Accomplishment Report on the Arrest of Wanted Person
POLANCO - Be informed that on or about 11:55 o’clock in the morning of November 29, 2016 PNP elements of Polanco MPS led by PCI ALEJANDRO TIBA TRABADILLO-OIC, conducted manhunt operation at Poblacion North, Polanco ZN resulted to the arrest of one RONNIE MONTESA y VISMANOS, 31 years old, married, farmer, a resident of barangay San Pedro Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by HON ROGELIO D. LAQUIHON, Presiding Judge RTC 9, Branch 7 Dipolog City, for  “Violation of Section 10 (a) of R.A. 7610” docketed under CC# 21245 issued last November 17, 2016 with Eighty thousand Pesos ( Php.80,000.00) bail bond recommended. OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

RA 7610 Violator Arrested
POLANCO - Elements of Polanco MPS led by PCI Alejandro Tiba Trabadillo-OIC, conducted manhunt operation at Poblacion North, Polanco Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:55 AM of November 29, 2016. REPORTED INCIDENT - November 29, 2016

Shooting Incident
SIRAWAI - Shooting incident transpired at about 6:30PM of November 28, 2016 in Barangay Bongon, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte. Sirawai MPS identified the victim as Norhadin Talling Y Ahmad, 28 years old, single and a resident of Barangay Anungan, Sibuco. He was allegedly shot by unknown assailant. The victim sustained gunshot wound on the different part of his body and was brought to Sirawai Rural Health Unit but was later pronounced Dead on Arrival by the attending Medical Personnel. Investigation revealed that prior to the incident, the victim went to the house of his mother located at Barangay Bongon, Sirawai, wherein at around 6:10 PM of same date, the latter went out from the house and at about sixty (60) meters away, burst of fire heard by populace and when they verify it, they saw Norhadin Talling Y Ahmad lying in the ground. Recovered at the crime scene were twelve (12) pcs of empty shell of Cal .45 and two (2) fired bullets (slugs) of Cal .45. Motive of the incident is still to be determined. Shooting Incident
SIOCON - Shooting incident transpired in front of VLG Videoke House situated at Poblacion, Siocon Zamboanga Del Norte about 8:45 PM of November 28, 2016. The victim was identified later as certain Ricardo Francisco Mendiola 44 years old, married, laborer and a resident of Sitio Lower Logpond, Poblacion, Siocon. He was shot by unidentified suspect using unknown caliber of Firearm and was hit at the lower right portion of his armpit. The victim was brought by his friends to Siocon District Hospital for immediate medical attention. Initial investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that 8:35 PM of same date, the victim together with his friends identified as Edgar Dizon Satao, 28 years old and Jeruel B, Caban 28, both married and residents of Sitio Lower Logpond, Poblacion, Siocon, were having a drinking spree at VLG videoke house situated along D. Riconalla Street, Poblacion, Siocon at around 8:35 P.M of same date. After the victim consumed one bottle of beer, he went outside to urinate but after a while his companion and other customers heard a gun burst. After several minutes, they only knew that their companion (the victim) was hit by the gunshot they heard.  As of the moment no pieces of evidence were recovered at the crime scene. Motive of the incident is still to be determined. Siocon MPS is now conducting follow-up investigation to identify and arrest the suspect. Campaign against Illegal Drugs and Illegal Possession of Firearm
SALUG - The Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Group (SAIDSOTG) of Salug MPS in coordination with PDEA conducted a Drug Buy-Bust Operation at Poblacion, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte particularly at the vicinity of Salug Public Market at about 9:10 o’clock in the evening of November 28, 2016. The raiding team launched the said Law Enforcement Operation against one Alsarip Maani y Hapsan alyas “Al-Al”, 21 years old, male, Single and resident of Barangay Mucas, Salug that resulted to his instantaneous death after he offered violent resistance by pulling his firearm from his waistline and attempted to fire towards the position of the designated arresting officers that prompted them to defend themselves. At about 1:30 o’clock early dawn of November 29, 2016, Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) Team from the Zamboanga del Norte PNP Crime Laboratory conducted crime scene processing that resulted to the recovery of the following drug and non-drug evidence at the crime scene and from the possession and control of the subject and simultaneously marked the same in the presence of Hon. Jerry Maribojoc and Edelberto Amodia both elected Barangay officials of said place, Mrs. Victory Joyce C. Tagalog with CP No. 0927-788-6289 – DOJ Representative and Mr. Argie T. Quimno with CP No. 0930-7024-707 of Radyo Bisdak Dipolog – representative from the media, to wit:
a) One (1) unit caliber .38 revolver Springfield without serial number loaded with six .38 caliber live ammos;
 b) One (1) pc heat sealed elongated plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance;
 c) One (1) unit red wave alpha 110 motorcycle without plate number         attached, chassis number KO9L005096 and engine number K09L0E050585;
 d) One (1) pc One Thousand Peso bill with serial number CP929844;
 e) Two (2) pcs Five Hundred Peso bills with serial numbers CK600582 and CM895758;
 f) Seven (7) pcs One Hundred Peso bills with serial numbers KA055333; EA999305; FX923489; BY614941; XN023316; DR496416 and LV 299405;
  g) One (1) pc black Samsung cell phone;
  h) One (1) black G-shock wrist watch;
   i) One (1) pc battery cell phone torque;
   j) One (1) pc black spider sunglass;
  k) Three (3) pcs fcc 9 mm caliber;
   l) One (1) pc live ammos of cal .45;
  m) One (1) pc Ringguit SN BP 1620043; and
   n) One (1) pc Ten Peso coin and Two (2) pcs 5 peso coin
Further be informed that the recovered suspected drug evidence, the firearm and empty shells were brought by said SOCO team to their office for proper disposition while the other non-drug evidence recovered were properly turned-over by above-mentioned SOCO Team leader to the Investigator-On-Case for same purpose. The subject drug personality was listed in the Drugs Watch List of Salug MPS and has been operating his illegal drugs activities in Salug municipality and adjacent municipalities.
Meanwhile, at about 3:00 o’clock in the morning of same date, Post Mortem Examination was performed on the cadaver of the subject by Dr. Mery Jean E. Bendejo – Municipal Health Officer of Salug, ZN.  Afterwards, said neutralized drug personality was turned-over to his mother named Jaria Hapsan Jain for proper disposition.

