at Purok Mahigugma-on, Magsaysay St., Miputak, Dipolog City, against one ANTONIO MONTES y TINAMISAN, 35 years old, single and resident of said place. Suspect [Antonio Montes y Tinamisan] agreed to sell one (1) sachet of shabu in exchange of Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (P250.00) buy-bust money to PO2 Ronald C Wapelle, who posed as a Poseur Buyer. Confiscated/recovered from the possession and control of the suspect were, five (5) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, two (2) pieces improvised needle, six (6) pieces cut aluminum foil, one (1) piece cut paper page of notebook, two (2) pieces disposable lighter color blue & orange, Two Hundred Fifty Peso (P250.00) bills consisting of two (2) pieces One Hundred Peso (P100.00) bills bearing with serial nos. HW272799, AM406855 & one (1) piece Fifty Peso (P50.00) bill bearing with serial no. TE025121, one(1) piece brown lady shoulder bag brand LACOSTE, one (1) piece scissor and one(1) piece big rolled aluminum foil. Proper inventory and markings of confiscated/seized items was done at the place of arrest in the presence of the witnesses, MR. Rosevelt D. Mondinido – Media representative, Miss Merlinda S. Tenorio – DOJ representative, Hon. Cleofas M. Ulla and Hon. Raymund G. Yu – both elected Barangay Official. Suspect is temporarily detained at Dipolog City Police Station for proper disposition while confiscated drug items were turned-over to PNP Provincial Crime Laboratory for laboratory examination/weighing and the non-drug items were deposited at this station for proper disposition.

Anti-illegal Drugs Operation

SIBUTAD - at about 12:30 pm of September 28, 2016, PNP team of Sibutad MPS led by SPO1 Gil M Tobias together in coordination with the PDEA and with active support of BADAC, conducted drug buy-bust operation at Lalab 1, Barangay Libay, Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte and successfully arrested one Noel Dandoy Josol, 43 yrs old, male, single and resident of Lalab 1 Barangay Libay, Sibutad, ZDN. The subject agreed to sell shabu to PO1 Jason C Agapay who act as pusher buyer and handed a match box with brand RIZAL containing the following: one (1) pc small heat- sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be “shabu” and two (2) small pieces of aluminum foil were given by Noel Josol y Dandoy to PO1 Jason C Agapay in exchange of five (5) pieces one hundred peso bill (P100.00) served as marked money with serial numbers EX737106, WF347416, HN225957, TJ999795 and FK136050. Recovered from his possession were; five (5) pieces one hundred peso bills (P100.00) marked money. Inventory of confiscated items was done in the presence of Barangay Captain Hon Joseph Mejos, of Libay, Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte and Barangay Kagawad Hon. Joel Ontoy as elected official representative, and media representative Miss Zorayda Eva S. Mustaril Energy FM.DXLS 103.7. Arrested suspect was informed his constitutional rights on dialect understand by him and was brought to Sibutad Municipal Police Station for safekeeping and filing of appropriate charges in court for violation of section 5, Article 11 of Republic Act 9165 known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. One (1) pc small heat- sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance known to be shabu as buy bust item was brought to Prov’l Crime Laboratory, Minaog Dipolog City for laboratory examination and initial weighing of piece of evidence including the suspect for drug test received by PO3 Angcon MP. Other items were deposited at Sibutad MPS for court exhibit. Subject person tagged as number 9 illegal drug watch list of this municipality was brought to said station for proper disposition.

