Dead in Road Crash Accident
MANUKAN,
Zamboanga del Norte (Oct. 24, 2018) – One
person died in Vehicular accident occurred at about 10:30pm of October 23, 2018
at Brgy. San Antonio, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte.
A Honda Beat motorcycle driven by Rex Kevin
Daygon with his back rider identified as Paul Patrick S. Entroso, travelling
from Dipolog City going towards Leon Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Upon reaching of said place accidentally hit
the Mitsubishi Fuso Cargo Truck, model 2004 who was parked on said place due to
the impact, the back rider of the MC was thrown out of the motorcycle and was
hit by an incoming Rural Transit Bus coming from opposite direction going
towards Dipolog City.
However, according to driver of the
driver of Rural Transit Bus did not stop and continuously drive going to
Dipolog City.
The incident resulted to instantaneous
death of Back rider while the driver of MC1 sustained injuries to his body.
Victims were brought to Manukan Medicare and Hospital.
Implementation
of Search Warrant
DAPITAN
CITY (Oct. 25, 2018) – The Joint personnel
of Dapitan City Police Station and CIDG conducted Oplan Paglalansag Omega at
Brgy. Sto. Niño, Dapitan City at around 7:30am of October 24, 2018.
The operating team arrested the suspect
identified as Josue Saneco Nadela, 66 yrs. old, married, farmer and a resident
of aforementioned place.
He was arrested thru Search Warrant
issued by Judge of Branch 8, RTC 9, Dipolog City dated October 23, 2018 with Search
Warrant No. 23-0-18 for Violation of RA 10591. Seized items were the following:
a. One (1) pc Ingram Machine Pistol w/
SN 170712;
b. One (1) pc Cal. 38 pistol (smith and
Wesson) w/o Serial number;
c. One (1) pc Cal. 357 pistol (smith
and Wesson) w/o Serial Number;
d. One (1) mag of Ingram machine pistol
w/ six (6) pcs live ammo; and
e. Six (6) pcs live ammo of cal. 357.
The Arrested person and seized items
now under custody of CIDG, Provincial Field Unit, Dipolog City for filling of
appropriate charges.
Rape
Suspect Captured
DAPITAN
CITY (Oct. 25, 2018) – The Combined
operatives of Dapitan City Police Station and CIDG conducted manhunt operation
at Purok Bitaog, Brgy. Tamion, Dapitan City at
around 7:15am of October 24, 2018.
The operation was resulted to the successful
arrest of one Jose Mayorico Baginat Bayron, 45 yrs old, male, married, a
resident of the aforementioned place who was charged for the crime of Rape in
relation to RA 7610, under Criminal Case Nos. 22712, 22713, 22714, 22715 and
22716 issued by Presiding of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City
The case was dated October 15, 2018
with bail of (Php200,000.00) for Criminal Case Nos. 11712, 22715 and 22716.
Likewise, no bail bond recommended for Criminal Case Nos. 22713 and 22714.
The Accused is now being detained at
Dapitan City Police Station for proper disposition.
Police
arrestred RA 9262 Violator
DAPITAN
CITY (Oct. 24, 2018) – The Operatives
of Dapitan City Police Station together with the personnel of PNP Maritime
arrested one person during the conduct of manhunt operation at Brgy. San
Vicente, Dapitan City at about 11:10am of October 23, 2018.
The operation was resulted to the
successful arrest of the suspect identified as Michael Sagario Hantung, 36
years old, married, a resident of Brgy. Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest issued by RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7 of Dipolog City
for violation of RA 9262 docketed under Criminal Case number 22718 dated
October 15, 2018 with bail bond recommended amounting to Thirty-six Thousand
Pesos (Php36,000.00).
The Said arrested wanted person was
temporarily detained at Dapitan CPS proper disposition.
Police
arrested Murder Suspect
SIAYAN,
Zamboanga del Norte (Oct. 23, 2018) – The
PNP personnel of Siayan MPS, Zamboanga del Norte and Bayog MPS, Zamboanga del
Sur arrested murder suspect during the conduct of manhunt operation thru
intelligence driven operation at Purok 4, Brgy Poblacion, Bayog, Zamboanga Del
Sur at about 11:20pm of October 22, 2018.