REPORTED INCIDENT - November 28, 2016

Stabbing Incident
MANUKAN - Stabbing incident occurred at about 1:20AM of November 27, 2016 in Barangay East Poblacion, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Initial investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that the victim identified as Hadji Taha Datu Bandrang, 64 years old, married, male Filipino and a resident of mentioned place, was relaxing in the living room (sala) of their house because it was blackout at the time. His wife suddenly awaken by a noise of commotion and tried to look where the noise came from and then he saw her husband was attacked/stabbed with the use of a knife by more or less three unidentified persons, covered with face mask and then the wife shouted for help from their neighbors prompting the suspects to fled away towards unknown direction. The responding PNP personnel immediately brought the victim to the nearest hospital (Manukan Medicare Community Hospital) for medical treatment but pronounced DOA by the attending Physician Dr. Nur Hamir Ajijul – MDMPH. The victim sustained nine (9) stabbed wounds on the different parts of his body. Incident happened at around 12:45 A.M. more or less inside the house of the victim. Motive of the incident is still being determined by the Manukan MPS. Recovered from the crime scene are as fallows; two (2) pcs. Kitchen knife both measuring 32 cm. including handle. PNP Personnel of Manukan MPS is still conducting continuous follow-up operation for the possible arrest and identification of the suspects. Flash Alarm on Missing MC
MANUKAN - FLASH ALARM on missing MC, Honda XRM 125, color black/white combination, model 2011, Engine number XRM16E119818, Chassis number XRM16119813 and plate number JM 4930 registered under the name of FERDINAND AGBANNAOAG ONDOY of Pob East Manukan ZN. Said MC was missing while being parked at Central, Barangay East Poblacion, Manukan, ZN at about 9:30 o’clock in the evening on November 24, 2016 and believed taken by unidentified person. If said MC found in your AOR hold the possessor and the motorcycle and informed this Office (Attn: POPB) and Manukan MPS with CP number 0908-478-8414 for appropriate action. Spot Report on Beating Incident
SIBUTAD - Be informed that at around 11:14 o’clock in the evening of November 25, 2016 ARANTE SOTILLO MONDING, 39 years old, married and JOSHUA PUMICPIC MONDING, 23 years old, single, both residents of Sitio Campo, Sipaloc, Sibutad, ZN, came and reported to Sibutad MPS and narrated that at around 9:00 o’clock in the evening of same date they were beaten by the use of a hard object by a certain “alyas Junjun Panelo”, of legal age a resident of Purok 3, Sibuloc, ZN. Arante S. Monding was hit at the left side of his head and left ear while Joshua P. Monding was hit at the back of his body and left elbow, the incident transpired at provincial road particularly at Purok 3, Sibuloc, Sibutad, ZN. After the report, alert team led by SPO3 Gerich S. Dizon, immediately proceeded to the place. Initial investigation disclosed that the victims and the suspect were having a heated argument regarding the incident wherein the child of Arante S. Monding, was bitten by the dog of the alleged suspect. During the incident, Joshua P. Monding tried to pacified however they were beaten by the suspect using a hard object that resulted to injuries sustained. After the incident, the suspect fled away. Spot Report on Motor Vehicle Traffic Accident
JOSE DALMAN - Be informed that at about 10:00 o’clock in the morning of  November 26, 2016, a motor vehicle traffic accident transpired at the national highway of Brgy Poblacion, Jose Dalman ZN involving two (2) vehicles described as follows: Veh1- black XRM 110 with plate number OD 2026, Engine number XRM110ME-7198235, Chassis Number XRM13-065-198235 driven by FERVEO MERAVELES y VELASCO, 32 years old, married and a resident of said place; and Veh2- gray Toyota FORTUNER, with chassis nr MHFZR696803017857, engine nr 2KD667438, plate nr YKG941, registered under the name of LIEZEL ENGRACIA Y CARREON and driven by WILBEN MANUEL ANGELES, 26, single of Brgy Tumaga, Zamboanga City with driver’s license NO3-15-036283. Initial investigation conducted by the responding team of Jose Dalman MPS led by SPO1 Fritz Abuso disclosed that while Veh1 was travelling towards Sindangan Municipality (south direction) and upon reaching the place of accident, was accidentally sideswiped by Veh2 which was travelling from behind in same direction. As a result, Veh1 with the driver fell on the road resulting to damage of Veh1 and injuries to the driver. Victim was brought to ZANORTE Medical Center, Dipolog City for medical treatment while both vehicles involved are now in the custody of Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition. For information.

Campaign on Illegal Logging
BALIGUIAN - The Baliguian MPS conducted police operation at about 8:10 in the morning of November 27, 2016 after one Porperio Ramuga, 55 years old, married and a private secretary of Hon. Vice Mayor Gani Esmali of Baliguian Zambanga Del Norte reported to Baliguian MPS thru cellphone call that allegedly there were some persons cutting planted trees in a lot owned by the Local Government of Baliguian. The raiding team found out several lumbers of Mahogany in different dimensions with a total 435 board feet more or less with an estimated value worth of P5, 235 and upon verification of a certain Roger Mabida y Omboy 60 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Lituban, Siocon (Contractor), he failed to present pertinent documents for the legitimacy of the operation and without proper authority from the LGU. Confiscated lumber together with one (1) unit chain saw which was use in cutting the planted trees were turned over to the office of DENR of Siocon while the suspect is now detained in Baliguian MPS while case is being prepared.

