REPORTED INCIDENTS - November 8, 2016

Robbery Incident (Ransack)
DIPOLOG CITY - Robbery incident transpired at the Barangay Hall in Barangay Sicayab, Dipolog City at about early dawn of November 6, 2016.  Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the unidentified suspect/s gained entrance by climbing at the back of the barangay hall passing thru Sicayab Elementary School building which was next to the said barangay hall. Suspect/s opened the sliding window at the second floor and entered the said barangay hall.  Once inside, the culprits open the steel cabinets at the ground floor and disarrayed the bulks of papers but get nothing.  As the result, the burglars went out passing thru the same window and jumped into the next building with empty handed. While at the campus of Sicayab Elementary school, suspects entered at the Principal’s Office by forcibly destroying the padlock of the door and once inside destroyed the cabinet and lock of the peso water dispenser and took the peso coins with estimated amount of One Thousand Pesos (₱1,000.00). Afterward the suspect/s forcibly opened the office of Moises Redillas Jr y Baul, 45 years old, married, and a resident of Sicayab, Dipolog City, School Principal of the said school. Suspect/s opened all the cabinets and took the cash money amounted to One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱1,850.00) that were kept inside his table, and one set Personal Computer (PC). After which, he exited at the same door of entry. The Dipolog City Police Station is now conducting follow up for the possible identity and arrest of the suspects.
              
Report On Shooting Incident
SIBUTAD - Be informed that at about 7:50 o’clock in the evening of November 6, 2016, One Jeffrey Lepaldo Y Mahusay, 26 years of age, single and a resident of Sitio Looc, Libay, Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte, reported to Sibutad MPS and alleged that at about 7:00 o’clock in the evening of same date, they heard a gun fire and that they looked around to verify what was happening. They saw a lying person on the creek, lifeless, which they identified him as alyas Randy, a miner. Acted on the said report, elements of Sibutad MPS proceed to the area to verify the veracity of the report. Initial investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that at about 7:00 o’clock in the evening of November 6, 2016, a gun fire was heard by the reportee, (Jeffrey) while he was inside his house. He then went outside to see what was going on and look around using his flashlight. He saw a person lying on the side of the creek believed to be dead which he identified the later as alyas Randy, who was working a miner. Further, victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds on the different parts of his body that causes his instantaneous death. The suspect and motive of the incident are still to be determined. PNP personnel of Sibutad MPS are now conducting thorough investigation for possible identity and arrest of the suspect(s). For information.

Report On Bless Our Cops (BOC)
DIPOLOG CITY - Be informed that at around 9:00 o’clock in the morning of November 7, 2016 ZNPPO personnel PSUPT Kiram Insali Jimlani – DPDO and PSUPT Charisse Bajelot Yabo – Chief PCRB facilitated seminar workshop on Bless Our Cops held at the conference room of this office which were attended by Pastors from the two Cities and different Municipalities of this province with special participation from the Bless Our Cops Crame Rev. Sonny Masalon and PSSUPT Michael Mendoza Nicolas – Chief PCR division (R5) of PRO9. Likewise, ZNPPO-PCRB conducted family conference held at Tagapamayapa Hall which were attended by the different PCR PNCOs of two Cities and different Municipalities of this province. At around 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of same date, joint seminar workshop on Bless Our Cops were attended by different Pastors and PCR PNCOs held inside the conference room. Topics being discussed is about the implementation of project Double Barrel (TOKHANG) which aim and objective were prevention and intervention of persons involved in ill drug activities.