The operation was led to the successful
arrest of the suspect identified as
Edgar Landong Dayna, 45, male, single, farmer, a resident of Sitio Dikyop,
Femagas, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder docketed under Criminal Case no.
S-5727 issued by Hon. Reymar L. Lacaya, Presiding Judge RTC, 9th Judicial
Region, Branch 11 of Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte with no bail recommended.
The Accused is now temporarily detained
at Siayan MPS for proper disposition.

vehicles involved in Vehicular Accident
LILOY,
Zamboanga del Norte (Oct. 23, 2018) –
Four vehicles were involved in Vehicular accident occurred along National
Highway in Brgy. Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at around 6:00pm of October
22, 2018.
Acted on the report, PNP personnel of
Liloy MPS proceeded to the reported place purposely to verify the veracity of
said report.
Upon arrival thereat, said responding
team found out that there were four vehicles involved describes as:
Veh-1 Cargo Truck, 2016 model
registered under the name of Ray of Gold Trading, 260 MRT Capistrano, Hagonoy
Taguig, NCR driven by Saturnino Morado Sumiyaya Jr., male, married, 28 years
old, driver resident of Brgy. Osukan, Labason, while
Veh-2 describes as Mitsubishi, Patrol
Vehicle of Salug MPS, Salug, Zamboanga del Norte,
Veh-3 describes as Motorcycle with side
car owned by Jose Sanny Largo of Baybay, Liloy, and
Veh-4 describes as Fuso Fighter, Wing
Van Truck, 2004 model with plate number ABK 4637 registered under Southern
Mindanao Enterprises of Zamboanga City driven by Ruel Verba Antesco, male, 39
years old, married, driver, resident of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.
Initial investigation conducted by the
responding team disclosed that Veh-1 was travelling from Liloy going towards
the direction of Salug Municipality, while Veh-4 was travelling in the opposite
direction.
Upon reaching at the place of incident,
where Veh-2 and Veh-3 were parked at the right side of the national road facing
towards the direction of Salug municipality, Veh-1 tried to evade Veh-4 and
allegedly Veh-1 driver miscalculated the distance between the parked vehicle
(Veh-2 and Veh-3) and Veh-4 which resulted to the accident.
Veh-1 driver went out of control and
bumped to Veh-2 and Veh-2 was pushed towards the adjacent parked vehicle
(Veh-3).
The said accident also resulted to the
damaged sustained by Veh-4 at the rear portion. While Veh-2 incurred damaged at
the rear and back portion of the vehicle while Veh-3 incurred major damages.
While Veh-1 sustained major damage of
the rear portion of the vehicle. No damages sustained by both drivers of the
involved vehicles.
The accident happened at around 5:45pm
of same date. Both vehicles were
temporarily impounded to Liloy MPS for proper disposition.
Hacking
Incident
SERGIO
OSMEÑA, Zamboanga del Norte (Oct. 26, 2018) -
Hacking incident transpired at Purok 4, Purok Nebo, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 2:00PM of October 25, 2018.
The victim identified as Julita Tabata
Sandan, 42 years old and the suspect her husband Rocinier Gumanad Sandan, 53
years old both residents of said place.
Investigation conducted disclosed that
while the suspect under the intoxicating liquor and the victim were walking
along the road of said barangay, the suspect uttered in Bisayan dialect “Patyon
taka inig abot sa balay” and subsequently drew his bolo and hacked the victim
several times hitting in the different parts of the body.
The wounded victim was brought to
ZANORTE Medical Center, Dipolog City for medical treatment while the suspect
was arrested and now detained at S. Osmeña MPS for proper disposition. Motive
of the incident is jealousy.
Arrest
of Wanted Person
SIAYAN,
Zamboanga del Norte (Oct. 28, 2018) – The
Police operatives of Sindangan MPS and Siayan MPS conducted law enforcement
operation at Sitio New Siari, Gunyan, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
8:20am of October 27, 2018.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of the suspct identified as Remy A. Antugon, 38 years old, married,
farmer, resident of Sitio Tamara, Benigno Aquino, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del
Norte.
He was
arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge of
RTC9 Branch 11, Sindangan for the crime of Parricide docketed under criminal
case number S-5791, without bail bond recommended.
Subject person was brought to Sindangan
District Hospital for physical and medical examination and brought back to
Sindangan MPS for arrest booking prior to turn over to the issuing court.