LILOY - Be informed that at around 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of November 25, 2016 elements of Liloy MPS led by SPO2 Romeo S. Abil successfully arrested one MARIFE NOBLEZA ESTURCO, Female, 26 years old, single and a resident of Barangay Comunal, Liloy, ZN by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon Judge Kathia C. Adasa Santiago of MCTC  LILOY-TAMPILISAN 9th Judicial Region Liloy, ZN for “GRAVE ORAL DEFAMATION” docketed in CC # 2964 dated November 25, 2016 with a bail bond recommended amounting to P6,000.00 Pesos. Said person was arrested at her house at Brgy. Comunal, Liloy, ZN. Furthermore, at about 1:35 o’clock in the afternoon of same date said accused was released from Liloy MPS custody after posting a cash bond of P6,000.00 pesos as per order of released signed and issued by Hon. KATIPUNAN - Be informed that on or about 9:00 o’clock in the morning of November 23, 2016 joint elements of Siquijor MPS and Katipunan MPS led by PCINSP ROBERT AGDA successfully arrested one JEFFREY JORCA SR y CABIGON, 41years old, married, a native of San Vicente, Katipunan, ZN. Said person was arrested at his temporary residence at Brgy Calalinan, Siquijor, Siquijor by virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under criminal case no. 13841 and 13842 for the crime of “ROBBERY” issued by Hon. Porferio Mah, Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 8, Dipolog City dated July 2, 2007 with bail fixed in the amount of P100,000.00 and Criminal Case no. 13701 for the crime of “ROBBERY” issued by Hon. Yolinda Bautista, Presiding judge, RTC Branch 9, Dipolog City dated December 12 2007 with bail fixed in the amount of P200,000.00. Campaign against Illegal Drugs thru Buy bust Operation
MANUKAN - The operatives of Manukan MPS conducted joint Buy bust operation at Barangay Poblacion, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:00 AM November 24, 2016. This resulted to the arrest of one Eric Macias Tiu, 46 years old, married, male, Drug surrenderer categorized as Pusher, currently under Baseline Pusher of Manukan MPS as number 1 of the drugs watch list, resident of said place. Recovered from the possession and control of the suspect were: One (1) sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Shabu with an estimated market value amounting to five hundred pesos( Php 500.00) as buy bust evidence, three  (3) sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Shabu with an estimated total market value two thousand five hundred pesos ( Php. 2, 500,00), 5 pcs one hundred peso bill (mark money) with the following serial numbers to wit; BY626601, ES286197, JX614841, BD944223, UN480640, 1 Unit cellular phone Sony Ericsson, 1 piece disposable lighter, 1 pack mighty cigarette containing 14 sticks of cigarette and 1 piece towel color blue. Said operation and body frisk was witnessed by Arjie C. Cerna, Media representative and elected official of Barangay Poblacion, Manukan, ZN elected official of Barangay Poblacion, Manukan, ZN, Kag. Jinesonna D. Culanculan, Kag. Jeffrey Villarin, Kag. Ali Letran. Suspect now detained at Manukan MPS for filing of appropriate charges in court. Arrest Wanted Person 
LA LIBERTAD - Two individuals were arrested by combined elements of La Libertad and CIDG at about 9:30 AM of November 24, 2016 at Barangay Mauswagon, La Libertad, Zamboanga Del Norte. Arrested were Ronal B. Amparo, Jr., 18 yrs old, single, drug surrenderer (user) and Elven P. Malagum, 19 years, single, drug surrenderer (user) both resident of said place. This is by virtue of a virtue of  Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 7, Ninth Judicial Region, Dipolog City for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness in Rel. to R.A. 7610 docketed in criminal case number 21259 and 21260 with recommended bail of Twelve thousand (P12,000.00) pesos each. Suspects now detained at La Libertad MPS for proper disposition.

Anti-Illegal Logging Operation
SIRAWAI - The Police elements of Sirawai MPS conducted a police operation at about 1:20 PM of November 23, 2016 after there were abandoned assorted sizes of good lumber at Barangay Balubuan, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte. The raiding team recovered  eleven (11) fleches of  1 X 12 X 12 of  Lauaan specie  (132 Boardfeet) and thirteen (13) fleches of 1 1/2 X 6 X 14 of  yakal specie (136.5 boardfeet). Said lumber was brought to Sirawai MPS and turned over to Mr. Nagdir I Napii the Sirawai Municipal Environment and Natural resources Officer for proper disposition.

Campaign against Illegal Drugs
DAPITAN CITY - The Anti-illegal Drugs Operatives of Dapitan City Police Station on November 24, 2016 at about 5:15 PM, conducted drug buy bust operation at Barangay Ilaya, Dapitan City. This resulted to the arrest of one Mike Voltaire Elopre Agustin, 35 yo, married, a resident of the Barangay Barcelona, Dapitan City, former member of Philippine Coast Guard with AWOL status. Confiscated from his possession and control were one (1) piece heat sealed rectangular transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Shabu as buybust evidence; three (3) pieces heat sealed rectangular transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Shabu; one (1) pc five hundred peso bill used as marked money; One (1) small piece of paper used as wrapper, one (1) unit cal 45 STI Trojan with SN 370808 without legal documents with one (1) magazine inserted loaded with seven (7) ammos of Cal 45 and another one (1) pc Cal 45 ammo found in the chamber of said FAs, one (1) pistol holster, one unit Black and Gold Samsung Duos mobile phone, one (1) pc blue Lighter, one (1) unit Black Rusi Motorcycle bearing Plate Nr JA 29259 with key, Two (2) identification cards from Philippine Coast Guard and Non-professional Driver’s license of the suspect. Arrested person now detained at Dapitan CPS while confiscated items were also brought to the said police station for proper disposition.

Man Nabbed for the Grave Oral Defamation
LILOY - A 29-year old man was arrested at about 4:15 PM of November 24, 2016 at Barangay Baybay Liloy Zamboanga Del Norte. Liloy MPS identified the arrested as Alvin Nobleza Estorco, 29 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Comunal, Liloy, Zambaonga Del Norte. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon Judge Kathia C. Adasa Santiago of MCTC Liloy-Tampilisan 9th Judicial Region Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte for Grave Oral Defamation docketed in CC # 2964 dated November 15, 2016 with a bail bond recommended amounting to P6, 000.00 Pesos.  At about 4:45 PM of same date, said team successfully arrested the other subject person identified as Mr. Emedio Nobleza Estorco, 39 years old, with live-in partner and a resident of same place inside their house at barangay Comunal, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject persons were under the same warrant of arrest as stated above. At about  7:00 PM of same date said subject persons  were released from PNP custody after putting a cash bond of P6,000.00  each  and  order of released signed  by Hon. Judge Kathia C. Adasa Santiago of MCTC  Liloy-Tampilisan 9th Judicial Region Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.

Theft Suspect Arrested
PIÑAN - A woman was arrested at about 7:45 P.M. of November 24, 2016, at Barangay Bacuyong, Pinan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Pinan MPS identified the arrested as Celeste Flora y Makintura, 38 years old, married a resident of said Barangay. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Qualified Theft docketed under CC# 1331 duly  issued   by   Judge ROY P. MURALLON  of  RTC, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 36, Calamba, Misamis Occidental  with  recommended bail in the amounting to forty Thousand Pesos (Php40,000.00)  for her temporary liberty. Subject person now detained at Pinan MPS for proper disposition.

