Be
informed that at about 7:00 o’clock in the evening of May 5, 2018 one Marvin
Salon y Bangson, 35 years old, chief tanod of Brgy Poblacion, Gutalac, ZN came
and reported to Gutalac MPS and asking for police assistance. That a certain
James Tan y Pagasian, 49 years old (Date of birth October 12, 1971), elementary
graduate, male, single, farmer and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Gutalac,
Zamboanga del Norte. Accordingly, the suspect allegedly armed with bolo and
angrily shouted with threatening words and challenge for a fight and harassed
his family thereat.
Immediately, Alert team of Gutalac MPS led by
SPO4 Darwin Damaso Navarro, left said station on board with PNP marked vehicle
(Mahindra) and proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of said report.
Upon arrival of the responding team at said
place, subject person (James Tan y Pagasian) ran away to the dark and grassy
area sensing the presence of the responding team.
There and then, team chased the subject
person until he was caught and arrested at the dark and shrubbery part of said
place.
Subject person believed to be under the
influenced of liquor as evidence from his smell and actions upon bringing him
to said police station. When SPO3 Leonel Somosa Palacay conducted body search
for possible presence of deadly weapon incidentally to lawful search found out
from his left pocket of his short pants illegal drugs:
-one (1) heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing crystalline substance believe to be
shabu,
-one (1) Lighter
color green and a cash amounting to seven hundred twenty pesos (Php 720.00) in
different denominations.
Subject person is now detained at Gutalac MPS
for filing appropriate charges against him. For information.
Be informed that at around 9:00AM of morning
of May 06, 2018, one Teddy Decierdo Canton, 43 years old, married, and a
resident of Brgy. Dinasan, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte.
He was accompanied by his wife Jenelyn
Magsalay Canton, 33 years old, appeared to Jose Dalman MPS and voluntarily
turned-over/surrender one Homemade 38 revolver, no serial number, and with four
(4) live ammunitions.

firearm is now deposited at Jose Daman MPS for proper disposition. For

Report on Stabbing Incident
Be
informed that about 1:45 pm of May 6, 2018 SPO3 Reynaldo Subebe y Gapo assigned
at Dipolog CPS brought to the Police station and turned over the living body of
one Ian Luminis y Raging, 23 years of age, male, Filipino, single and a
resident of Purok Mangga, Olingan, Dipolog City.
The
subjext is the suspect of stabbing Ronald Lipasan y Galvez, 31 years old, male,
married, resident of Everlasting, Olingan, Dipolog City.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at
about 12:45 pm of same date the suspect without any apparent reason stabbed the victim when he was on his
way home about thirty meters (30 meters) from his residence.
The
victim is now brought and confined at Zanorte Medical Center for medical
treatment while the suspect is now detained at Dipolog CPS pending filing of
criminal charges in court. For Information.
Report on Stabbing Incident
Be
informed that at about 10:00 o’clock in the evening of May 6, 2018, Rizal MPS
received a cellphone call from Brgy. Captain RD Tan Samson of Brgy. Balubohan,
Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte informing that there was a stabbing incident
transpired at thereat.
Acted
on the report PNP personnel of Rizal MPS composed of PO3 Felmar T. Adraincem,
PO2 Evjenn R. Galea, PO2 Ronald G. Lalangan and PO2 Jay Albert D. Rubi
responded to the aforementioned place.
Initial
investigation conducted by the responding PNP personnel revealed that at around
6:45 PM of same date victim Fernando Embol y Montegrande, 50 years old,
married, farmer, resident of Brgy. Balubohan, Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte. They
were having a drinking spree with the suspect identified as Gregorio Arceno y
Buzarang, 56, years old, married, farmer, also a resident of said place. During
their drinking spree and conversation the suspect got angry with the victim and
suddenly pulled a knife from his waist and stabbed the victim, luckily the
victim was able to parry the attacked from the suspect and was only hit on his
right hand.
The
suspect tried to stabbed him again but the victim able to evade and was not
hit.
Responding
PNP personnel successfully arrested the suspect, informed of his rights under
Sec 12, Art 3 of the 1987 Constitution and confiscated from him the 1 kitchen
knife he used in stabbing the victim. Arrested suspect is now detained at Rizal
MPS for proper disposition pending proper charges to be filled in court. For
