Report on Discovery of Dead Body
DAPITAN CITY - Be informed that at about 10:00 o’clock in the morning of April 12, 2017, one Felisidad Obordo y Rollon, 57 years old, female, married and a resident of Purok Lanzones, Brgy Sulangon, Dapitan City informed Dapitan CPS that at about 9:45 o’clock in the morning of same date, his nephew identified as RODRIGO OBORDO y ICAO, 45 years old, male, married and a resident of same place was discovered dead inside his house. Initial Investigation conducted revealed that prior to the incident, the victim was seen last April 10, 2017 driving his motorcab and it was noticed that no sign of forcible entry, struggle and his personnel belongings are intact. Further investigation disclosed that the victim has a medical history of hypertension and he was alone at his house. Post Mortem examination conducted by Dr. Rolito Cataluña – CHO disclosed that the cause of death was due to Cerebrovascular Accident (stroke) Secondary to Hypertension or Acute Hemorrhage pancreatitis. SpotReport on Robbery Incident
SINDANGAN - Be informed that at about 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon of April 12, 2017, one WILLIAM JEFFREY VAUGHN, 51 years old, male, Foreign National, single , Missionary and a resident of 123 Brook Wood, Drive, Brewen, Georgia USA and temporarily residing at Brgy Ramon Magsaysay, Sindangan, ZN reported to Sindangan MPS that accordingly at about 12:00 o’clock noon of same date, when he arrived in his rented house he discovered that his cash money amounting to Php27,000.00 and 130 US Dollars placed inside his cabinet were lost and believed to be taken by unidentified person/s. Investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the discovery of the incident, sometimes on April 9, 2017 (Sunday) at about 10:00 o’clock in the morning, the victim left his rented house and went to Dumaguete City and when he came back and arrived at around 12:00 o’clock noon of this date, April 12, 2017 he discovered that the above-mentioned cash money were lost. Further, investigation revealed that the unidentified suspect/s gained entrance and exit by removing the jalousie blades of his rented house and once inside took and carted away the above-mentioned items.Case is now under follow-up operation by personnel of Sindangan MPS for possible identity and arrest of the suspect. Accomplishment Report on Campaign against Illegal Drugs
SIOCON - Be informed that at about 7:00 o’clock in the evening of April 12, 2017 while personnel of Siocon MPS was conducting checkpoint operation at COMPAC Mendiola Bridge, National Road, brgy. Mateo Francisco, Siocon ZN were able to flagged down one (1) unit black RACAL MC without plate number attached with other visible traffic violation, and driven by one FEDERICO LAPUZ y LIPAE, 38 years old, married, vendor and a resident of said place.Upon verification, the driver failed to present legal documents and immediately speeded his motorcycle that prompted the PNP personnel to chase him and was successfully flagged down particularly infront of his residence. Confiscated from his possession and control were the following: a. four (4) pieces of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be “SHABU”, b. one (1) unit MC, and c. other personal belongings. Body search, markings and documentations were witness by Brgy. Chairman Hon Edwin S. Casalan, Brgy. Councilor Hon.Medario C. Canagan of said place and Media Representative Miss Joemeleth F. Spot Report on Stabbing Incident
POLANCO - Be informed that at about 7:50 o’clock in the evening of April 12, 2017, Polanco MPS received a report that there was a dead body at Purok Okra, Barangay New Sicayab, Polanco ZN identified later as ZALDY ARELLANO ALABASTRO, 39 years old, married, farmer and a resident of said place. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that on April 11, 2017, the victim allegedly went out of his resident to visit his brother Ludevico Arellano Alabastro of Purok Pechay of same place to get his share 15 kilos of rice and at about 9:00 o’clock in the evening of same date he left the house of his brother but failed to go home until such time the family went out to search the whereabouts of the victim.  Victim sustained stabbed wounds on different parts of his body which was perpetrated by unidentified suspect/s with the used of unknown instrument which allegedly caused of his death. Report on the Arrest of Suspect for other form of Estafa and Usurpation of Person in Authority

LILOY - Be informed that at about 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon of April 12, 2017,Liloy MPS received a report from personnel of Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) based at Fatima, Liloy, ZN, informing that there was a suspected person who conducted scam to their personnel. Immediately, Intelligence personnel of said station led by PO3 June Guardi B. Reales and PO2 Sanito Capillanes proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival thereat, said PNP personnel conducted initial questioning to the suspect identified later as FILMAR LAGULA SUAN, a.k.a “NONOY FILMAR” whom also using other fictitious name as JAYLORD LOPEZ, male, Filipino, 43 years old, married and a resident of Sergio Osmeña, ZN. Accordingly, subject person introduced himself as coordinator of Humanitarian Project and Livelihood program, founded by United Fareast Divine Foundation Incorporated and further stipulated that this program was a substitute of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program 4Ps and presented a photo copy of documents and identification cards. On the course of interrogation conducted by the responding team, said suspect used different names of person as his proof on their alleged program which prompted the responding team to in doubt of his integrity and decided to invite him at Liloy MPS for further investigation. During the investigation, victims arrived at said station and further confirmed that subject person is collecting money from them worth (P75.00) to (P300.00) as registration fee and further promised them to receive (P100,000.00) a month per member. Likewise said suspect introduced himself as the SLP Provincial Coordinator in which the current position was possessed by Mr Bernardo Caballas Site Jr, male, Filipino, 64 years old, married and a resident of Taway, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.Recovered from his possession and control were the following, to wit: a. different identification cards, b. cash money worth (P54,000.00), c. receipts from M’LHUILLIER Kwarta Padala, d. Four (4) Cellular Phones, e. one (1) hand bag and f. one (1) pouch color black.Victims were identified as: 1) Fredie Bacan Alpuerto, male, Filipino, 35 years old, married and a resident of Punta, Liloy, ZN and family members; 2) Farley Yee Lasola, male, Filipino, 50 years old, married and a resident of Baybay, Liloy, ZN and family members; and 3) Roel Ochia Buhian, male, Filipino, 31 years old, married driver by occupation and a resident of Fatima, Liloy, ZN and family members.