REPORTED INCIDENT - November 24, 2016

Alleged Abduction Incident
SERGIO OSMEÑA - An abduction incident was reported at about 2:00PM of November 23, 2016, by one Gracechelle Mae S. Gubantes, female, 22 years old, working at One Network bank, Pagadian City, and a resident of Dicayas, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte to Sergio Osmeña MPS that his live-in partner named Joshua Elia y Ragasa, male, 23 years old, working at CENRO, Liloy Zamboanga Del Norte and a resident of Brgy Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte was allegedly abducted by unidentified perpetrator/s. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, at about 8:00 in the morning of November 21, 2016, Gracechelle (reportee) and Joshua (victim) were together at Gracechelle’s apartment situated at Purok Marang, Brgy Paglaum Dos, Tuburan District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur. Joshua left Pagadian City at about 10:00 AM of same date bound for Dipolog City on board a Rural Bus Transit. At about 1:56 in the afternoon, the reportee received a text messages from Joshua that he already arrived at Integrated Bus Terminal (IBT) of Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga Del Norte and was asking for help (Text: “Tabang”) and later on, Joshua’s phone was turned off. At about 2:50 in the afternoon of same date she (Gracechelle) received a text messages from other cell phone number 09778351766 informing her to Quote’’ Ready niyo ang 150, 00 within 2 weeks magtitext kami after 1 week’’ unquote and at about 5:21 in the afternoon of same date she received again text messages from other cell phone number 09982947332 to quote’’ Mag ready kayo ng 150,000 para e release si Joshua bibigyan ko kayo nang 2 weeks mag text kami after 1 week’’ unquote. On November 22, 2016, at about 03:02PM, she (Gracechelle) received pictures of Joshua thru chat messages in the account named “Joshua Elia” naked, hands tied inside a bathroom of undisclosed placed and with a message to quote “ready nyo 150, 000 I will contact you after 1 week” unquote. It was later found out through technical support, Joshua said he at GV Hotel, Ozamis City. At about 3:30PM of November 23, 2016, PSI ROMAR VICTORIANO ALFANTA LIM-OIC coordinated PSUPT DARYL GERTUNDA ARANTON-ACOP of Ozamis City Police through cell phone call. The team together with 10 PNP personnel from RPSB9 proceeded to GV hotel, Port Road, Ozamis City and the responding elements able to find Joshua (alleged victim) at one of the rooms of the said hotel. The responding elements of OCPS immediately brought Joshua (alleged victim) to Ozamis City Police Station for proper disposition. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that Joshua was just making it all up (the kidnapping), was just making scenario/making drama just to get away/keep himself away from his family. At about 08:30pm of same date, PNP elements of Sergio Osmeña MPS arrived at Ozamis City PS to take Joshua into custody. Arrest of Wanted Person and Campaign against Illegal Drugs
DAPITAN CITY - Personnel of Dapitan City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Antipolo, Dapitan City at about 5:00 AM of November 23, 2016. This led to the arrest of Ricky Paso Hapole”, 26, single, a resident of Barangay Talisay, Dapitan City, and listed in the weekly target acquisition on wanted persons of Dapitan CPS. Suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Acting Presiding Judge Vittorio Dante D. Dalman of Municipal Trial Court in Cities, 9th Judicial Region; Dapitan City for the crime of Theft docketed under CC Nr 17932 dated November 14, 2016 with bailbond recommended amounting to Ten Thousand Pesos (P10, 000.00) for his temporary liberty. Further, upon the conduct of body search to the arrested suspect, the team found two (2) pcs heat-sealed transparent sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu and one (1) pc Twenty Peso bill in his pocket. Inventory and markings of confiscated items was witnessed by Hon. Zosimo Sygaco-Chairman of Brgy Antipolo, Dapitan City and Erna D Baradillo-Media Representative. Arrest of Suspect on Grave Threats and Campaign against Illegal Possession of Firearm  
PIÑAN - Operatives of Piñan MPS was arrested after he was found in possession of  caliber 38 revolver following a hot pursuit operation in Purok 1, Barangay Calican, Piñan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:38 PM of November 22, 2016. Suspect was identified as Jerry Intam y Delmonte a.k.a “Momoy”, 42 years old, married, Tanod, a resident of said place. The victim was identified as Miguilito Recla y Paradiang, 48 years old, married, a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Calican, Piñan. The suspect was believed to be under the influence of liquor, after he went to the store, threatening by pointing to the people a pistol of unknown caliber. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that on or about 9:00 PM of the same date, the family of the victim along with his friends was having a birthday celebration outside the store when suddenly the suspect, under the influence of liquor arrived and approached them. The suspect then asked about his credit and was replied by the victim’s wife but, with no apparent reason the suspect got angry and left. However, at around 10:35 PM of same date, the suspect returned carrying a firearm and started threatening and pointing it to them. The Item recovered from his possession is one (1) caliber 38 revolver loaded with six (6) ammunitions. The suspect is now detained at Piñan MPS pending the filing of appropriate case in court.

Arrest of Wanted Person
ROXAS - A 56-year old man was arrested in Sitio Canibo, Barangay Villahermoso, Roxas at about 9:00 AM of November 23, 2016. Roxas MPS identified as Flavio Balansag Denolan, 56 years old, married and a resident of said place. Suspect was arrested at his residence, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon of RTC9 Branch 7, Dipolog City docketed under Criminal Case Nr 21261 for the crime of Rape In Relation To RA 7610 dated November 17, 2016 without bail recommended. The arrested wanted person is now detained at Roxas MPS Detention Cell for proper disposition.

Shooting Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - Shooting incident occurred at about 9:25 pm of November 21, 2016 in Airport Drive, Barangay Minaog, Dipolog City, wherein operatives of ZN--PDEA led by agent Jury Rocarmora, transported the arrested suspect Crisanto Tolentino Gulang alias MARAL and Jeanet Villaflores Acevedo both of Purok Pag-asa, Barra, Dipolog City, which were apprehended by joint elements of Dipolog City Police Station, ZNPDEA, ZNCIDG and ZNHPG by virtue of Search Warrant No.11010-10 dated November 10, 2016 issued by Hon. Judge Ric Bastasa of RTC branch 10. While the two (2) suspects, Crisanto Tolentino Gulang alias Maral and Jeanet Villaflores Acevedo were on the way to PNP Crime Laboratory for a routine urine test at about said time on board their Isuzu Crosswind vehicle escorted by five (5) PDEA personnel and upon reaching Airport Drive, Barangay Minaog, Dipolog City, their vehicle was blocked by  twelve (12)  armed men wearing bonnet and black shirt, held  them at gun point, ordered PDEA agents  to lay down their firearms, which after said gunmen shot Crisanto Gulang And Jeanet Villaflores Acevedo several times before fleeing in different direction on  board a van type vehicle and a motorcycle without plate number attached. After the said gunmen fled to unknown direction, said team brought Crisanto Gulang to Zamboanga Del Norte Medical Center but was declared DOA by Dr. Quiachon while Jeanet Villaflores was brought to Corazon Aquino Hospital but was also declared DOA by Dr. Esturco. . At about 10:00 pm of the same day SOCO team arrive and process the crime scene. Continues follow –up investigation was conducted by this station to identify the perpetrators for filing of appropriate charges in court. Shooting Incident       
SIOCON - A shooting incident transpired at Barangay Bucana, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:00 AM of November 22, 2016. The victim was identified as one Romy Sala y Saudi, 43 years old, married a resident of the above-mentioned place. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, while the victim from S. Arabi Elementary School was on his way home on board his single motorcycle, and upon reaching the place of incident, he was blocked by a certain Ajam Basa and without any words, shot the victim twice using unknown caliber of firearm and hurriedly left the area. Victim was hit on his left hand but luckily, he managed to escape and seek for help.  Recovered at the crime scene was one (1) piece of fired cartridge of alleged Cal .45. Elements of Siocon MPS are now conducting follow-up operation/investigation for the identity and possible of the arrest.