Serving of Search Warrant

GUTALAC - at about 9:30 AM September 28, 2016 prior to the execution of Search Warrant at Rene Boy and Shelmie Andalop’s residence, at Brgy Tipan, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte, PO1 Remilsan B Sai, act as Poseur Buyer together with the confidential informant, went inside the house of the couple and bought shabu in the amount of 1,000.00. When Rene Boy Andalop handed the shabu to PO1 Sai, he and the CI left the area and gave the signal to the waiting MAIDSOTG members that the transaction was already done. Immediately thereafter, at about 10:00AM MAIDSOTG Team 1 led by PI ROCHEL ESCUADRO GALO, DCOP together with the witnesses proceeded to the house of subjects and read to them the search warrant issued by the court. As a result, the MAIDSOTG Team recovered the following drugs and non-drugs items from the house of Rene Boy and Shelmie Andalop: five (5) pcs of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet with white crystalline substance blvd to be shabu; 1 pc of one thousand peso bill as marked money; 1 unit cal .45 pistol with mag and 4 live ammos; 1 unit cal 357 S&W Magnum with 6 live ammos; one (1) hunting knife and one (1) heat-sealed plastic with white crystalline substance was turn-over by poseur buyer PO1 Sai to the inventory officer. Simultaneously at about 10:00 AM of same date MAIDSOTG Team 2 led by PCI KHISNA B ASAALI, OIC also conducted Law Enforcement Operations (Search Warrant) against Cresencio Galleposo Lipang Jr (TN: Francisco Retuya y Galleposo Aka “Lipang”) by virtue of Search Warrant No. 2016-03 for Viol of Sec 11 of RA 9165; and Search Warrant Nos. 2016-04 & 2016-05 both for Violation of Sec 2 of RA 8294 at his residence located at Brgy Tipan, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte and rest house located at Sitio Kapunan Dako, Brgy Bacong, Gutalac, respectively. Recovered from the residence of aka Lipang are: 22 pcs blasting caps; 1 unit shotgun, 1 unit cal .45 pistol SN: 7451038SP; 1 unit cal .45 pistol SN: 473228; 1 unit cal 22 pistol with mag and ammo SN: 44635; 2 mags for cal .45; 37 pcs ammos for cal 45; 15 pcs cartridges for shotgun; money amounting to One hundred forty three thousand pesos (143,000.00); two (2) pcs disposable lighter. Also recovered from the rest house of aka Lipang are: one (1) roll of color red blasting cord; six (6) cut color red blasting cord; three (3) pcs blasting caps; and eight (8) big packs containing granule blvd to be blasting ingredients. During the operation, aka “Lipang” was able to escape heading towards unknown direction while his son Ronie Retuya, occupant of the house, was brought at this station for further investigation and upon the advised of the Honorable Judge Jerry B Patcho he (Ronie Retuya) was released since he is not the subject of the search warrant. Spouses Rene Boy Andalop y Buntag, 37 yrs old (Dec 17, 1979) and Shelmie Andalop y Tantano, 34 yrs old (October 17, 1981) were arrested and brought to Gutalac MPS for proper disposition. LILOY - at about 8:00 o’clock in the morning of September 28, 2016, Joint teams of Liloy MPS led by PCI ROLANDO HERNANDEZ BARRAQUIO–OIC, PAIDSOTG personnel led by PI CARLITO REQUILME, team from ZNPIB and ZNPPSC, conducted drug buy bust operation on Case Oplan Lanzones Project no. PIB3 – 2016 – 02 dated August 31, 2016 and Search Warrant against the High Value Target EUGENE MARK MOLOC ALAGENIO “ALIAS MACMAC” male, 27 years old, married, Jobless, Filipino, a resident of barangay Fatima, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of the subject HVT on the aforementioned place. Confiscated items from his house were the following items to wit;a. Seven (7) pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be ‘SHABU” (placed inside a match box);b. two (2) pieces of cellular phone (Cherry Mobile brand color black and white);c. one (1) piece wig color black. one (1) scissor;d. one (1) surgical knife;e. two (2) pieces disposable lighter color blue; andf. one (1) piece lighter MIO brand.After thorough searching together with the barangay officials media and DOJ representative they also founda. one (1) piece rifle grenade;b. three (3) pieces cut rolled aluminum foil; andc. five (5) pieces of one hundred peso bill from the possession of Mr Eugene Mark Moloc Alagenio “alias Macmac”, and four companions who were inside his residence during the buy bust operation identified as Warlito Dela Cruz Alagenio, 51 years old, male, married laborer by occupation, (Father of the subject), one Norlie Moloc Alagenio, male, 19 years old, single, jobless, (Brother of the subject) and one All-Najeyan Moloc Alagenio, male, 15 years old single, (Brother of the subject) Nelson Dela Cruz Alagenio, 52 years old, male, Filipino welder by occupation, (Uncle of the subject) all resident of Barangay Fatima, Liloy, Zambaonga del Norte.The inventory of the seized illegal items was conducted in the presence of Hon., Jerry B. Managase barangay Councilor of Fatima, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, Ms. Silma D. Pactor–media representative and Mr. Sherlon Saladaga PAO employee.All arrested persons were properly informed their constitutional rights and anti-torture law and were brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for medical examination. Accomplishment Report on the Execution of Search Warrant re Illegal Drugs (High Value Target (HVT)

DAPITAN CITY - Please be informed that on September 26, 2016 at about 8:30 PM, members of Dapitan CAIDSOTG led by SPO4 Jose Renault A Tan together with ZNPDEA led by Agent Jury Rocamora executed the Search Warrant Number 7-S-2016 issued by Presiding Judge Vittorio Dante D. Dalman, MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City for the violation of Section 11 of R.A. 9165 dated September 26, 2016 at the house of Francis Dick Realiza Dy, 39 years old, married, Barangay Chairman of Dawo Dapitan City and listed as High Value Target (HVT) Level 2, per COPLAN “Duhat” Number 2 dated September 22, 2016 of Dapitan CPS. Said suspect voluntarily surrendered at Dapitan CPS on August 31, 2016. That during the course of the search, the team was able to found and recovered personal properties which are subject of the Search Warrant, to wit: one (1) piece brown envelope, one (1) piece transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be “shabu”, one (1) piece strip aluminum foil with residue, one (1) piece strip aluminum foil, one (1) pack Marlboro cigarette and three (3) pieces rolled aluminum foil. Inventory and marking of evidence was witnessed by Hon Sunnyboy Maghanoy, Brgy Councilor of Dawo and Ms. Erna Baradillo, Media representative.The arrested suspect and the confiscated items were brought to Dapitan CPS for proper disposition. SERGIO OSMEÑA - at around 4:45 PM of September 27, 2016 elements of Sergio Osmena MPS led by PSI ROMAR VICTORIANO ALFANTA LIM proceeded to Barangay Venus, Sergio Osmena, Zambo. Norte and successfully arrested one Roland C. Tayrus, 45 years old, married, residing at Purok 2, Barangay Tinindugan,Sergio Osmena, Zambo. Norte for violation of section 10 (a) of R.A 7610 with criminal case number 20798 issued and signed by Hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon, Presiding Judge, Branch 7, Ninth Judicial Region, Dipolog City, on August 30, 2016 with bailbond recommended amounting eighty thousand (PHP 80,000.00) pesos for his temporary liberty. Subject person is temporarily detained at Sergio Osmena MPS for proper disposition.

