Recovered Dead Body
LILOY - The person of
Florencio Ferrer Sereno, male, 66 years old, and a resident of Brgy Causwagan,
Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte was found lying inside on his small nipa hut of said
place at about 1:00 PM of December 17, 2017. The
victim sustained stabbed wounds on the different parts of his body and gunshot
wound on his abdomen which resulted to his instantaneous death. PNP personnel
of Liloy MPS conducted follow up investigation to determine the motive and
possible arrest of the suspect.
Hacking Incident
SINDANGAN - Hacking
incident transpired at Sitio Pangi, Brgy Mandih, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 6:30 PM of December 17, 2017, wherein the victim identified as Sherwin
Palag Caballero, 22 years old, male, single was hacked by their neighbor identified
as Modie Bersano Alcalde, 38 years old, male, single and both residents of
above mentioned barangay. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that that
incident transpired at 6:30 pm of December 17, 2017, wherein the victim and the
suspect were having a drinking spree after a few minutes, the suspect got mad
and subsequently got bolo and hacked the victim hitting on his left arm and
upper right back portion of his body and was immediately brought to Sindangan
District Hospital for medical treatment and further his attending physician
Dra. Julieta Yano referred the victim to Zanorte Medical Center. Suspect was
arrest by the responding PNP of Sindangan MPS and presently detained at said
station for proper disposition.
