INCIDENT REPORT - December 28, 2017

Stabbing Incident

MANUKAN - Stabbing incident occurred at Brgy. Saluyong, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 1:30 PM of December 26, 2017. The victim was identified as Elena Vale nee Arcadio, 31 years old, married and resident of said place. Accordingly, she was stabbed by her husband identified as Agustin Ention Vale, 34 years old, a resident of same place.. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim (Elena) was at her house, when suddenly her husband (Agustin) arrived and believed to be under the intoxicated liquor. The two had heated arguments, the suspect then stabbed the victim using a scissors. The victim sustained minor injury at her back. PNP elements of Manukan MPS proceeded to the above mentioned place and at about 7:00 PM of same date, the said suspect was successfully arrested.

Robbery Incident

SIAYAN - Robbery incident occurred at the National Highway of Ramon Magsaysay, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:45 PM of December 26, 2017. The victim was Janice Verano Maningo, 32 years old, married, female, a resident of Brgy Bantayan, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Accordingly, while she was busy in selling her displayed fruits in the aforementioned place suddenly, two (2) unidentified riding suspects arrived a Suzuki 110 motorcycle, parked in front of her fruit stand and the back rider alighted and approached her pretending to buy Then pulled his revolver and pointed towards the victim (Janice) and eventually grabbed the sling bag of the victim containing Nine Thousand Pesos (P9,000.00) and one (1) Visan unit Cellphone worth Five Thousand (P5,000.00), then hurriedly embark to their getaway motorcycle and fled towards Siayan, Immediately, PNP personnel of Sindangan MPS conducted joint hot pursuit operation together with her husband Luciano Maningo, and other concerned citizens for the possible arrest of the fleeing suspects. At about 12:05 AM of December 27, 2017, the responding team was able to found the abandoned motorcycle hidden at the cornfield along National Highway of Seryac, Siayan, and positively identified by the husband that the Motorcycle was the one used by the fleeing suspects.

Vehicular Accident

LILOY - Vehicular accident occurred at Barangay Banigan, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte. December 27, 2017 at about 4:10 PM. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that CPL Niño Earl Gomez Dagohoy, male, 28 years old, married, member of Philippine Army and presently assigned at 1st Division, Pulakan, Pagadian City and a resident of Osukan, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte, together with his back rider Mr Resty Fajardo Bernido, male, 24 years old, single and a resident of same place, while they were traversing the national highway of Barangay Banigan, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte going to municipality of Labason, Zamboanga del Norte, upon reaching at the place of accident the driver loss his control on his driven motorcycle Honda Mio 125, color Black and Yellow combination with plate no. is for registration, that resulted them to tumbled down. Said driver and his back rider was immediately brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital by Kirk Michael Napigkit, Godofredo Carolasan and Rey Nicanor, employee of DPWH who happened to passed at the accident area after the accident, but CPL Niño Earl Gomez Dagohoy was declared dead on arrival by the attending Physician Dr. Niel Gibran Caidic, while the back rider Mr Resty Fajardo Bernido sustained injuries to the different parts of his body.