Accomplishment Report On Wanted Person

GUTALAC - at around 4:00PM September 27, 2016 elements of Gutalac MPS led by SPO4 Abner Jabane Silaga, MESPO proceeded to Brgy Salvador, Gutalac, Zambo Norte to effect the arrest of one Franklin A. Archibal, 30 yrs old, married and a resident of Barangay Panganuran, Gutalac, Zambo Norte. The team successfully arrested said accused who was charged for “Attempted Murder” with Criminal Case no. L-002852 issued by Presiding Judge Oscar D. Elements of Katipunan MPS led by SPOI Harission P Galabin, proceeded to area and at around 02:00 PM of same date said wanted person was successfully arrested who was charged for the crime of Rape under criminal case no. 15759 issued on May 5, 2009 by Hon. Chandler O. Ruiz, Presiding Judge of 9th Judicial Region, Branch 10, Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Dipolog City with no bailbond recommended. DAPITAN CITY - on September 27, 2016 at about 6:50 PM, CAIDSOTF of Dapitan CPS led by SPO4 Jose Renault A Tan conducted buy bust operation particularly at Brgy Banonong, Dapitan City. The operation resulted to the arrest of one Maryjel Santiago y Ex, 16 years old, minor, single and a resident of the aforementioned place. Confiscated from her possession and control were One (1) piece approximately 2x1.5 inches rectangular heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing dried leaves believed to be Marijuana; one (1) pc one hundred (Php 100.00) peso bill bearing serial nr H418335 used as buybust money; One (1) pc empty Phimco matchbox; and one (1) Cricket lighter. Inventory and marking of evidence was witnessed by Hon Darwin B Calasang - Brgy Councilor of Brgy Banonong and Mr Ronie M Jarapan - Media representative. Subject person was brought to Dapitan CPS for documentation prior to turn-over to DSWDO while confiscated items were temporarily deposited to that office for proper disposition. Campaign against Illegal Drugs (R.A. 9165)

LILOY- at about 7:30 PM of September 27, 2016 PCI ROLANDO HERNANDEZ BARRAQUIO – OIC received information that a drug trade operation will transpire at barangay Baybay, Liloy, ZN. Immediately, team led by the OIC conducted a drug buy bust operation at the above-mentioned place in coordination with PDEA Zambo Norte. At about 8:45PM of same date, the said operation gained positive result that led to the successful arrest of one (1) Michael Carmelita Sabal (Street Level Target), a voluntary surrenderer of Liloy MPS last July 6, 2016 and categorized as user, male, single, 25yo, Filipino, a resident of Mangagoy, Surigao del Sur and presently residing at Purok San Jose, Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte. Recovered from his possession and control were the following items: one (1) piece small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be “SHABU” (buy bust evidence), two (2) pieces small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be “SHABU”, and one (1) piece one hundred peso bill bearing serial no. BR605418 as marked money. The Inventory of items was conducted in the presence of Hon. Segundino Larato, barangay Councilor of Baybay, Liloy, Zambo Norte.The suspect was brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for medical recording and thereafter brought to Liloy MPS as well as the confiscated illegal items for proper disposition. GODOD – at around 4:30 P.M of September 27, 2016 team (MAIDSOTF) of Godod MPS led by PSI JAIME MARFIL TAÑOLA in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) of Zambo Norte conducted buy bust operation against Wilfredo Pingkian Tagapan Jr, 33 years old, married, male, Filipino, a resident at Purok 5, Poblacion, Godod, Zambo Norte. Shooting Incident

