Incident in Gutalac
GUTALAC,
Zamboanga del Norte (June 17, 2018) – A
24-year old man was arrested by the operatives of Gutalac Municipal Police
Station (MPS) Thursday at about about 9:15am for the crime of rape.
In a police report disclosed that a
19-year old female, a resident of Barangay San Roque in Gutalac municipality,
Zamboanga Del Norte appeared and reported to Police Station that on June 14,
2018 at
about 2:00am that she was allegedly raped by the brother of her
lived in partner. The incident took place at the house of
the victim.
The responding Police operatives of Gutalac
MPS arrested the accused. He was identified
as Jonathan Belladares Garingo, a.k.a “Jojo”, 24 years old, a resident of same
place.
The subject person is now in the

Man
Held in Salug for the Crime of Acts of Lasciviousness
SALUG,
Zamboanga del Norte (June 17, 2018) – The
Intel Operatives of Salug Municipal Police Station (MPS) arrested the wanted
person during their conduct of manhunt operation Thursday at about 11:30 AM in
Barangay Pucay, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte, police report said.
The operating police identified the
arrested suspect as Michael Pableo Patoy, 31 years old, married and a resident
of Barangay Pucay of this municipality.
The police arrested the suspect by
virtue of an Order of Arrest dated September 28, 2016 issued and duly signed by
Hon. Maribel D. De Guia-Cipriano, Acting Judge of Fifth Municipal Circuit Trial
Court, Sixth Judicial Region in Buruanga, Aklan for the crime of Acts of
Lasciviousness. The case docketed under Criminal Case No. 1706-M with
recommended bail bond amounting to PhP 12, 000.00.
The arrested subject person is now
under the custody of Salug MPS for proper disposition. (By J. CADION)
Drug
Dealer Arrested in Dipolog
DIPOLOG
CITY, Zamboanga del Norte (June 17, 2018) -
Operatives of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) in coordination with PDEA-9
arrested the wanted person involving illegal drugs during the conducted drug
buy-bust operation Thursday at about 7:10AM in Barangay Barra, Dipolog City.
This operating police identified the
arrest suspect as Jemar Ruelo Casalta, 32 years old, single and a resident of
Barangay Turno in this city.
Confiscated from the ssuspect
possession and control were:
-Four (4) pieces heat-sealed sachet of
shabu,
-One (1) piece big size sachet of
shabu,
-One (1) piece medium size heat-sealed
of shabu (buy bust item),
-One (1) piece Five Hundred Peso bill
bearing serial number 8351580 as buy-bust money,
-one (1) unit Honda XRM color black and
white combination bearing temporary plate number 64932 w/ ignition key, Seven
Hundred Pesos (Php 700.00).
The proper inventory and markings of
all confiscated/seized items in the presence of the witnesses, Incumbent
Barangay Councilor Malony Letran of Barra and Miss Merlinda Tenorio – DOJ
Representative.
The arrested subject person is now
under the custody of Dipolog CPS for filing of appropriate charges in court.
