Drugs Operation
DIPOLOG CITY - Operatives of Polanco MPS and
Dipolog City Police conducted joint Drug Buy Bust Operation at the National
Highway Of Barangay Obay, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 5; 35 AM of
November 18, 2016 against former PNP member Joel Elia, 47 years old, Top 6
Provincial Level, and a high value target. Also
under target intelligence packet develop by the Police Intelligence Seminar
(PIS) class 2016-10 team 4-B under COPLAN Durian 2 and a former member of
Philippine National Police with the rank of Police Officer III (PO3) but was
dismissed from the service due to drug related cases (Found out positive during
the random drug testing conducted by the SOCO team). After the actual buy-bust
operation was conducted by a police officer who posed as a poseur buyer as
assisted by the CI. The subject boarded on the Nissan Vanette vehicle color
gray with brown combination bearing plate number UDK 615 and seated at the
driver set, the suspect noticed the identity of the buyer, who is a Police
Officer and without hesitation the suspect drew his handgun from his waist and
shot the Police Officer twice but the said police officer quickly hide on the
right side wheel of the vehicle. Immediately thereat, the back-up arresting
officer from the Intelligence Operative returned fire to the subject to prevent
him from shooting again. During the
course of fire between the subject and the operating team, the subject was hit
by the operating team that resulted to his death. Thereafter, the joint
operating team cordoned and secured the crime scene and called the investigator
and SOCO team to conducte Crime Scene Investigation. While waiting for the Investigator and SOCO team the joint
operating team then conducted inventory of the one transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu which was bought by
the poseur buyer during the buy-bust operation (as buy-bust evidence).
Eventually the crime scene was properly turned-over to the SOCO team led by
SPO4 Ruben Sarita for the CSI.
During
the crime scene processing conducted, the following wer recovered at the crime
scene:
1. One (1) unit cal 45 pistol, Chrome STAR with SN 928817, loaded with
magazine with six(6) live ammos of cal 45;
2. One (1) 9mm luger Interdynamic Miami model KG-9 bearing serial No.
4122783;
3. One (1) piece black belt bag taoying brand containing twenty one (21)
pieces live ammos of cal. 45 and one (1)
piece live ammo. of cal. 9mm;
4. One (1) piece long magazine containing 23 live ammos of cal. 9mm;
5. One (1) piece inside holster;
6. Twenty two (22) pieces big pack transparent plastic shachet;
7. one (1) medium pack
transparent plastic shachet;
8. four (4) pieces small transparent plastic shachet containing white
crystalline granules believed to be SHABU;
9. Two (2) pieces aluminum foil inside plastic container marked titac;
10. One (1) piece disposable lighter,
11. One (1) unit blue electric plastic film sealer;
12. One (1) unit digital weighing scale Tanita model;
13. One (1) piece stainless forcep;
14. One (1) piece head light;
15. One (1) unit cell phone Nokia color black, one battery pack and one
(1) stainless knife;
16. One (1) unit cell phone Samsung color white;
17. One (1) unit wrist watch G shock;
18. One (1) piece sling bag containing cash money amounting to five (5)
thousand pesos more or less in different denomination Philippine currency;
19. Two (2) pieces five hundred pesos bill bearing serial No. 364056 and
KC734325;
20. Six (6) pieces assorted ID cards;
21. One (1) pack cigarette Hope containing twelve stick and five (5)
pieces candy;
22. One (1) pc FCC cal 45;
23. One (1) pc FCC cal 5.56;
24. One (1) pc FCC cal 5.56;
25. One (1) pc FCC cal 5.56;
26. One (1) pc FCC cal 5.56;
27. One (1) pc FCC cal 5.56; and
28. One (1) pc FB
All recovered items from the possession and control
of the suspect were brought to crime laboratory for proper examination and
disposition except the vehicle now impounded at Polanco MPS for further
investigation and disposition while the cadaver was brought to Gamalinda
funeral Homes for autopsy.

Drugs Operation
SIOCON - The police
operatives of Siocon MPS and PDEA, Zamboanga Del Norte conducted drug buy bust
operation at Barangay Arabi, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 5:00 AM of
November 18, 2016. This resulted in the arrest of the two suspects namely: kessar Esmael Aka Nano, 31 years old, single, and Madznor
Esmael, 26 years old, single, both residents of the above mentioned place.
recovered from the possession of kessar were: one (1) small heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be
shabu, one (1) pack mighty green cigarette containing three (3) pieces of cut
straw, twenty (20) pieces rolled aluminum foils, three (3) empty transparent
heat sealed sachets with residue of shabu, one (1) disposable lighter sixteen
(16) pieces cut/rolled strip of alleged used foils; three hundred forty pesos
(₱340.00) in different denominations, one (1) five hundred peso (₱500.00) bill
with serial number gl312822 as buy bust money, one (1) piece of paper with
different contact numbers and one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic
sachet containing white crystalline granules of suspected shabu. confiscated
from the possession and control of madznor were: two (2) pieces of disposable
lighters, one (1) pair of scissors, one (1) pack mighty green cigarette
containing six (6) pieces of used foils, six (6) pieces of empty transparent
heat sealed plastic sachets with residue and one (1) dark brown wallet
containing comelec id and birth certificate. the inventory and markings of
seized items were conducted in the presence of hon. Tuayong S Laudin, Barangay
Chairman and Joemeleth R Tabotabo media representative. Suspects were
temporarily detained at Siocon MPS for proper disposition while the confiscated
items were brought to Zamboanga Del Norte PCLO for qualitative and quantitative
examination.