SIRAWAI - Please be informed that at about 3:40 PM of September 26, 2016, Employee of Rural Health Center of Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte requested for Police assistance that they have a patient who was a victim of an alleged shooting incident. Immediately, elements of Sirawai MPS led by SPO1 Samuel Lazaga proceeded to the said health center to verify the veracity of said report. Upon reaching thereat, the victim was identified as one Ibing Pablo, 37 years old, female, married, farmer and a resident of Sitio Sapa Kukuk, Brgy Sipakit, Zamboanga Del Norte. Initial investigation conducted by Sirawai MPS disclosed that on or about 12:00 noon of September 26, 2016, while the victim was burning grasses near their house and suddenly one (1) gunshot burst was heard from unknown direction hitting unto the victim’s left stomach portion that embedded to the middle part of her stomach. Victim was rushed to the said RHU by her immediate family for medication due to her serious condition. Victim’s immediate family was advised to refer the patient to Zamboanga City for further medication. Investigator on case is PO3 Rashid Rivera Paniorotan with contact number 09759797593. That about 5:55 PM of same date Ibing Pablo, the victim was dead as declared by the attending Physician of Sirawai Rural Health Unit. SIOCON - Please be informed that at about 10:56AM, September 26, 2016 this office received a report that at about 10:00 PM of September 25, 2016, Siocon MPS and PDEA ZN arrested Marlon Gadem Lee, 42 years old, AWOL from Philippine Army and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Siocon, ZN and Jose Vidal Mora, 49 years old, married, employee of PEO based at Siocon, ZN at the municipal plaza of Siocon, ZN while conducting surveillance operation at Brgy. Poblacion, Siocon, ZDN. Suspects were caught in the act having transactions and confiscated from the possession of JOSE VIDAL MORA are : 1 sachet of “SHABU”, Php3,000.00; 1 unit cal .45 automatic pistol with magazine loaded with 6 live ammo. Confiscated fm the possession of Marlon Gadem Lee are : 2 sachets of “SHABU”; 1 red/black MC Honda XRM without plate number attached and no pertinent papers showed. Suspects are now detained at Siocon MPS detention cell for proper disposition. Appropriate charges now prepared by PO2 Siegfried Mirasol Dela Cruz with contact number 0917-7665-763.

Arrest of Suspect for Violation of ART. 250 in relation to R.A. 7610

SIOCON – at about 9:00 PM of September 24, 2016 a concerned citizen informed Siocon MPS that an alleged commotion transpired along Buendia Avenue, Poblacion, Siocon, ZN. Upon receipt of said report, alert of Siocon MPS responded and proceeded to the reported place of incident. Upon reaching thereat, it was found out that certain Amirkhan Mandusih y Allyani and Mohammad Nur Banggili y Mahali both minors, athletes of Sibuco National High School was allegedly struck with the used of a baseball bat by an unidentified suspect. Siocon MPS now conducted follow up operation to possibly identify and arrest the suspect. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victims were walking along Buendia Avenue at Brgy Poblacion, Siocon, ZN and a group of unidentified persons approached them and without apparent reasons struck the victimsusing a baseball bat hitting on their lower extremities. The victims sustained injuries and were brought to Siocon District Hospital for medical treatment. Further, after thorough investigation conducted by Siocon MPS, the suspects was positively identified by a credible witness who appeared at said station at around 4:00 PM of September 25, 2016 and disclosed that the suspect of the incident is one Joseph Neri y Lozano II, 23 years old single, jobless and a resident of Brgy Poblacion, Siocon, ZN. That around 5:30 PM of same date the suspect was arrested at his residence and is now detained at Siocon MPS for proper disposition. ROXAS - at about 10:50AM, September 26, 2016, elements of Roxas MPS together with ZNPPO-PAIDSOTG headed by PINSP CARLITO C REQUILME and elements of 14DRC, 1ID, PA led by Sgt Roland A Bascal conducted buy bust operation at Purok 2, Brgy. Langatian, Roxas, ZN and arrested one ROBERTO HAMOY PAGENTE, 41 years old, at his residence through buy-bust operation and execution of Search Warrant No. 13-16 for Violation of RA 9165 issued by Acting Presiding Judge Veronica C. DG-Laput of MTC of Pres. Manuel A. Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte dated September 20, 2016, was took effect and served at said place. Confiscated from his possession and control during buy-bust one (1) pc. small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, one (1) pc. Aluminum foil and one (1) pc. Five Hundred Peso bill with ZN CQ167491 and recovered items during the effect of search warrant five (5) pcs. heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, cash amounting to Seven Hundred Eighty Pesos in different denomination, five (5) pcs disposable lighters and one (1) pc used rolled aluminum foil. The suspect formerly surrendered to this station on July 8, 2016 as user. However, through continuous monitoring and information gathering revealed that the suspect is a pusher and classified as Street Level Target (SLT). SIOCON - Request be informed that in the afternoon of September 25, 2016 elements of Siocon MPS received an information that a certain “Bating” who is involved in series of extortion and robbery activities in Triple S-B area was sighted at the vicinity of Brgy Poblacion, Siocon, ZN particularly in front of Siocon Cultural and Exhibition Center where the temporary bus terminal situated. The same person was tagged in 2013 highway robbery at National Road, Sirawai, ZDN which resulted to the death of one of the truck men and the burning of Coca-Cola (ABS Trucking Services) panel truck and the same lookout on the recent abduction of Martina Yee y Lim at Sirawai municipality. Upon receipt of information, operatives of Siocon MPS conducted close monitoring, verification and validation. That at about 10:45 PM of September 26, 2016, elements of Siocon MPS successfully arrested one ISNAIN YACOB y ANTAO, 38 years old, married incumbent Brgy. Kagawad of Brgy. Balubuan, Sirawai, ZDN recovered and confiscated from his possession and control were the following, to wit; One (1) unit caliber .45 pistol with magazine inserted loaded with seven (7) pieces live ammunition, one (1) unit cellular phone with contacts.Suspect was brought to Siocon MPS and now detained thereat for proper disposition. Report on Campaign Against Illegal Drugs thru Execution of Search Warrant