Flash Alarm on Missing Motorcycle                     

LILOY - Be informed that at about 6:00 o’clock in the morning of November 22, 2016, one MICHAEL SABANAL CLAPANO, male, 36 years old, married, a resident of Brgy Lamao, Liloy ZN came and reported to Liloy MPS that his one (1) unit black/white Honda XRM 125CC single motorcycle, with engine no. XRM16E185329, chassis no. XRM16185328 with plate number JI 4069 was allegedly carted/stolen by unidentified suspect/s while it was parked outside the house of a certain Franklin Matas situated at Brgy. Fatima, Liloy ZN at around 1:00 o’clock dawn of same date. DAPITAN CITY - Operatives of Dapitan City Police Station led by SPO1 Aldwin Tagbac conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Cawa-Cawa, Dapitan City on November 22, 2016 at about 11:15 AM. JOSE DALMAN - Be informed that at about 8:00 o’clock in the morning of 21 November 2016, Jose Dalman MPS received information from a concern citizen that vehicular accident transpired along the national highway of Barangay Poblacion, Jose Dalman, ZN in front of AAA Gasoline Station involving two Honda XRM motorcycle V1-one blue Honda XRM 110 motorcycle bearing plate number TQ 9979 driven by MARVIN EDRA y GLACITA, 29 years old, single and resident of Punta Blanca, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte with one backrider and V2-one black XRM 125 bearing plate number KC 32340 driven by LLUID ARANDIA y SUMALPONG, 22 years old, single and a resident of La Concepcion, Sindangan, ZN. Immediately, responding team of Jose Dalman MPS led by SPO2 Benjamin Barosa Adel Jr proceeded to the reported place. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that both vehicle were travelling on opposite direction when V1 was travelling from North and upon turning left to re fuel at AAA gas station was hit/bumped by V2 which was travelling from South going to Dipolog City as a result the blue XRM was severely damaged and the driver sustained minor bruises while the black motorcycle was slightly damaged and the driver sustained injury on his right shoulder and was brought to Dipolog City for medical attention. Poblacion, Siayan ZN and driven by HENRY HANGAD y CARBAJAL, 49 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Maras, Sindangan, ZN holder of a Non-Professional Drivers License Number J01-01-035491 with 1,2 restriction code valid until November 29, 2017 with one back rider named SHEENA ROSE GERMATA HANGAD, 13 years old, female, single, and a resident of Barangay Maras, Sindangan, ZN. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that while V1 which was travelling from Barangay Poblacion, Sindangan (North) heading towards the Municipality of Leon B. Postigo (South) and upon reaching at the place of accident particularly near Maras East Elementary School accidentally head on collision to the approaching V2 as a result, both drivers and the back rider fell down the road and sustained injuries on the different part of their body and damages to both motorcycles. All victims were brought to Sindangan District Hospital by the concerned citizen for immediate medication, and later on, the driver of v1 was referred to Zanorte Medical Center situated at Sicayab, Dipolog City. Report on Drowning Incident
DAPITAN CITY - Be informed that on November 21, 2016 at about 1:12 o’clock in the afternoon, PO1 Ronnie Navarra Montero informed Dapitan CPS that a drowning incident transpired at the sea shore of Purok Piyapi, Brgy San Pedro, Dapitan City. Immediately, elements of Dapitan CPS together with the personnel from CDRRMC proceeded to the above-mentioned place to conduct search and rescue operation. Upon arrival thereat, the victim was identified as one CHRISLYN DIONG-AN MATAGOC, 15 years old, a resident of Sitio Bakhaw, San Pedro, Dapitan City, was already rescued by their neighbors and relatives and was immediately brought to Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital, Dapitan City for immediate medical attention by the responding CDRRMC Ambulance. At about 1:25 o’clock in the afternoon of same date, the victim was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician, Dr. Angeline Tamondong. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident the victim who doesn’t know how to swim, followed her sister to the shore to look for shellfish and her sister didn’t notice that she was drifted to the deeper part of the sea and drowned. Report on Arrest of Suspect for Resistance and Disobedience to Agents of Person in Authority    
TAMPILISAN - Be informed that at about 11:30 o’clock  in the evening November 20, 2016, one Benjamin Hermoso Pahayahay, 51 years old, married and a resident of Poblacion Tampilisan Zamboanga del Norte, reported to Tampilisan MPS through a cell phone call that a certain ARTHUR TAN BALOLOT, 39 years old a resident of same place got wild inside the reportee’ store situated at Brgy. Poblacion Tampilisan, ZN. Immediately, elements of Tampilisan MPS  led by PO3 Ian Fullo responded and proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of the said report. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that Arthur Tan Balolot was under the influenced of intoxicating liquor, got wild inside the store of Mr. Benjamin Pahayahay, dropping some bottles of beer, causing damage to the displayed rice. The responding team introduced themselves as Police Officer and tried to control the suspect. However, he resisted and kicked PO3 Fullo. RIZAL - Be informed that at about 3:30 o’clock in the afternoon of November 21, 2016, elements of Rizal MPS led by PI ALEXIE AQUINO PALISOC- OIC, in coordination with PDEA Zanorte thru the information of EIB conducted joint buy-bust operation at Brgy East Pob, Rizal ZN that resulted to arrest one ERNESTO CALING YLANAN Jr, 29 years old, single, a resident of Brgy Mitimos, Rizal, ZN and surrenderer of Rizal MPS. Confiscated from his possession and control were the following: a. one (1) pc transparent plastic sachet containing white   crystalline granules believed to be shabu (buy bust evidence) b.  one (1) piece five-hundred-peso bill with SN LL617688 (buy-bust money).  c. two (2) pcs transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; d. four (4) pieces cut rolled aluminum foil; e. one (1) piece crumpled aluminum foil; and f. one (1) piece twenty-peso bill with SN FQ 996402. (Neutralization of HVT - COPLAN DURIAN II)
