LABASON - Elements of
Labason MPS conducted drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Lopoc, Labason,
Zamboanga Del Norte
On April 8, 2017 at
about 11:00 AM that resulted in the arrest of Manan Japaal Cainta, 41 years
old, married, a resident of Barangay Kipit, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte. Confiscated from his possession and control
were: one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu as
buy-bust item, one (1) sling pouch containing four (4) pieces heat sealed small
transparent plastic sachet containing shabu, five hundred (₱500.00) peso bill
as buy-bust money, cash proceeds amounting to one thousand and fifty
(₱1,050.00) pesos and one (1) lighter. The arrested suspect and the confiscated
items were brought to Labason MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
MUTIA - Joint
elements of Mutia MPS and CIDG, Zamboanga Del Norte conducted manhunt operation
at Barangay Newland, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte on April 8, 2017 at about 6:00
PM, and arrested Jelord M Gaspin, 33 years old, single a resident of the
above-mentioned place. subject was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for
violation of ra 10591 docketed under criminal case number 21492 with
recommended bail-bond of twelve thousand (₱12,000.00) pesos and violation of
sec. 261 (i) of bp 881 in relation to Comelec Resolution number 10015 docketed
under criminal case number 21491 with recommended bail-bond of one hundred
twenty thousand (₱120,000.00) pesos all
issued by Hon. Cherry Joy C. Concha-Ageas, Presiding Judge Of Branch 10, RTC,
9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte. The arrested person was
brought to Mutia MPS for proper disposition.
