Shooting Incident
POLANCO - Shooting incident transpired at National
Highway, Barangay Obay, Polanco Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:00 PM of January
7, 2017, wherein victim identified as William Comecilla y Sogocio, 55 years
old, single, a resident of aforementioned place, was shot to death by
unidentified motorcycle riding in tandem criminals. Initial investigation
conducted by the responding team of Polanco MPS disclosed that the victim was
taking his snacks while walking towards home was suddenly shots several times
using unknown caliber by unidentified motorcycle riding in tandem criminals,
which they fled to unknown direction. Victim sustained gunshot wounds in his
head and in the different parts of his body that caused to his untimely death.
Further investigation revealed that the incident is not a drug related
incident.3. Polanco MPS together with SOCO personnel now conducted crime scene
investigation to determine the firearms used in the said incident.
Fire incident
TITAY - Fire incident transpired at Barangay
Bangco, Titay. Wherein the house of Atih Sangkola, 50 years old, married,
resident of said place but now he was temporarily residing at Poblacion Muslim,
Titay was burned. initial investigation conducted disclosed that at around 7:30
PM of January 7 2017 the residents of said place noticed that the house of
certain Atih Sangkola was burned by the unidentified person but they can’t go
there to help stop the fire because one (1) of the alleged suspect fired his
unknown riffle they were afraid that they shoot them. Suspect fled to unknown
direction after the commission of the offense. Estimated cost of damage was more
or less thirty thousand pesos (Php 30,000). PNP elements of Titay MPS were
conducting follow-up investigation for possible identification of the suspect
and for filling appropriate charges.

Anti-illegal Drugs Operation
DIPOLOG CITY - Intelligence Operatives of Dipolog City
Police Station led by PSI Alexis M. Bahunsua in coordination with PDEA-IX
conducted a drug buy-bust operation against one Alfredo Putong y Labadlabad
alias Undoy at the vicinity of Plaza Magsaysay, Padre Ramon, St., Barangay.
Biasong, Dipolog City at about 11:15 PM of January 7, 2016. Suspect surrendered
at the said station sometimes on July 8, 2016 under drug user category. Confiscated
from possession and control of the suspect were. one (1) piece box of thumb
tacks containing four (4) pieces big transparent plastic and one (1) piece
medium transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules
believed to be shabu;b. one (1) piece small transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu tas buy bust
evidence which was bought by police officer who posed as poseur buyer on the
said operation’s. one piece blue pouch marked “Nike” containing Two Hundred Ten
Peso bills (P 210.00) in different denominations believed to be proceeds money;
andd. Five Hundred Peso bill (P500.00) marked money bearing serial number
Y501898.4. Proper documentation and markings was done at the place of operation
but it was transferred/continued at Dipolog City Police Station due to a heavy
rain occurred and it was witnessed by Mr. Edwin Bation – Media representative
and Hon. Vicente Cadavedo – Incumbent Barangay Councilor of Brgy. Biasong,
Dipolog City.5. The suspect was brought to PNP Provincial Crime Laboratory
Office, Minaog, Dipolog City for drug test and the pieces of drug evidence were
also turned-over to the same office for chemical examination and weighing.
Suspect is now temporarily detained at Dipolog CPS and the non-drug evidences
were also deposited for proper disposition.

Intelligence Operatives of Dipolog City Police Station led by PSI ALEXIS
MANUTA BAHUNSUA in coordination with PDEA conducted drug buy-bust operation at
Gen. Luna St., Barangay Estaka, Dipolog City at about 7:30PM of January 7, 2017.
Arrested during the operation were Roland Ramirez y Realiza, 40 years old,
single, a resident of aforementioned place and Donnie Karl Dalmacio y Buncalan,
29 years old, married, resident of Bonifacio St. of same barangay, a surrender
under drug user category sometimes on July 8, 2016.3. Confiscated from the
possession and control of Roland Ramirez y Realiza were the following:a. Two
(2) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline
granules believed to be shabu;b. One (1) pc. folded tissue paper served as
wrapper of the shabu;c. One (1) pc. Five Hundred Peso bill (P500.00) bearing SN
FU158483 served as buy-bust money;d. Four Hundred Seventy Pesos (P 470.00) in
different denominations as proceeds money;e. One (1) pc. black leather
wallet;f. One (1) pc yellow Samsung cellular phone w/ battery and SIM;g. Three
(3) pcs. disposable lighter with content in different colors;h. One (1) pc.
improvised aluminum totter;i. Seven (7) pcs. cut rolled aluminum foil;j. One
(1) pc. improvised aluminum flame reducer;k. Seven (7) pcs. assorted
transparent plastic sachets with residue believed to be shabu;l. One (1) pc. ML
Kwarta Padala receipt; and;m. One (1) pc. heat sealed transparent plastic
sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu as buy bust
evidence which bought by the poseur buyer. Confiscated from the possession and control
of Donnie Dalmacio y Buncalan were the following:a. One (1) pc. heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be
shabu;b. One (1) pc. cut paper served as container of the shabu;c. One (1) pc.
White Flare cellular phone with battery and sim card; and;d. One (1) pc. pink
folded dagger. The suspects are now temporarily detained at Dipolog CPS for
proper disposition. Confiscated drug evidences were brought to PNP Crime Lab,
Minaog, Dipolog City for weighing and examination while the non-drugs evidence
were deposited at Dipolog CPS for court exhibit.
Arrest of Suspect on Incestuous Rape in Relation to RA 76101
SINDANGAN - A 56-year old man was arrested after he
allegedly sexually abused a 9-year old granddaughter at Makayas, Barangay Mandih,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:00 PM of January 6, 2017. The suspect
was identified as Dionie Vidad Y Pacatang, 56 years old, male, married, the
grandfather of the victim also a resident of same place. Investigation
conducted disclosed that the suspect was caught on the by the mother of the
victim (daughter of the suspect), sexually abused the victim by inserting the
suspect’s finger in the private part of the victim. The Incident happened
inside their residence while her parent was not around. The said suspect was successfully arrested at
their residence by the responding Barangay Councilors and Sindangan MPS. He was
brought to Sindangan MPS, then brought to Sindangan District Hospital for
Medical Examination and now detained at Sindangan MPS Detention Cell for filing
in court under inquest proceeding. The victim was also brought to Sindangan
District Hospital for medical examination.