POLANCO - Be informed that on or about 5:35 o’clock in the morning of November 18, 2016, PNP personnel of Polanco MPS led by PSI MANUEL ELUMBARING ACABAL-DCOP together with elements of Dipolog CPS led by PSUPT LITO LAURIO ANDYA-OIC and Intel Operatives of Dipolog CPS led by PSI ALEXIS M. BAHUNSUA conducted joint drug buy bust operation at the National Highway of Barangay Obay, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte against former PNP Member Joel Elia, 47 years old, Top 6 Provincial Level, and a High Value Target under COPLAN DURIAN II. Accordingly, prior to the said incident, the operating team concealed at the National Highway of Barangay Obay, Polanco, ZN when said target was sighted on the area inside the color grey with brown van vehicle bearing plate no. UDK 615.  After consummated the transaction of buy bust, the said suspect noticed that he was dealing police personnel then the suspect immediately drew his firearm and shot towards the operating PNP personnel prompting the PNP Operatives to retaliate and shot towards the suspect that caused his instantaneous death. LILOY - Be informed that at about 4:05 o’clock in the afternoon of November 16, 2016, Mrs. Shiela Naong, MSWDO-Liloy, ZN accompanied a certain Argelyn Sabanal Zosobrado, female, 11 years old and resident of Purok San Juan, barangay Baybay, Liloy, ZN appeared to Liloy MPS and requested for police assistance as accordingly Argelyn’s mother named Arlene Sabanal Zosobrado, 34 years old and resident of same place was being threatened at her workplace by Nestor Buhali Arnaiz (live-in partner of her mother), male, single, 47 years old, fisherman, Filipino, also a  resident of same place. Immediately, alert team of Liloy MPS led by SPO2 Romeo Abil responded the said report. Upon arrival thereat, Arlene confirmed her daughter’s report as well as informed the responding team that her live-in partner also physically abused her daughter (Argelyn). SIOCON - Be informed that at about 04:45AM of November 18, 2016 MAIDSOTG of Siocon MPS led by PCI JOSEP REALES MAULAD-OIC with the proper coordination to the PDEA-ZN, conducted drug buybust operation at Brgy S. Arabi, Siocon, ZN that resulted to the arrest of the two suspects namely: Kessar Esmael alias “Nano”, 31 years old, single, under brgy drug watchlist; and Madznor Esmael, 26 years old, single, both residents of above-mentioned place. Recovered and confiscated from the scene, in plain view were the following, to wit: 1. one (1) piece small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be “SHABU”; 2. one (1) pack Mighty Green cigarette containing Three (3) pcs cut soft drink strew served as improvised scoop, Six (6) pcs tiny rolled tin foils, fourteen (14)  pcs strip tin foils, Three (3) pcs cut empty transparent heat sealed sachet with residue of alleged “SHABU”, and One (1) pcs disposable lighter; 3. Sixteen (16) pcs cut/rolled strip of alleged used/burn tin foils; 4. Three Hundred Forty pesos (P340.00) in different denominations; 5. One (1) pc five hundred (P500.00) peso bill with serial nr GL 312822 as buybust money; 6. One (1) pc paper with different contact numbers; and 7. One (1) pc small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules “SHABU”. Confiscated from possession and control of suspect Madznor were the following, to wit: 1. Two (2) disposable lighter; 2. One (1) scissors; and 3. one (1) pack Mighty Green cigarette containing Six (6) pcs alleged used/burned strip/crumpled foils; Six (6) pcs cut empty/heat sealed transparent plastic sachet with alleged residue of Shabu confiscated the mini wallet; and One (1) pc dark brown wallet containing COMELEC ID and certificate of Live of birth. The inventory, markings of seized items were conducted in the presence of the above-named suspects, Arresting Officers, Brgy. Chairman Tuayong S. Laudin, Kagawad Jefferson S. Arabi, Kagawad Madding L. Banguih, Kagawad Lacaya M. Isnain and Miss Joemeleth R. Tabotabo-Media Representative from DXJL News FM. SERGIO OSMEÑA - Be informed that at about 6:50 o’clock in the evening of November 18, 2016, Sergio Osmeña MPS received a cell phone call from concerned citizen with the report that vehicular traffic accident transpired at National Highway of Barangay Biayon, Sergio Osmeña, ZN particularly in front of Sergio Osmeña Sr Municipal Hospital. Immediately, PNP elements of said police station composed of PO2 Rock John Fortuito, PO2 Joel Asister, and PO1 Elbert Taata proceeded to the place of accident to verify the veracity of the report. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that a red Honda XRM 125 MC with engine number KPY00136582, chassis number KPY00e136539, without plate number  driven by ARJAY GAPOL, male, 28 years old, single, a resident of Brgy Sinai, Sergio Osmeña, ZN while traversing the National Highway of Brgy Biayon, Sergio Osmeña, ZN going to his residence, was allegedly bumped/collided the back left portion of a Dump truck bearing plate number WSL 454 with engine number 8DC9-232647, chassis number FV315J-55645, registered in the name of Willie James A. Wong, driven by RICKEY ANDUSON y LADIAGUNONG, male, 46 years old, married, a resident of Brgy Mandih, Sindangan, ZN, a holder of Temporary Professional driver’s license with  number JOI-98-027622 while the said vehicle temporarily parked at the said road with hazard lights turned on. SINDANGAN - Be informed that on or about 1:25 o’clock dawn of November 19, 2016 at Goleo, Sindangan, ZN team led by SPO1 John Henrick C Ferolino and other members of MAIDSOTF, PO2 Melcar Garcia, PO2 Rogelio Canton Jr, PO2 Jessy Ray Adipen, PO2 Matias Miyas, PO1 Rene Mukod and PO1 Jovanie Baje with the assistance of Confidential Informant (CI) conducted buybust operation against the noted drug pusher identified as JULIVER RAGUDOS y BALUARTE, 23 years old, Filipino, male, single and temporary residing at Barangay Disud, Sindangan, and a resident of Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte. During the buy bust operation and drug trade, the subject Juliver Ragudos noticed that he was transacting a police officer after PO2 Jessy Ray Adipen who acted as poseur buyer directly grasp the hand of the suspect right after the transaction but unfortunately, the suspect resisted and evaded the arrest then run going to his one (1) companion on board with unidentified motorcycle situated a few meters away from the transaction site then immediately pulled undetermined caliber of firearm from his waist and fired towards PO2 Jessy Ray Adipen but luckily the police officer was not hit that prompted the other member of the team to retaliate and fired back towards the subject (Juliver Ragudos) which resulted the latter sustained gunshot wounds on his body while his companion immediately fled on board with his driven motorcycle after he heard a gunshot leaving behind the suspect. Suspect was immediately brought to Sindangan District Hospital by the operating PNP personnel for immediate medical treatment but pronounce dead on arrival by the attending