DAPITAN CITY - Please be informed that on September 26, 2016 at about 8:30 PM, elements of Dapitan CPS led by SPO4 Jose Renault A Tan together with ZNPDEA led by Agent Jury Rocamora executed the Search Warrant Number 7-S-2016 issued by Presiding Judge Vittorio Dante D. Dalman, MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City for the violation of Section 11 of R.A. 9165 dated September 26, 2016 at the house of Francis Dick Realiza Dy, 39 years old, married, Barangay Chairman of Dawo, Dapitan City and listed as High Value Target (HVT) Level 2 of Dapitan CPS. Said suspect voluntarily surrendered at Dapitan CPS on August 31, 2016. That during the course of the search, the team recovered the personal properties which are subject of the Search Warrant, to wit: one (1) piece brown envelope, one (1) piece transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be “shabu”, one (1) piece strip aluminum foil with residue, one (1) piece strip aluminum foil, one (1) pack Marlboro cigarette and three (3) pieces rolled aluminum foil. GUTALAC - Request be informed that at about 8:45 PM of September 26, 2016 elements of Gutalac MPS led by PCI KHISNA BAGIS ASAALI, OIC in coordination with ZNPDEA conducted drug buy bust operation at Barangay Poblacion, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte that led to the arrest of one Albert Ladion y Dagondon aka Pluto, 26 years old, single and a resident of Barangay San Isidro, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte. Subject person is included in the new watchlist of Gutalac MPS, who surrendered himself at said station last July 7, 2016. However, was confirmed to have continuously engaged in illegal drug trade. Rcovered and confiscated from his possession and control were two (2) sachets of suspected shabu, two (2) pcs disposable lighters, Php300.00 buy bust money, one (1) unit of cell phone XYTEL brand and seventeen (17) pesos coins. POLANCO -  Request be informed that on September 26, 2016 at around 9:00PM, elements of Polanco MPS led by SPO4 Sergio Dangcalan Sumagang in coordination with ZN Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) conducted buy bust operation at Victoria Hills Subdivision Sitio Conacon, Barangay Poblacion North, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of one Michael Arcenas y Castillon, 30 years old, single, Drug User Surrenderer of said station on August 17, 2016 and a resident of said place. Confiscated from his possession and control were the following: Three (3) pcs Small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystaline granules believed to be “Shabu”, One (1) pc. Five hundred peso bill as Buy-Bust money with serial number CP596215, One (1) pc. rolled white paper containing dried leaves believed to be Marijuana, Three Hundred Peso bill in different denominations. Neutralization of New Drug Watchlist Personality

GUTALAC - The MAIDSOTF of Gutalac Municipal Police Station led by PCI KHISNA BAGIS ASAALI, conducted buy-bust operation at Barangay San Isidro, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte at about 9:50 in the morning of September 24, 2016, that resulted to the neutralization of Wilson Palanas y Salimbagat, 42 years old, with live-in partner and a resident of the same barangay.  A buy-bust operation was immediately conducted by Gutalac MPS after Intel operatives of said police station received a report from a confidential agent that subject person is engaged in the illegal drug trade at the above-mentioned place.  While the poseur buyer with the confidential agent who was armed with marked money and the above-mentioned suspect about to make the deal, the suspect upon sensing that the person he is transacting is a police officer immediately drew his .38 revolver and shot the police officer. However, the police officer was not hit and prompted him to fire back and fortunately hit the suspect on the different parts of his body that resulted to his instantaneous death.  Recovered from the possession were two (2) pcs of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu; one (1) unit .38 armscor 202 revolver without serial number loaded with five (5) live ammo and one (1) empty shell; money amounting to forty five pesos (Php 45.00); and One (1) disposable lighter.  The cadaver was brought to Gutalac Rural Health Unit for post mortem examination however, due to the absence of the municipal doctor in the area, the cadaver was forwarded to Labason district hospital for proper disposition. Arrest of Wanted Person

DIPOLOG CITY - A joint operation conducted by CIDG personnel led by PCI SAMSON BUSTANGIC PASCUAL, together with elements of Dipolog City Police Station led by SPO2 Federico A. Lacay at Purok Malana, Diwan, Dipolog City at about 10:30 in the morning of September 24, 2016, that resulted to the arrest of one JULITO BENDEJO y LACERA, 42 years old, married and a resident of said place. Subject was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest under Criminal Case No. 20904 for Qualified Rape with no bail bond recommended by court issued by ROGELIO D. LAQUIHON - Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 7, Dipolog City dated September 15, 2016 and now temporarily detained at Dipolog CPS for proper disposition. Investigator on Case PO3 Allan Tapales.  

