minor injured in Vehicular Accident
TAMPILISAN,
ZaNorte (July 5, 2018) – One minor was
injured in Vehicular accident transpired at Brgy Poblacion, Tamipilisan, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 7:13 PM of July 4, 2018.
Accordingly, the White and Red
Combination XRM 125 Motorcycle (MC) bearing plate number XV 1288, driven by a
certain Alex Epat Casipong, 18yo, single, resident of Brgy Lawaan, Tampilisan, No
Driver’s license carried, not wearing protective helmet with back rider James
Saiman and Bordado Guinagona, 17yo, resident of Poblacion, Tampilisan, both Grade
12 students of Tampilisan National High School.
The bank rider were holding four pieces
small round timber stick for their school project. They were travelling from Poblacion
Proper going back to their school and upon reaching at the above-mentioned brgy
particularly at the junction road, one pedestrian minor identified as Jaiven
Clarish Balolot Maligmat, 6, crossed the road and such the driver apply a
sudden brake to evade the child but was out of balance. The driver failed to
manage the MC then fall down to the cemented road and the small round timber
stick accidentally hit at the head of the minor child.
The child-sustained contusion on her
head and immediately brought to Tampilisan Rural Health Center and subsequently
forwarded to Dipolog City Medical center for medical treatment.
The driver voluntarily surrendered
while the MC is now deposited at Tampilisan MPS.

Alarm on Missing Teen (Female Student)
SINDANGAN,
ZaNorte (July 5, 2018) – The couple
Erenio Sumalinog and Severina Sumalinog, both residents of Brgy. Tigbao,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte came and reported to Sindangan MPS on or about 1:45 PM of July 4, 2018 that her 17-year old
granddaughter was missing for almost four days until this date.
The missing teen identified as Regine
Sumalinog Cordova, 17 years of age, female, single, Grade 11 student of
Sindangan National High School located at Dapaon, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del
Norte.
Accordingly, the said female student
was seen last June 30, 2018 when she left their house bound for school. Since
as of this time, she did not return and nowhere to be found. Description of the
missing female student is about 4’6” in height, light weight, morena skin and
black hair.

Person Arrested in Polanco
POLANCO,
ZaNorte (July 5, 2018) - PNP personnel
of Polanco MPS arrested one Security
Guard (SG) during the conduct of manhunt operation at Barangay Santo Niňo,
Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:00AM of July 4, 2018.
Police identified the arrested SG as
Gabriel Benitez y Pamagan, 46years old, married, Security Guard and a resident
of Barangay Santo Niňo, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte.
The said wanted person was arrested in
his residence by virtue of Warrant of Arrest (WA) issued by Presiding Judge
Abouben Jade R. Pabellan-Bacal of MTCC 10th Judicial Region, Branch
6, Cagayan de Oro City. The WA was issued dated May 31, 2018 for Violation
of BP BLG 22 (3 Counts) with criminal
case numbers M17-11-3792 to 3794 with bail bond recommended fixed at Four
Thousand each (P4,000.00).
Arrested wanted person was released
from police custody after the said person filed sufficient cash bond and as per
released order issued by Executive Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon of RTC9, Dipolog
City.

Suspect Cuffed
LABASON,
ZaNorte (July 5, 2018) - Intel Operatives
of Labason MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Malintuboan, Labason,
Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 10:45 in the morning of July
4, 2018.
The successful operation was led to the
arrest of Benjamin B. Camilo, 48 years old, married, farmer and a resident of
above-mentioned place.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of
arrest issued by Presiding Judge Jerry B Patcho of 6thMCTC
Labason-Gutalac-Kalawit for the crime of Attempted Homicide docketed under
criminal case number 3819 with bail bond recommended fixed at Twelve Thousand
Pesos (P12, 000.00).
Subject person was arrested in his
residence and now detained at Labason MPS Detention Cell for proper
disposition.