physician Dr. Ellyn L. Carabaña. Immediately, after the said operation, Sindangan MPS directly contacted this office to requests ZN-PNP Crime Laboratory Office (ZNPCLO) to conduct Scene of the Crime Operation (SOCO) at the crime scene as well as fingerprint taking and paraffin test of the cadaver. DIPOLOG CITY - Be informed that at about 7:00 o’clock in the evening of November 18, 2016 one MARILYN QUEZON y FRANCISCO, 25 years old, single and a resident of compound Pangaan, Mayahag, Zamboanga Del Sur, and temporarily residing at Dioscora Tan’s Residence, Gomez Street, Barra Dipolog City came to Dipolog CPS and reported that allegedly she was robbed by unidentified suspects while walking at Mabini Street corner Osmeña Street, Barra, Dipolog City. Initial investigation conducted disclose that the victim while walking on the aforementioned street purposely to buy viand for her dinner, an unidentified male suspect wearing dirty white jacket with hood tailed him and upon reaching at the dark portion of the Street, another unidentified suspect was waiting for her and grab her jacket and asked her money while pointing an object to her waist whom she believed to be a gun. The suspect then took her money amounting to Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15, 000.00) more or less and placed it on a brown bag then fled to unknown direction. Accomplishment Report on Campaign Against Illegal Drugs thru Buy Bust and Search Warrant Operation 
DIPOLOG CITY - Be informed that  on or about 6:00 o’clock in the morning of November 19, 2016, joint elements of ZNPDEA led by Agent Jury Rocamora, Dipolog CPS led by PSUPT LITO L ANDAYA, ZNCIDG and ZNHPG implemented the Search Warrant no. 11010-10 dated November 10. 2016 issued by Hon. Judge Ric Bastasa of RTC BR. 8, Dipolog City to the residence of CRISANTO TOLENTINO GULANG a.k.a. Maral, 36 years old, married and JEANET VILLAFLORES ACEVEDO, 37 years old, single at Purok Pag-asa, Brgy. Barra, Dipolog City that resulted to the recovery of one (1) piece of white sando bag, five (5) pieces transparent plastic sachet containing suspected dried marijuana leaves, two (2) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believe to be shabu, one (1) unit weighing scale, one (1) piece blue/green the north face sling bag containing two (2) pieces cal .45 live ammos one (1) pink container containing suspected marijuana stalks, one (1) piece improvised pipe, one (1) piece improvised green hose used as tooter and one (1) piece red water pipe.  The same team conducted simultaneously buy-bust operation at the computer shop of the above-cited persons located at the same place that resulted to the recovery of one (1) piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet believe to be “shabu”, one (1) piece plastic cellophane, one (1) unit colt cal.45 with serial number 853629, one (1) .45 caliber magazine with eight (8) pieces live ammos, one (1) unti cellular phone, one unit .22 caliber, one (1) piece php100 peso bill with serial number qt722180, ten (10) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance one (1) unit cellular phone six (6) one thousand pesos bill, one (1) piece thousand peso bill, five (5) pieces fifty peso bill two (2) pieces twenty peso bills twenty (20) pieces live ammos for m16 rifle. Spot Report on Shooting Incident
SIRAWAI - Be informed that on or about 7:30 o’clock in the evening of November 19, 2016 information received from Sirawai MPS thru cellphone that Shooting Incident transpired at Oil Mill Building, Sirawai Proper, Sirawai, ZN. Immediately PNP elements of Sirawai MPS led by PCI MALAHAY JAUHALI SAID, ACOP, responded on said incident. Initial investigation conducted by the said responding PNP Team disclosed that victim was identified as one Jerry Macoycruz, married, 35 years old, farmer and a resident of said barangay who was shot by unidentified person/s using unknown caliber firearms while victim was on his way home about eight meters away from his residence. Victim sustained two gunshot wounds on his shoulder and left abdomen and immediately brought by his relatives to Sirawai Rural Health Unit. Report on Stabbing Incident
ROXAS - Be informed that at about 5:05 o’clock in the afternoon of November 19, 2016, Roxas MPS received a phone call from Brgy. Councillor Gloria Intes of Brgy Piñamar, Roxas, ZN informing that stabbing incident transpired at said place. Immediately, elements of Roxas MPS led by led by SPO1 Richard C Suasula proceeded to the crime scene to verify the veracity of the report. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that victim was identified as one DANILO TUGANAN LEDAMA, 27 years old, single and a resident of same place who was stabbed by GARDSON LIGUTOM, 36 years old, with live-in partner and resident of same place using broken bottle. Prior to the incident duo were having a heated argument that resulted to the said incident. Victim was brought to ZN Medical Center, Dipolog City while suspect was arrested by the responding PNP at about 11:30 PM same date and now detained at Roxas MPS. Progress report follows. Report on Thievery Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - Be informed that on or about 10:00 o’clock in the morning of November 19, 2016, ROGEL CAPACIO y ORDINARIA 38 years old, married and a resident of Purok 3, Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City came and reported to Dipolog CPS that his Honda Wave 100 motorcycle color red, bearing plate No. JI4338 with Engine number HCO8E-6088387 and Chassis number KRS11-057-088387 registered under the name of his wife Christine A. Morgia was missing while being parked outside of his house at the above-mentioned place and was forcibly taken by unidentified culprit/s at around 9:09 o’clock in the evening of November 17, 2016. The incident was actually recorded at the CCTV Footage installed at the barangay hall of Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City. At about 12:10 o’clock dawn of November 18, 2016, said motorcycle was reportedly utilized by two (2) unidentified person/s took/carry stolen two (2) sacks of un-milled rice owned by Evelyn C. Go at Barangay Lower Disakan, Manukan, ZN. Evelyn C. Go noticed the thievery incident, she together with her workers chased the suspect until the suspect/s left the said Motorcycle with the two (2) sacks of un-milled rice abandoned at Brgy Tabon Jose Dalman ZN. Recovered MC with 2 two sacks of un milled rice was turned over to Manukan MPS and now impounded thereat.  Owner of said MC was already informed by Dipolog CPS. Dipolog CPS and Manukan MPS now conducting joint investigation for possible identities of the suspects for filing of appropriate charges in court. For information.

