Arrest
of Wanted Person in Siocon
Operatives of Baliguian MPS and Siocon
MPS conducted Intel-driven law enforcement operation at Barangay Manaol, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 4:00pm
of June 13, 2018.
The operation was led to the arrest of
Inocencio Itol Y Sumandang, 73 years old, married, a resident of Barangay
Linay, Baliguian and temporary residing at said place.
Subject person was arrested at his
present residence in Barangay Manaol and by virtue of warrant of arrest issued
by Presiding Judge Reubin L Maraon of RTC9 Branch 27 in Siocon municipality for
Violation of PD 705 as amended by PD 1559 docketed under criminal case number
434 with bail bond recommended fixed at Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00).
Arrested wanted person was brought to
Baliguian MPS for proper disposition.
Drug
Suspect Arrested in Sibuco
PNP personnel of Sibuco MPS together
with 42nd IB PA conducted joint checkpoint operations at the National Road of
Brgy Nala, Sibuco, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 4:00PM of June 13, 2018.
The team was able to plugged down one
Arman Adami Mandusih, 19 years old, male, single and a habal2x driver and a
resident of So. Nasal, Brgy Puliran, Sibuco, with passenger on board from
Labuan, Zamboanga City going to Puliran, one Alih Samson Tarawi, 44 years old,
male, married and a resident of Puliran, Sibuco.
Upon verification, the said driver was
driving without license. When the team
requested to the passenger to show/present his Identification Card, he pulled
his wallet from his pocket with hesitation to open and show to us.
Upon opening his wallet by himself the
team saw in a plain view a transparent heat sealed sachet of a crystalline
substance believe to be shabu and the team immediately arrested him.
Recovered from the possession of the
passenger were the following:
a. 1pc Heat sealed sachet containing
2pcs Transparent heat sealed sachets inside believe to be shabu;
b. 1pc small heat sealed transparent sachet
believes to be shabu;
c. 9pcs Empty transparent sachets;
d. 8pcs small rolled aluminum foils;
e. 1pc disposable lighter with markings
of BossJazz;
f. 2 units of Cellular phone (Samsung/Nokia)
with battery;
g. 1 pc scissor;
h. P140.00 cash in different
Denominations;
i. 2 pcs. I.Ds (Phil Health/Brgy. I.D)
Subject Person belongs to 2nd quarter
Top 3 Priority target of Sibuco MPS and a newly identified personality
operating in Sibuco Municipality.
Subject person was brought to Sibuco
MPS for further investigation and proper disposition.
Murder
Suspect Arrested in Siocon
Combined elements of Siocon MPS,
PNP-SAF, Regional Intelligence Unit 9, Regional Intelligence Division 9, CIDG9,
Anti-Kidnapping Group 9 and Tactical Operation Wing, Philippine Air Force
conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 6:05 PM of June 13, 2018.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Ben Nurilla by virtue of WOA issued by Presiding Judge Catherine C.
Fabian of RTC Branch 16 of 19th Judicial Region Zamboanga City dated
June 15, 2015 for the crime of Murder docketed under Criminal Case no. 28577.
The arrested Wanted Person was brought
to Zamboanga City for proper disposition.

Wanted Persons Arrested in Manukan
PNP personnel of Manukan MPS conducted
manhunt operation at Brgy Poblacion, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
2:50PM of June 13, 2018.
The operation resulted to the
successful arrest of three wanted persons namely:
Ervy Dinopol Decierdo, male, single,
22years old, high school level, unemployed;
Virgilio Dingal Decierdo, 51years old,
married, vocational course Graduate, unemployed; and
Don Clyde Yurong Aballe, 32years old,
married, vocational course graduate LGU employee; all residents of Brgy.
Poblacion, Manukan.
The accused were arrested at Brgy.
Poblacion, Manukan for the crime of Attempted Homicide docketed under criminal
case number 3290 with bail bond recommended fixed at Twelve Thousand Pesos
(P12,000.00) each and for the crime of Serious Physical Injuries docketed under
criminal case number 3289 with bail recon amounting to Ten Thousand Pesos
(P10,000.00) each.
The two warrant of arrest were issued
by Presiding Judge Veronica C. DG-Laput of MTC Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte dated
June 4, 2018.
The three arrested wanted persons were
now detained at Manukan MPS for proper disposition.
