Report on Found Dead
Body
SIBUCO
- Be informed that that at about 9:40 o’clock in the morning of January 15,
2017, Sibuco MPS received a report thru SMs that there was dead body found at
Sitio Sapa Datu, Malayal, Sibuco ZN. Initial investigation conducted led by PO2
Edgar D. Luyao disclosed that at about 5:45 o’clock in the morning of January
15, 2016, the dead body was discovered by one Amirson Gurit at the shoreline of
said place and immediately reported to Brgy Kagawad William Mateo of said
place. Victim was identified as one RODOLFO NAVARRO y MAGOG, 52 years old,
farmer and a resident of So Silopot, Malayal, Sibuco ZN. Victim sustained
multiple stab wounds at the different parts of his body. Personnel of Sibuco
MPS are now conducting follow-up investigation for the possible identity and
possible arrest of the suspect. For information.

on Campaign Against Illegal Drugs High Value Target [HVT]
DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that on or about 12:35 o’clock dawn of January 17, 2016,
Intelligence Operatives/CAIDSOTF Operatives Dipolog CPS led by PSI ALEXIS M.
BAHUNSUA – Chief Intelligence Section, in coordination with PDEA IX, conducted
a drug buy-bust operation at Lacaya St. cor. P. Gomez St., Biasong, Dipolog
City particularly at one of the rooms of Alfafara residence located at the
second floor of the said house. Arrested during the said operation inside the
room were JUDE ALFAFARA y RAGANAS aka “Jun-jun”, 19 years old, single and a
resident of aforementioned place. Also, arrested during the said operation was
one AMBROCIA ONDOT y LUMAPAC aka “Amy”, 39 years old, a resident of said place,
who was caught while using illegal drugs believed to be Shabu [heating up a cut
aluminum foil using a disposable lighter] inside the room of the suspect during
the operation. Confiscated and recovered from the possession and control of
Jude Alfafara were: four (4) pieces small size and eight (8) pieces big size
heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules
believed to be shabu, one (1) piece small size heat-sealed transparent plastic
sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu as buy-bust
evidence which was bought by the poseur buyer during the actual buy-bust
operation, one (1) piece small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing dried marijuana leaves, one (1) piece transparent plastic sachet as
container of small sizes of shabu, one (1) piece Five Hundred Peso bill [Php
500.00] with SN AU825550 as marked money, one (1) piece rolled aluminum foil,
one (1) piece Electric Plastic Film sealer, two (2) pieces disposable lighters,
one (1) piece Samsung cellular phone color white, one (1) piece Cherry Mobile
Cellular Phone color black, one (1) piece black with pink combination scissors
and one (1) piece yellow/green back pack bag while confiscated from Ambrocia
Ondot was one (1) piece black Nokia Cellular Phone. Proper documentation and
markings of confiscated drug and non-drug items was done at the said place in the
presence of the witnesses Mr. Rosevelt Mondinido - Media Representative and
Evelyn S Atillo – Incumbent Barangay Councilor of Barangay Biasong but later
transferred to Dipolog City Police Station due to loss of electric power in the
area. Suspects were brought to Provincial Crime Laboratory Office (SOCO) for
drug testing together with the pieces of drug evidence for chemical examination
and weighing at the said office while the non-drug evidence were safe keep at
this station for court exhibit. Suspects were also brought to Corazon Aquino
Hospital for medical examination and now temporarily detained at Dipolog CPS.
Total estimated street value of confiscated drugs [Shabu] amounting to Two
Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (P235,000.00). For information.
