6 Most Wanted Man in Sindangan Cuffed
SINDANGAN,
ZaNorte (June 29, 2018) - Personnel of
Sindangan MPS arrested the Top 6 most wanted man in Sindangan at about 1:00 PM
of June 28, 2018 at Bantayan, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Police identified the arrested wanted
person as Michael Ramos Y Cabalida, (Top 6 most wanted person), 29 years old,
Filipino, male, single and temporary residing at Brgy. Piao, Sindangan,
Zamboanga Del Norte.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of
arrest issued by Hon. Reymar L. Lacaya Presiding Judge RTC 9 Branch 11,
Sindangan Zamboanga Del Norte for the crime of Attempted Rape docketed under
criminal case number S-5589 dated May 30, 2017. The bail bond for his
provisional liberty is hereby fixed at ₱120, 000.00.
Subject wanted person was arrested
through intelligence driven operation in utilizing the services of an asset to
assists in locating the subject who reportedly gone into hiding at Sindangan
after knowing that a warrant of arrest was issued against him.
The wanted person was brought to
Sindangan District Hospital for physical and medical examination, and then was
brought back to the said station for arrest booking prior to turn over to the
issuing court.

7610 Violator Arrested
PIÑAN,
Zaorte (June 29, 2018) – PNP personnel
of Piñan MPS arrested a senior citizen during the conduct of manhunt operation
at Brgy. Segabe, Piñan, Zamboanga Del Norte on June 28, 2018 at about 10:30 AM.
Police identified the arrested senior
citizen as Venancio Regalado Aniñon, 81 years old, married, a resident of said
Barangay.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest for Violation of Section 10 (a) R.A. 7610 docketed under CC#
22076 duly issued and signed by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquijon of RTC, 9th
Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City on December 19, 2017 with recommended
bailbond amounted to ₱80,000.
The arrested subject person is now
under the custody of Piñan MPS for proper disposition.
Robbery
Suspect Held in Sindangan
SINDANGAN,
ZaNorte June 29, 2018) – Personnel of
Sindangan MPS arrested the robbery suspect during the conduct of manhunt
operation at Brgy. La Roche, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte on June 28, 2018 at
about 10:40 AM.
Police identified the arrested suspect
as Sammy Miñosa Fabillar aka “Sammy Miñosa”, 23 years old, single, male, a
resident of La Roche, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Subject person has standing warrant of
arrest for the crime of Robbery with criminal case number S-5719 dated March 6,
2018 signed by Hon. Presiding Judge Reymar L Lacaya, RTC Branch 11, Sindangan,
Zamboanga Del Norte with bail bond recommended amounted to ₱100,000.00.
The arrested subject person is now
under the custody of Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
Female
Arrested in Sindangan for Estafa
SINDANGAN,
ZaNorte (June 29, 2018) – The Personnel
of Sindangan MPS arrested a female person accused for estafa during the conduct
of manhunt operation at Brgy. Dapaon, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte on June
28, 2018 at about 2:00 PM.
Police identified the arrested accused
as Nora Oto Andapo, 44 years old, single, female, residing at Dapaon,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Subject person has standing warrant of
arrest for the crime of Estafa with Criminal Case number 2010-3870 dated August
30, 2010 duly signed and issued by Hon. Presiding Judge Bansawan Z. Ibrahim of
RTC Branch 13, 12th Judicial Region, Cotabato City with bailbond
recommended amounted to ₱20,000.00.
The arrested person is now under the
custody of Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
Drug
Suspect Arrested in Dipolog
DIPOLOG
CITY (June 29, 2018) – The Operatives
of Dipolog City Police Station and PDEA9 arrested 18-year old involved in
illegal drugs during the conduct of joint illegal drug buy-bust operation at
By-pass road, Barangay Gulayon, Dipolog City on June 27, 2018 at about 11:40 PM.
Police identified the arrested as
Christian Robert General Polinar, 18 years old, single and a resident of Purok
Catadman, Barangay Turno, Dipolog City.
The operating troops confiscated/recovered
from the possession and control of the suspect the following:
Four pieces small sachet of shabu,
One unit Apple iPhone SE color silver,
One-piece One Thousand Peso (Php
1,000.00) bill as proceeds money,
One piece Driver’s License,
One piece JRMSU I.D.,
One Camouflage gray/black/dirty white
pouch,
One Five Hundred Peso (Php 500.00) bill
as buy-bust money and
One unit Honda Wave Motorcycle color
blue bearing temporary plate 168 JC.
The arrested subject person is now
under the custody of Dipolog CPS for filing of appropriate charges in court.
