ROXAS - Stabbing
incident transpired at Sitio Balubohan, Barangay Situbo, Roxas, Zamboanga Del
Norte. Wherein the victim identified as Ricky Sila Suya, 32 years old, single a
resident of Sitio Balubohan, Barangay Situbo, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Nortre was
stabbed by a certain Ikit Gumalao, 17 years old, single a resident of the
above-mentioned place. Initial investigation disclosed that on or before 4:00
pm of April 29, 2017, the victim and the suspect were playing volleyball which
they engaged in a heated argument. The suspect drew his knife and stabbed the
victim hitting on his stomach that causes his untimely death. The suspect fled
after the incident. Roxas MPS are still conducting follow up investigation for
the possible arrest of the suspect.
Recovered Stolen Motorcycle
SINDANGAN
- Be informed that at about 6:00 o’clock in the evening of April 29, 2017 SPO1
Joseph M Guzman received information from Hon. Edgardo P. Viñas,Brgy Chairman
of Dapaon, Sindangan, ZN that a Motorcycle Honda Wave100, color black bearing
plate number KX 8596, Motor/Engine No. KVROIE032806 and Serial/Chassis No. KVR
11032806 was found abandoned five (5) days ago at the abovementioned place.
Upon verification made by the responding team it revealed that the said MC
match the description of the one being flash alarm that was reported stolen by
unidentified persons at Manukan, ZN last April 17, 2017. Further investigation disclosed
that said MC was owned by BERNARD LETRAN Y ESPINA, 56 years old, married, male,
government employee of Manukan, ZNand a resident of brgyPoblacion, Manukan, ZN
which was reported stolen at around 11:00 o’clock in the evening of April 16,
2017 while being parked inside his premises. Recovered MC was brought to Sindangan
MPS for proper disposition. For information.

DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that a telephone call received by Dipolog CPS from Eduardo
Libradilla y Ponggot, 57 years old, married, a resident of Lopez Jeana St.,
Biasong, Dipolog City at around 11:20 o’clock in the evening of April 30, 2017
that a bloodied male person suddenly fell in the middle of the road together
with his driven motorcycle; red with white combination Honda XRM, near EDMAR
Air-conditioning Repair Shop. The elements of Rescue 117 immediately responded
and rushed the abovementioned person to Corazon Aquino Hospital for medical
attention. PNP personnel of Dipolog CPS was informed by the hospital which
responding team proceeded to the said hospital to conduct investigation. Upon
arrival thereat, they saw that an unidentified male person was inside the
Emergency Room in critical condition and was attended and tried to revive by
Dr. Ramil Ignacio M.D., and Dr. Faizar A. Kulani, M.D.MPH, both were attending
physicians l. The person arrived at the hospital at around 11:35 o’clock in the
evening of April 30, 2017 and died at around 12:25 o’clock in the morning of
May 1, 2017. The victim sustained stabbed wound in the chest that result to his
death while his identity is still to be determined. PNP personnel of this office
conducted follow-up investigation forthe identity of the victim and to the
suspect/s and to determine the motive of the killing. For information.

DIPOLOG CITY - The Drug
Enforcement Unit of Dipolog City Police Station in coordination with Philippine
Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) conducted entrapment operation at RTMI Compound,
Barangay Sta. Filomena, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:30 PM of
April 30, 2017 against Marlon Aton Siason, 39 years old, single, a resident of
new Airport Drive, Minaog, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte. The team received
information from a confidential informant that the subject will receive an
illegal drug which is inserted on a small baggage coming from Ozamis City and
it will be transported through rural transit bus. immediately the operating
team conducted entrapment operation and recovered from his possession and
control were: six (6) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing
suspected shabu, one (1) pair of adidas rubber shoes, one (1) brown paper bag
serves as container of the baggage, one (1) black leather wallet containing
assorted id’s and five hundred eighty (₱580.00) pesos cash in different
denominations. The inventory of the confiscated items was witnessed by Hon.
Marlon B. Mejares, Barangay Official of Sta. Filomena and Rosebert Mondinido,
Media Representative. Subject person and the confiscated items were brought to Dipolog
CPS for proper disposition.
Illegal Drugs
SINDANGAN
- Be informed that on or about 11:05 o’clock in the evening of April 29, 2017
MDET of Sindangan MPS led by PSUPT ROLANDO H BARRAQUIO in coordination with
ZN-PDEA conducted drug buy bust operation at brgyGampis, Sindangan, ZN that
resulted to the arrest of RAYMUNDO CAUSAPIN y ONGLASalyas“Tokloy/Ruel”, male,
36 years old, single, a resident of brgyGampis, Sindangan, ZN and categorized
as a street level target (SLT). Confiscated from his possession were; Three (3)
pcs small sachets believed to be shabu, one (1) pc small sachet believed to be shabu
as buy bust evidence, one (1) pc Five hundred (P500.00) peso bill as marked
money bearing serial number EW904660, two (2) pcs small cut rolled aluminum foils
and One (1) pc empty small plastic cellophane. Said operation was done in the
presence of MsVictory Joyce Tagalog, DOJ Representative, BrgyKagawadLenie R.
Pasinabo and Brgy. Kagawad Reynaldo V. Linogon Sr all of brgyGampis, Sindangan,