REPORTED INCIDENTS - September 24, 2016

Shooting Incident

ROXAS - On September 23, 2016 at about 7:45 am, a shooting incident has transpired at Barangay Lower Irasan, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte wherein the victim was identified as PO3 Felomino Sardane Sedrome, presently assigned at Roxas Municipal Police Station and designated as investigator, a resident of the above mentioned place. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim went home to change his uniform after attending the Alay Lakad 2016 together with the other personnel of Roxas MPS. Upon reaching at the place of incident, two unidentified suspects on board a motorcycle wearing red jacket shot the victim several times that resulted to his untimely death. The suspects fled immediately right after the incident. The victim sustained multiple gun shot wounds on the different parts of his body. Motive of the incident is yet to be determined. REPORTED INCIDENTS - September 22, 2016

Parricide Incident

SIAYAN - Please be informed that at about 3:30 in the afternoon of September 21, 2016, Hon Victor Mosep y Tuboran, 57 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Guibo, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte appeared to Siayan MPS and turn-over the living body of one Garry Dulutalias y Jomuad, 27 years old, single, farmer, Filipino and a resident of Sitio Matigdao, Guibo, Siayan, Zambonga del Norte who was suspect of parricide incident. Immediately, PNP team lead by PI DOMINADOR MALOLOY-ON DALION on board their owned private motorcycle conducted verification regarding the veracity of said reported incident. Upon arrival of PNP team, they found out that victim identified as Julito Dulutalias y Baril, 50 years old, married, farmer, Filipino of same resident and a father of the suspect. The victim sustained injury on his left lower jaw due to punched strike by the suspect. Initial investigation disclosed that the incident happened on September 20, 2016 at about 4:30 in the afternoon more or less, while they were enjoying a tribal wedding ceremony of his daughter named Angel Dulutalias y Jomuad. After which, a drinking session happened after the wedding. While the suspect drunk, a misunderstanding happened between his father and suddenly a full blow stroke to his father and hit on the left lower jaw that resulted to the victim’s unconscious. Relatives and family of the victim are requesting for help to Mrs Gina Mosep-midwife assigned of said Barangay for first aid but the latter declared dead. Subject suspect was temporarily detained to Siayan MPS for filing appropriate charges in court. Motive of the incident was family problem.

DIPOLOG CITY - Members of Dapitan CAIDSOTG led by PCI VINCENT MAGALLANES VIRTUDAZO, Deputy COP conducted drug buy-bust operation on September 21, 2016 at about 6:25 AM and executed the Search Warrant Number 08-2016 issued by Presiding Judge Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, RTC, Branch 6, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City  for the violation of R.A. 9165 dated September 19, 2016 at Brgy Opao, Dapitan City  resulted to the arrest of one Dario G. Lagutan,  48 years old, male, separated, and a resident said place. During the course of buy-bust operation, the team able to buy one (1) square shape plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be “shabu” as buy-bust proceeds and thereafter, executed the search warrant. The team found and recovered the following to wit:

a. one (1) pc EMI Match box containing four (4) pcs rectangular shape transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be “shabu”,

b. one (1) pc mighty cigarette pack containing several used crumpled aluminum foil,

c. one (1) pc aluminum foil used as needle or flame reducer and also recovered from his possession

d.one (1) 500 hundred (P500.00) peso bill with serial nr DR790509 with initial IJA used as buy-bust money.

3. Inventory and markings of evidence was witnessed by Hon Ludivico E. Hamoy, Brgy Chairman of Brgy Opao and Ms. Erna Baradillo, Media representative. Arrested suspect and the confiscated items were brought to Dapitan MPS for proper disposition.

SIOCON - The PDEA, MAIDSOTG of Siocon MPS led by PCI JOSEPH REALES MAULAD conducted police operation at Buendia Avenue, Poblacion, Siocon Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:45 dawn of September 21, 2016. This resulted to the arrest of one Sitti Aisa Arabi y Alibbon, 27 years old, single, female, jobless, a resident of Barangay Bucana, Siocon, listed on the drugs Watch list categorized as pusher who voluntarily surrendered to Siocon MPS. Recovered from her possession and control were the following to wit:

a. Two (2) pieces of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be “Shabu;

b. One (1) small handy Black Pouch which inside of it contains Three (3) One hundred peso bill believe to proceeds of illegal drugs trade, six (6) peso coins and

ROXAS - PNP elements of Roxas MPS led by PO3 Joseph Arnel T. Dini-Ay conducted drug buy bust operation at Lower Irasan, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:30 AM  of September 21, 2016 resulted to the arrest of one Chandler Catada Retes, 33 years old, with live-in partner and a resident Brgy Dohinob, Pres. M.A. Roxas, Z.N. Confiscated from his possession and control were one (1) piece ignition key with holder,

a. one (1) stick Mighty cigarette,

b. one (1) unit Lenovo cellular phone color black with Model No. Lenovo A316iwl battery, c. one (1) pc. handkerchief,

d. one (1) pc. heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance granules believed to be shabu (buy-bust evidence), and

e. one (1) pc aluminum foil.

Recovered from his possession are the following items to wit:

b. one (1) pc disposable lighter color blue,

c. one (1) box platic tictac, one (1) pack mighty cigarette case color red,

d. one (1) pack Marlboro cigarette case color red, 10 pcs mighty cigarette stick, one (1) pc motorcycle key,

e. one (1) tictac cover.

Ten (10) pcs  one hundred peso bill bearing serial number:  XD123442, FT910229, MJ282447, BE362470, DD801158, HN380881, TS049514, TK402929, DS206091, F791550, three (3) pcs fifty peso bill bearing serial number: SU523600, JF426725, SU486338, four (4) pcs 5 peso coins and five (5) pcs 1 peso coins.

