Incident in Roxas
On May 19, 2018 at about 4:15 PM, hacking
incident at Brgy Langatian, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte, wherein victim
identified as Ernesto Mamac Carreon, 28 y/o, single was hacked by his brother
Gilbert Mamac Liquit, 36 years old, single, both residents of said place.
Investigation conducted disclosed that prior to
the incident the victim and the suspect were having a drinking session that
resulted to an intense argument due to misunderstanding, which prompted the
suspect to get a bolo, and hacked the victim once hitting the head.
Victim was brought to ZANORTE Medical Center for
medical treatment while the suspect was arrested by the responding PNP team and
now detained at Roxas MPS for proper disposition.
