Accomplishment
on Loose Firearms in Polanco
On or about 10:10 PM of May 10, 2018, A
vehicular traffic accident transpired along the National Highway of Brgy
Guinles, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte involving two (2) unit motorcycles
described as:
-MC-1 Honda 100, black, bearing plate no.
6466-SA,with engine no. KWY01E104741, chassis no.KWY01104735, registered under
the name of Bernadito Lagura and driven by BERNEL LAGURA, male with his
backrider which still unconscious and unidentified and
-MC-2 Honda wave 110, blue and black
combination, bearing temporary plate no. 090105, owned and driven by DENNIS
BERAQUE DURADA, 27 years old, male, married, holder of NPDL with license no.
JO1-16-001241 and resident of brgy.Guinles, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that
while MC-2 was traveling from Dipolog City going to Brgy. Guinles of said
municipality and upon reaching the said place accidentally made heads on
collision to MC-1 which was traveling in opposite direction causing them to
fell into the ground/road.
Both drivers and back rider of MC-1 sustained
serious physical injuries in the different parts of their bodies and were
immediately brought to ZANORTE medical center on board Polanco and MDRRMC
ambulance for medical attention while motorcycles involved were temporarily
impounded at Polanco MPS for proper disposition.
Follow-up investigation will be conducted to
determine the complete detail of the driver of MC-1 and his back rider. IOC-PO2
