Incident
On or about 3:00 PM of September 4, 2017, Celeste
Awa Arcadio, 34 years old, single and a resident of Purok Bougainvillea, Brgy.
Sta. Filomena, Dipolog City owner of Jaicel Store and timeline internet café
and repair shop located at aforementioned place reported to Dipolog CPS, that
said business establishment was entered by unidentified suspects. Investigation
disclosed that the suspects gained entry by destroying the two (2) padlocks of
the door made of galvanized steel (plain sheet) connected to the sari-sari
store and repair shop. the suspect/s carted the following: two (2) unit k2 skk mobile cellular phone,
one (1) unit k31 skk mobile cellular phone, one (1) unit v8210 skk mobile
cellular phone, one (1) unit 230 mini skk mobile cellular phone, one (1) unit
230 skk mobile cellular phone, two (2) unit Samsung keypad cellular phone
colored black and white, one (1) pc. n105 skk mobile cellular; one (1) unit tv2
skk mobile color black, and one (1) unit tv216 skk. The total worth of the
cellphones carted by the suspect/s is seven thousand six hundred pesos (₱
7,600.00). Further, the victim revealed
that at around 12:50 am of same date, she was awakened by the barks of the dog,
the noise of the galvanized steel door and noticed a shadow of a man. Immediately,
she asked in visayan dialect: “hoy! kinsa man mo?” to the suspects that
prompted the suspects to run away from establishment. Upon viewing of the CCTV footage
of said establishment, an unidentified suspect wearing gray jacket with hood
and a print “batman” on the front portion and a tattoo at his right hand was
captured inside said establishment. at around 7:00 pm of same date, po1 baso
brought and turn-over to Dipolog CPS one (1) unidentified male person wearing
gray jacket with hood and a print “batman” on the front portion which is
involve in a fistfight at martinez st. corner malvar st., central barangay,
dipolog city which identified later as cj montano atay, 16 years old, minor and
a resident of Relocation Site, Brgy. Galas, Dipolog City. Said suspect was
later identified as the malefactor captured in the cctv footage in the
abovementioned robbery incident. upon inquiry to the minor suspect, he admitted
and further revealed his other companions on the conduct of said robbery.
immediately, a follow-up operation was conducted that resulted in the arrest of
the two (2) suspects identified as Jessie Kaligan Ventura, 22 years old, single
and Romeo Kaligan Ventura, Jr., 18 years old, single, and both residents of Relocation Site, Brgy. Galas,
Dipolog City were arrested at Relocation Site, Brgy. Galas, Dipolog City.
Recovered from their possession and control were the following: two (2) unit Samsung,
one (1) unit k2 skk cellular phone, and one (1) unit tv2 skk cellphone. Arrested
suspects are under the custody of Dipolog CPS pending appropriate charges in
court while recovered items were deposited at said police station for court
exhibits.
Robbery
Incident
On or about 8:40 AM of September 5, 2017, Marilyn Mandih
Omamalin, 42 years old, female, married, Filipino, branch operator of
personal collection located at Tajada Building, Barangay Goleo, Sindangan and a
resident of Brgy. Mandih, Sindangan reported to Sindangan MPS that her branch
office was forcibly entered by unidentified persons. Investigation disclosed
that the perpetrators gained entry and exit at the main door of the office by
destroying the steel padlock of the main door and sliding door. suspects
destroyed the vault of the office and took the money amounting to one hundred
thirty-three thousand pesos and nineteen pesos (₱133, 019.00), one set of
silver bracelet, earrings and ring, one gold bracelet, one gold college ring (ZAEC),
one Chinese gold 7-days ring and one silver bracelet with stone. Estimated
total amount of the money and the jewelries is one hundred sixty-five thousand
and nineteen pesos (₱165,019.00). Said incident was discovered at around 7:30 AM
of September 5, 2017 by Darryl Decierdo Deguiñon, a warehouse assistant of
personal collection-Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte branch, 21 years old, male,
single, Filipino, a resident of Upper Denoyan, Siayan.. Investigator-on-case
were Po3 Edgar E Gutual with cellphone number 0926-841-8545 and Po1 Marlon M
Bañez with cellphone number 0935-728-6898..
Arrest of Arson
Suspect
Two individuals were arrested by PNP Tourist
Police assigned at Dipolog City Boulevard and Darryl Cantoneros Y Academia, the
Duty Watchman after they allegedly burned the two (2) uninhabited houses
located at Dipolog City Boulevard, Miputak, Dipolog City at about 10:45 PM of
September 4, 2017. The suspect was identified
as Alberto Ageas Baro, 19 years old, single and a resident of Sianib, Polanco, who
was caught in the act by two (2) witnesses: Norjosen Gumalal Ondog, 19 years
old, single, a resident of Balok, Katipunan, and temporarily residing at arellano
Extension, Miputak, Dipolog City; and jay-R Bintayen Gomiton, 27 years old,
single and a resident of Bypass Gulayon, Dipolog City. Accordingly, said
suspect Recovered from the possession of the suspect were one (1) orange
disposable lighter and a wallet containing Phil health id. The suspect is
detained at Dipolog CPS waiting for filing of appropriate charges in court.

Elements of Katipunan MPS conducted manhunt
operation at Purok 4, Brgy. Biniray, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
11:00 AM of September 5, 2017. Arrested was Ronel Kuan Laranjo, male, 23 years
old, married, Filipino and a resident of Purok 4 Brgy. Biniray, Katipunan,
Zamboanga Del Norte. Said suspect was arrested for the crime of reckless
imprudence resulting in serious physical injuries docketed under criminal case
nr. b-40307 with bail bond recommended fixed to six thousand pesos
(₱6,000.00) issued by hon. chad martin
paler, Presiding Judge, Branch 2, Municipal Trial Court In Cities, 9th Judicial
Region, Dipolog City, dated July 31, 2013. Accused is detained at Kalawit MPS lock-up
cell for proper disposition.

Elements of Sindangan MPS conducted manhunt
operation at Brgy. La Roche, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:45 AM of
September 5, 2017, and successfully arrested Vidal Bastasa Dulanas, 56 years
old, married, Filipino, and a resident of Gampis, Sindangan. This is by virtue
of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Reymar L. Lacaya (Presiding Judge) Rtc 9th
Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte for the crime of
frustrated murder docketed under criminal case nr. S-5640 with bail bond
recommended fixed to two hundred thousand pesos (₱200,000.00). Accused is
detained at Sindangan MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.

Elements of Sibutad MPS conducted manhunt
operation at brgy. sipalok, sibutad, zambonaga del norte at about 5:10 PM of
September 5, 2017 and arrested successfully arrested Aldrin Sumanduran, 18
years old, male, single, and a resident of said place. This is by virtue of
warrant of arrest issued by acting Presiding Judge Hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon,
RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City, Branch 7 for the crime of serious
physical injury docketed under criminal case nr. 21836 with bail bond
recommended to twelve thousand pesos (₱12,000.00). Accused is detained at Sibutab
MPS for proper disposition of the case.