Lacaya, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, docketed under criminal case number S-5386 dated August 23, 2016, bail recommended for his temporary liberty fixed at P80, 000.00 pesos. Said wanted person was arrested at his residence and now temporarily detained at Siayan MPS for proper documentation.

Rape Suspect Held in Dapitan
DAPITAN CITY - A 62-year old man was arrested in Barangay Bagting, Dapitan City at about 2:00 PM of November 20, 2016. The Dapitan CPS identified the arrested man as Dioscoro Cadiz Y Verano, 62 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Sinonoc, Dapitan City. Suspect was charged for Rape in relation to RA 7610 issued and signed by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City, Branch 7, dated June 30, 2011, docketed under Criminal Case No. 16673 and 16674, without bail bond recommended. Subject person was arrested at brgy Bagting, Dapitan City, and now temporarily detained at Dapitan CPS for documentation.

Robbery Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - An Alleged Robbery Hold-up incident occurred in Dipolog City at about 7:00 PM November 18, 2016, wherein one Marilyn Quezon Y Francisco, 25 years old, single and a resident of compound Pangaan, Mayahag, Zamboanga Del Sur, and temporarily residing at Dioscora Tan’s Residence, Gomez Street, Barra Dipolog City, allegedly she was robbed by unidentified suspects while walking at Mabini Street corner Osmeña Street, Barra, Dipolog City. Initial investigation conducted disclose that the victim while walking on the aforementioned street purposely to buy viand for her dinner, an unidentified male suspect wearing dirty white jacket with hood tailed him and upon reaching at the dark portion of the Street, another unidentified suspect was waiting for her and grab her jacket and asked her money while pointing an object to her waist whom she believed to be a gun. The suspect then took her money amounting to Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15, 000.00) more or less and placed it on a brown bag then fled to unknown direction. The Dipolog City Police Station conducting follow-up investigation for possible identification of the suspects.

Shooting Incident
SIRAWAI - Shooting Incident transpired at Oil Mill Building, Sirawai Proper, Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte at about 7:30 PM of November 19, 2016. The victim was identified as one Jerry Macoycruz, married, 35 years old, farmer and a resident of said place. He was shot by unidentified person/s using unknown caliber firearms while he was on his way home about eight meters away from his residence. The victim sustained two gunshot wounds on his shoulder and left abdomen and immediately brought by his relatives to  Sirawai Rural Health Unit. Sirawai MPS is now conducting follow-up investigation for possible ident and arrest of the suspect.  The Investigator on case is PO2 Rashid Rivera Paniorotan with CP Nr. 09352764530.

Stabbing Incident              
ROXAS- Stabbing incident transpired at about 5:05PM of November 19, 2016 in Barangay Piñamar, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte. The victim was identified as Danilo Tuganan Ledama, 27 years old, single and a resident of same place. He was stabbed by Gardson Ligutom, 36 years old, with live-in partner and resident of same place using broken bottle. Investigation showed that prior to the incident, the duo were having heated arguments that resulted to the said incident. Victim was brought to Zamboanga Del Norte Medical Center, Dipolog City while suspect was arrested by the responding PNP at about 11:30 PM same date and now detained at Roxas MPS.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

Campaign against Illegal Drugs 
SINDANGAN - Operatives of Sindangan MPS conducted buy bust operation at about 1:25 AM of November 19, 2016 at Goleo, Sindangan, against the noted drug pusher identified as Juliver Ragudos Y Baluarte, 23 years old, male, single and temporary residing at Barangay Disud, Sindangan, and a resident of Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte. During the buy bust operation and drug trade, the subject Juliver Ragudos noticed that he was transacting a police officer after PO2 Jessy Ray Adipen who acted as poseur buyer directly grasp the hand of the suspect right after the transaction but unfortunately, the suspect resisted and evaded the arrest then run going to his one (1) companion on board with unidentified motorcycle situated a few meters away from the transaction site then immediately pulled undetermined caliber of firearm from his waist and fired towards PO2 Jessy Ray Adipen but luckily the police officer was not hit that prompted the other member of the team to retaliate and fired back towards the subject (Juliver Ragudos) which resulted the latter sustained gunshot wounds on his body while his companion immediately fled on board with his driven motorcycle after he heard a gunshot leaving behind the suspect.      Suspect was immediately brought to Sindangan District Hospital by the operating PNP personnel for immediate medical treatment but pronounce dead on arrival by the attending physician Dr. Ellyn L. Carabaña.     Immediately, after the said operation, Sindangan MPS directly contacted this office to requests ZN-PNP Crime Laboratory Office (ZNPCLO) to conduct Scene of the Crime Operation (SOCO) at the crime scene as well as fingerprint taking and paraffin test of the cadaver.      Further, the result of SOCO team will follow thereafter while the cadaver of the suspect is now in the morgue of Sindangan District Hospital for proper disposition.

Recovered from the crime scene six  pieces fired cartridge case for caliber 9mm, one (1) piece fired cartridge case for caliber .45, one (1) unit cal. 45 colt with serial number 152617 loaded with one (1) fired cartridge case and five (5) pieces live ammunitions and magazine.  At Sindangan District Hospital the Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Crime Laboratory (ZNPCLO) conducted search to the suspect and recovered from his possession one (1) piece five hundred (Php 500.00) pesos with serial number JB629612 marked money, one (1) piece cherry mobile cell phone C8i, color black, one (1) piece bangle, wrist stainless, two (2) pieces rings bronze and stainless, one (1) piece mentos plastic container color green containing ten (10) sachets of white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, paraffin test and post mortem fingerprint was also conducted at Sindangan District Hospital and was witnessed by Barangay Chairman Neil Albert S Jamora of Goleo, Sindangan and media representative Mr. Rolando B Oguis. Further, PO2 Jessy Ray acted as poseur buyer turned-over one (1) sachet of shabu. Cadaver of the suspect was now in the morgue of Sindangan District Hospital for proper disposition.
