on Armed Encounter Incident in Sirawai
Combined elements of Bravo Coy of Phil.
Army, 905th Mobile Company of Regional Mobile Force Battalion and Sirawai MPS
conducted operation at Brgy Panabutan, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
5:00 AM of June 09, 2018.
This led to an encounter with more or
less Four (4) Lawless elements under the group of Jamilon Tukalan and neutralization
of one (1) of its member identified as Haton Hassan.
Recovered from the suspect was One (1)
unit of cal. 45 Pistol (P 7.45) Para ordinance with serial number 597402.
Firefight lasted at about Five (5) minutes at Sitio Marjadia, Brgy.Panabutan,
Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Recovered from the encounter site were
One (1) unit Black Lenovo cellphone, One (1) unit Black Samsung cellphone Analog
and One (1) unit Gold Oppo cellphone.
Further that, the pieces of evidence
recovered from the encounter site is now under the custody of Sirawai MPS for
proper disposition.
The cadaver of said person was properly
turn-over to his immediate family/relatives after the conduct of post mortem
examination, which was conducted by Sirawai Rural Health Unit.

Campaign
against Illegal Drugs in
Salug
Operatives of Salug MPS conducted drug
buy bust operation at Sitio Simukoy, Brgy. Lipakan, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 7:00 PM of June 9, 2018.
This resulted to the arrest of one
Dolores Tan, who previously surrendered to Salug MPS during the mass surrender
of drug personalities on year 2016.
Recovered from her possession were 1 pc
heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules
believed to be shabu as drug buy bust evidence, 6 pcs heat sealed transparent
plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu and
500 peso bill as marked money.
Arrested suspect is now detained at

Report
on Vehicular Traffic Accident in Leon B. Postigo
Vehicular traffic accident transpired
at National Highway of Talinga, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:15AM of June 9, 2018.
Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that the said incident happened at about 9:00AM of same date
involving three vehicles, to wit:
Veh1- Blue Suzuki Multi cab with plate
number ADN 7819, driven by a certain Joseph Etoquilla y Tomarong, 52 years old,
married, Grade VI, driver, and a resident of Kauswagan, Dapitan City;
Veh2- Red Suzuki motorcycle, without
plate number and no pertinent documents, driven by a certain Kinn Velicaria y
Mayormita, 35 years old, married and a resident of Pukay, Salug, Zamboanga del
Norte and
Veh3- White Isuzu dump truck bearing
temporary plate number 030104, encumbered to Tigercar Surplus TRDG of 4mt Taal
St Singson, Mandaue City, Cebu and driven by a certain Wilson Empalmado y
Lumagod, 42 years old, married, elementary graduate, driver, and a resident of
Bukong, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur.
Further investigation revealed that
Veh1 and Veh3 were travelling in the same direction from the Municipality of
Sindangan going to Brgy Talinga, Leon B Postigo, while Veh2 was travelling in
opposite direction. Upon reaching near the crossing of the Brgy Road of
Talinga, the driver of Veh1 signaled in order to warn the vehicle following him
that he was going to maneuver to the left and entering the barangay road.
When the multicab was about to enter
the barangay road, Veh2 who was travelling very fast from opposite direction
accidentally hit the rear right portion of Veh1, was thrown to opposite
direction and subsequently hit by the front left tire of Veh3 that resulted his
body scattered at the road.
Both drivers were brought to Leon B
Postigo MPS for further investigation proper disposition and the two vehicles
were impounded in the said police station.
The cadaver was turned-over to the