DIPOLOG CITY - Intelligence Operatives/CAIDSOTF of Dipolog CPS composed of PSI ALEXIS M BAHUNSUA-Team Leader, SPO2 Roy P Vertudez, PO2 Ronald C Wapelle, PO2 Denver Yrañela, PO2 Louie Dennis Maravillas, PO2 Norman Fuentas and PO2 Klint John Z. Cuenca conducted a drug buy-bust operation at Purok 2, Sta Isabel, Dipolog City particularly infront of Sta. Isabel Elementary School at about 9:00 PM September 20, 2016,. Arrested during the operation was one BENITO LOREJO Y TUBIGON, 21 years old, single, and a resident of Purok Waling-waling, Barra, Dipolog City.  Confiscated/recovered from the possession and control of the suspect were the following:

a. one (1) piece small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu as buy-bust evidence,

b. one (1) piece medium size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu,

c. one (1) piece black film container containing dried marijuana leaves,

d. Two Hundred Fifty pesos (Php 250.00) consist of 2 pcs 100 peso bill bearing SNs ZG187659 and HN624520 and (Php 50.00) peso bill bearing SN JG711959 as buy bust money,

e. one (1) pc improvised rolled paper pipe, Three (3) pcs (3) crampled aluminum foil,

f. one (1) pc empty matchbox served as container of the shabu, Ninety pesos (Php 90.00) in different denominations believed to be proceeds money,

g. one (1) pc Black leather wallet, one (1) unit Honda Wave 100 Motorcycle color blue bearing Plate number 3742 JI with key and

h. one (1) unit CKK Cellular Phone color blue model K990.

Proper inventory and Markings of confiscated/seized items was done at this station in the presence of Mr. Edwin A. Bation – Media representative and Hon. Joseph Ryan Vergara – Barangay Councilor of Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City. Suspect temporarily detained at Dipolog CPS for filing of appropriate charges in court while the confiscated drug items will be turn-over to Provincial Crime Laboratory for laboratory testing and weighing and the non-drug items were deposited at said station for proper disposition.

Shooting Incident

PIÑAN - Please be informed that at about 8:15 am of September 19, 2016, a shooting incident transpired at National Highway of Barangay Segabe, Piñan, Zamboanga Del Norte. PNP elements of Piñan MPS conducted investigation wherein, the victim was identified as Reden Yngoc Ello, 34 years old, married, listed as surrendered on illegal drugs categorized as user, government employee assigned at Zamboanga Del Norte Provincial Health Office designated as driver and a resident of Barangay Del Pilar, Piñan, was shot and hitting on the head by unidentified suspect riding in tandem wearing closed helmet and immediately fled away towards the direction of Polanco. Recovered from the crime scene was one (1) empty shell (fired cartridge) of caliber 45 pistol, and victim was immediately brought to Pinan District Hospital but pronounced dead upon arrival by the attending physician. Hot pursuit and follow-up investigation is still going on to possible identity and arrest the suspects.

Thievery Incident

GODOD - Please be informed that at about 9:00 o’clock in the morning of September 20, 2016, one Benrich Babe Ricalde Y Naong, 27 years old, single with postal address at Brgy Bunawan, Godod, Zamboanga Del Norte and temporarily residing at Billy Magallanes Boarding House located at Velasco St., Brgy Miputak, Dipolog City, came and reported to Dipolog CPS and alleged that her boarding house was entered by unidentified person/s by climbing thru the open space between walling and ceiling and carted away her ASUS I3 laptop color red and black combination, globe load cards amounting to Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00), energizer power bank 10,000 mah color black, Samsung Galaxy cellular phone color blue and black combination and a cash money amounting to One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (P1,650.00) which was placed inside her occupied room at the abovementioned boarding house.  Incident discovered at around 3:00 o’clock in the morning of the same date. Case is under follow-up investigation for possible identity of the suspect/s.

POLANCO - Request be informed that on September 20, 2016 at around 5:15 in the afternoon, members of MAIDSOTF led by PI JOEL CASTILLO ADAJAR, DCOP with proper coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), successfully arrested one BARTOLOME GALVE MONTEFALCON JR., 42 years old, Fish Vendor, married, Drug User Surrenderer of Polanco MPS and a resident of Purok Star Apple, Barangay Bethlehem, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte during buy bust operation conducted at Purok Lanzones of said Barangay. Confiscated from his possession and control were the following:

a. Three (3) pcs Small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystaline granules believed to be “Shabu”;

b. One (1) pc. Five hundred peso bill as marked money with serial number GL336778;

c. Two (2) pcs Five Hundred Peso Bill;

d. Fourteen (14) pcs. One Hundred Peso Bill;

e. One (1) pc. Fifty Peso bill;

f. Two (2) pcs. Twenty Peso Bill; and

g. One (1) Bladed weapon Hunting Knife measuring 11 inches more or less including wooden handle and scabbard.

