OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
RA 7610 Violator Arrested
POLANCO - Elements of
Polanco MPS led by PCI Alejandro Tiba Trabadillo-OIC, conducted manhunt
operation at Poblacion North, Polanco Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:55 AM of
November 29, 2016. This resulted to the arrest of one Ronnie Montesa y
Vismanos, 31 years old, married, farmer, a resident of barangay San Pedro
Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon
Rogelio D. Laquihon, Presiding Judge RTC 9, Branch 7 Dipolog City, for
Violation of Section 10(a) of RA 7610 docketed under CC# 21245 issued last
November 17, 2016 with Eighty thousand Pesos (Php.80, 000.00) bail bond
recommended. Suspect now detained at Polanco MPS.
