Shooting Incident
SIRAWAI - Shooting
incident occurred at the vicinity of Barangay Sirawai Proper, Sirawai, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 8:54PM of January 5, 2017. Wherein victim identified as Ariel
Rusiana Y Artita, 42 years old, male married a resident of the above-mentioned
barangay was shot by unidentified perpetrator while standing at back of his
house and after the incident suspect fled to unknown direction. The victim
sustained Two (2) gunshot wound at his body, and immediately brought to Sirawai
Health Unit for medical attention. Recovered at the crime scene were two (2)
empty shells of cal. 45. Sirawai MPS now conducting thorough investigation to
determine the motive.
Homicide Incident
SALUG - One Elsie
Paglinawan Cabil, of legal age, single and a resident of Poblacion West, Salug,
owner of Miracle’s Bakeshop came to Salug MPS at about 12:05 AM of January 6,
2017 and requesting for police assistance that allegedly her Panadero Jemar
Cortes Mangayao, 14 yrs. old, male, single and a resident of Sioran, Godod, was
collapsed after having a fist fight by his co-worker one Larrry Maguinda Banco,
16 yrs. old, male, single a resident of same place. The victim Jemar Cortes was
declared dead by the attending physician Esmeralda A Nadela, MD. Initial
investigation disclosed that around 10:25 PM of January 5, 2017, these two
minors were having verbal heated arguments that resulted to a fist fight and
sudden collapsed of the victim. Further, this incident was caught via CCTV
installed by the Bakeshop’s.
Suicide Incident
LA LIBERTAD - A
suicide incident occurred at Purok 3, La Victoria, La Libertad, Zamboanga Del
Norte. The victim was identified as Alex Undag Gapol who has allegedly
committed suicide by drinking an insecticide. Investigation showed that at
about 8:55 AM of January 5, 2017, the victim identified as one Alex Undag Gapol,
30 yrs. old, male, single, farmer and a resident of Purok 3, La Victoria, La
Libertad. Further interview over his housemate, Gregorio Gonzaga revealed that
the victim was last seen drunk on January 4, 2017 at about 10 PM. Upon arrival in his residence, he saw the
victim holding a bottle of an insecticide. The former then snatched from the
victim’s possession the said insecticide and place it at the joist and then
slept. At about 6AM of January 5, 2017, when he woke up, he noticed that the
victim is still lying with bubbles in his mouth. The victim was declared dead
by Dr. Charity C. Navarro, LGU- MHO of
La Libertad. The cadaver was turned over to his relatives.
OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
High Value Target Drug Suspect Arrested in Leon Postigo
LEON POSTIGO - Operatives
of Leon Postigo MPS in coordination with PDEA conducted buy bust operation at
Barangay Poblacion, Leon Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte at around 1:40 PM of
January 5, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of one Rene Acaylar Y Serdan, 32
years old, male, single, (with live-in partner) a Habal-habal Driver and a
resident of Barangay Poblacion, Leon B. Postigo. Said suspect is a drug
surrenderer last July 4, 2016 of said municipality and categorized as pusher
likewise a High Value Target Level-1 (HVT- Level 1). Confiscated from his
possession and control were the following;
a. one(1) piece small sachet believed to be
shabu (buy bust evidence);
b. Six (6) pieces small sachet believed to be shabu;
c. Five (5) pieces small rolled aluminum foil
d. One (1) piece five hundred peso bill
(buy-bust money)
e. Cash money in the amount of One Thousand
and Ten Pesos (P1, 010.00).
The suspect was
properly searched in the presence of witnesses namely; Hon. Zaldy Tagsip and
Hon. Leonora A. Lingatong Barangay Kagawad of Poblacion, Leon B. Postigo. Suspect
now temporarily detained at Leon Postigo MPS for filling of appropriate case.