SALUG - Please be informed that at about 4:30 in the afternoon of September 19, 2016, SAIDSOTG personnel of Salug MPS composed of PCI VEDASTO J DASMARIÑAS III, PI ROSELLER T BUBURAN, SPO4 Dante B Tabo-tabo, SPO1 Ricky O Acas, PO3 Harley June B Mejorada, PO3 Arniel T Salazar, PO2 Rolly U Mangan, PO2 Jaycar C Bunot, PO2 Jerome Ryan M Tabasa, PO2 Erric O Bahin, PO2 Jarrel A Daquipel and PO1 Calvin Mangayao conducted Law Enforcement Operation on Campaign against Illegal drugs (Violation of R.A. 9165) and Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions thru Tipped Information and by element of Plain View Doctrine wherein suspects were caught on the act (Inflagrante Delicto) engage in drug pot session at Sitio Campo, Brgy. Poblacion, Salug, Zamboanga del Norte particularly at Mindanao Kalibugan Tribe Islamic Foundation (MKTIF) building.  The said operation resulted to the arrest of three following suspects; PO1 Shakur Aradani y Jimlano, 31 years old, married, presently assigned at Payao MPS, Payao Zamboanga Sibugay, Ahmid Jimlano y Juaquino, 42 years old, married, and Nasser Antao y Gasal, 45 years old, also married listed under drug watch list of Salug MPS and all residents of Poblacion Salug, Zamboanga del Norte.  Said operation resulted to the successful confiscation and recovery of the following drug evidence and non-drug evidence from their possession and control in the presence of Hon. Jerry Maribojoc and Edelberto Amodia both elected Barangay officials of said place, Mr. Ricky I Langutan with CP No. 09262762482 – DOJ Representative and Ms. Ma. Cecelia T Dandan with CP No. 09272601428 / 09308765642 – representative from the media, to wit:

a. 2 pcs small empty transparent plastic sachets with residue believed to be shabu marked with JCB-9-19-16-1;

b. several rolled aluminum foil marked with JCB-9-19-16-2;

Arrest of Wanted Person

KATIPUNAN - Personnel of Katipunan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok 4, Barangay Seroan, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte  at about 11:30  AM of September 20, 2016 and successfully arrested Merento Onado Lumanda, 41 years old, male, Filipino, married, and a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Seroan, Zamboanga Del Norte who is charged for  “violation of section 5 (h) (5) of R.A. 9262” and “violation of section 5 (a) of R.A. 9262 docketed in criminal cases nos.: 20664 and 20665, with bail bond recommended amounted to twelve thousand pesos (php12,000.00) each case by virtue of the warrant of arrest duly signed and issued by hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon, Presiding Judge, Branch 7, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte On July 3, 2016. The arrested person is presently detained at Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.

KATIPUNAN - Please be informed that on or about 11:30  in the morning of September 20, 2016 at Purok 4, Barangay Seroan, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte, PNP personnel of this office under the direct supervision of the undersigned, composed of SPO1 Fernando Supeter Gomolon, PO2 Joseph Albon Maata, PO2 Ronnel Duhaylungsod Busca, PO1 Nelgee Boquia Acas, PO1 Kevin Sy Tindugan, PO1 Frederic Alfon Palconayo and PO1 Warren Portacio Epo have successfully arrested one, MERENTO LUMANDA y Onado, male, Filipino, 41 years old with DOB: May 11, 1976, married, and a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Seroan, Zamboanga Del Norte who is charged for  “Violation of Section 5 (h) (5) of R.A. 9262” and “Violation of Section 5 (a) of R.A. 9262 docketed in Criminal Cases Nos.: 20664 and 20665, respectively with bail for his temporary liberty fixed at Twelve Thousand Pesos (₱12,000.00) each case by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest duly signed and issued by Hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon, Presiding Judge, Branch 7, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte on July 3, 2016. The arrested person is listed in Katipunan Target Acquisition List and now detained at Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.

Confiscation of Lumbers

GODOD - Request be informed that at about 12:50 in the afternoon of September 19, 2016, elements of Godod MPS led by PSI JAIME MARFIL TAÑOLA-OIC, proceeded to Purok 1, Barangay Poblacion, Godod, ZN to respond the report of Santiago Elumbaring Acaylar who personally appeared at Godod MPS that the planted trees in the parcel of his land situated at Purok 1, barangay Poblacion, Godod, ZDN were sawn and chopped. Upon arrival, the responding team confirmed that there was an actually chopped trees and immediately reported to CENRO, Liloy ZN. At about 9:00 o’clock in the morning of September 20, 2016, Forest Rangers of CENRO, Liloy led by Mr. Franco S. Lopez along with his companion, Mr. Cecilio E. Mindajo, Marilito S. Obnimaga, and Florentino C. Cadia III, arrived Godod MPS and immediately proceeded to the aforesaid barangay for further investigation. Investigation conducted disclosed that one Santiago Elumbaring Acaylar, 74 years old, widow and a resident of barangay Sto. Niño, Polanco, ZN, owned a parcel of land at Purok 1, barangay Poblacion, Godod ZN filled with planted trees particularly Mahogany were cut down, chopped and sold to one David Mayormita, Married and a resident of Salug ZN. On the assessment of Forest Rangers, they identified the 240 pieces of sawn lumber with different dimension of Mahogany Specie, measurement of 1,775 Board feet with the estimated value of Php 44,375.00. The said sawn lumbers were properly turned over to CENRO, Liloy ZN and received by Mr. Franco S. Lopez, Forest Ranger
