Intelligence and warrant personnel of
Dipolog City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Bayang, Galas,
Dipolog City
At about 11:30 AM of June 05, 2018.
This resulted in the arrest of Aime Paez
Castillo, 24 years old single, Filipino, a resident of Sitio Bayang, Galas,
Dipolog City by virtue warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Cherry Joy – C. Concha
- Ageas, presiding judge of RTC branch 10, Dipolog City dated January 11, 2018
charged for Qualified Theft, docketed under criminal case number 2210.
Arrested accused is No. 9 Most Wanted
Person City level with recommended bail bond in the amount of Twenty four
thousand pesos (P24, 000.00). Subject arrested accused was released from
Dipolog CPS custody after posted bail bond in the amount of 24,000 pesos for
her temporary liberty signed by Hon. Cherry Joy – C. Concha - Ageas.
Stabbing Incident in Dipolog City
On or about 4:00 PM of June 5, 2018,
The person of Jose Bosmion Jr. y Carreon
61 years old, male, married was stabbed by one Rolando Cañeso y Brazil 28 years
old, single all residents of Purok Gumamela, Sinaman, Dipolog City.
The suspect immediately fled to unknown
direction after the incident.
The victim was brought to Zanorte
Medical Center by their neighbor Peter Vallecer and was pronounced dead on
arrival by attending physician, Dr. Serafin Uy M.D..
Personnel of Dipolog CPS till
conducting follow up operation for the possible arrest of the suspect.

Traffic Accident in Dipolog City
Vehicular traffic accident transpired
at Galas National Highway Dipolog City At
about 8:55 AM of June 05, 2018.
Traffic investigator PO2 Norman Fuentes
conducted investigation in the area and disclosed that vehicle Honda XRM
motorcycle black and white combination in color bearing temporary plate number
090103 with engine number KPY00E211994 registered under the name of Alberto P
Gumalap of Purok Forever Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City.
The motorcycle was driven by Lando
Nonong Gumalap 36 years of age, single, male, Filipino, a resident of Purok
Forever Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City together with a passenger identified as
one Jocelyn Rizo Elopre, 61 years of age, female, married, Filipino, a resident
of Relocation Cite Olingan, Dipolog City.
While they were travelling along Galas
National Highway Dipolog City heading north direction, accidentally bumped and
hit a stray dog in the area.
The driver of the vehicle sustained
minor injuries while the passenger sustained multiple physical injuries in the
different parts of her body and was brought to Corazon Aquino Medical Hospital
by the ambulance for medical treatment but declared dead on arrival due to
traumatic shock secondary to vehicular accident by the Attending Physician
Doctor Francisco O Legaspi II, MD.

9165 Violator Arrested in Tampilisan
PNP personnel of Liloy MPS conducted
manhunt operation at barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte At about 9:45 AM of June 5, 2018.
This resulted in the arrest of Rey
Jumalon Ombay, male, Filipino, 40 years old, married, farmer and resident of
barangay Situbo, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte and Ruderick Cabanas Namalata,
male, Filipino, 22 years old, single, farmer and resident of same place.
They were by virtue of Order of Arrest
issued by Hon. Judge Oscar D. Tomarong of RTC Branch 28, 9th Judicial Region,
Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte for Violation of R.A. 9175 sec. 7 (4) docketed in CC
No. L-003406 dated May 29, 2018 with a bail bond for their temporary liberty is
fixed at Php 14,000.00 each.
Arrested persons were duly apprised of
their constitutional rights and anti-torture law.
They were brought to Liloy Integrated
Health District Hospital for medical treatment. Arrested person is now
temporary detained at Liloy MPS for proper disposition.

Arrested in Crime of Qualified Theft of Coconuts in Katipunan
PNP personnel of Katipunan MPS
conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Bigaan, Barangay Balok, Katipunan,
Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 10:30 AM of June 5, 2018.
The operation resulted in the arrest of
Jonathan Mendoza Macam, aka “Estong”, 35 years old, born on May 21, 1982 at
Anggat, Bulacan, male, married, Filipino, High School level, farmer and a
resident of Sitio Bigaan, Barangay Balok, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Subject person has two (2) standing
Warrants of Arrest both for the crime of Qualified Theft Of Coconuts which were
both duly signed and issued by Hon. Ris S. Bastasa, Presiding Judge, Branch 8,
RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte on May 17, 2018.
The case is docketed under criminal
case number 22475 and 22476 with bail bonds recommended for his temporary
liberty fixed at Thirty Thousand (Php 30,000. 00) pesos for CC No: 22475 and
Twenty-Four Thousand (Php 24,000.00) pesos for CC No: 22476 respectively.
Arrested accused is now temporary
detained Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.
Man
Cuffed for the crime of Frustrated Homicide in Sindangan
PNP personnel of Sindangan MPS
conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Nipaan, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte At about 10:00 AM of June 5, 2018.
Arrested was Richard Pag-Ong Escabarte,
42 years old, married, male, Filipino, and a resident of Nipaan, Sindangan,
Zamboanga Del Norte.
This is by virtue of warrant of arrest
issued by Hon Reymar L Lacaya (presiding judge) RTC 9th Judicial Region,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte, for the crime of Frustrated Homicide docketed
under criminal case number S-5768 with recommended bail bond of PHP 24,000.
Arrested accused was brought to
Sindangan District Hospital for physical and medical examination and was later
brought back to said police station for proper booking prior to turn over to
the issuing court.

conducted manhunt Operation at Barangay Poblacion, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 4:30 PM of June 5, 2018.
This resulted to the arrest one Ariel
Pagasian Y Galos alias “Tata”, 27 years, male old (5/21/1991), Filipino,
single, third year high school, Jobless and a resident of Barangay Sta. Maria,
Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga del Norte.
He was charged for the crime of “Theft”
docketed under criminal case number 12921 issued by Hon Judge Nimfa B
Carreon-Padao, MCTC, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated March 20, 2018 with
bail bond recommended fixed to the amount of Php10,000.00 under the target
acquisition of said police station.
He is now detained at Leon B Postigo
MPS for proper disposition.
