Arrested For Crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting To Serious Physical
Injuries
SIBUTAD,
Zamboanga del Norte (July 28, 2018) - Operatives
of Sibutad MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok 3 Barangay Poblacion,
Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:00 PM of July 26, 2018.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Tony Belotindos Y Layong, 27 years old, male, and a resident of Purok
3, Barangay Poblacion, Sibutad.
He was arrested by virtue warrant of
arrest issued by Hon. Vittorio Dante D. Dalman, Presiding Judge, Municipal
Circuit Trial Court of Rizal-Sibutad of Ninth Judicial Region, Sibutad, Zamboanga
Del Norte, issued on June 8, 2018 for the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting
to Serious Physical Injuries. The case was docketed with criminal case no.
2886-S with the bail recommended fixed to the amount of two thousand pesos (P2,
000.00) for his temporary liberty.
During his arrest, the accused was
properly informed the nature of his arrest and his constitutional rights in
dialect known to him and his right to demand a physical/medical examination and
he was brought to Sibutad MPS for proper documentation prior commitment to
wanting court.

Persons Arrested
ROXAS,
Zamaboanga del Norte (July 28, 2018) -
Four individuals were arrested by the combined elements of Roxas MPS and
Barangay Officials of Barangay Canobogan at Sitio Bentonong, Barangay Canibongan, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 2:00 PM of July 26, 2018.
Police identified the four arrested
personalities as:
Joel C. Lumicay, Junjun T. Sumambod,
Ronilo S. Talay and
Jaylord L. Sumambod, all residents of
said place.
They were arrested by virtue of Warrant
of Arrest issued by Hon. Ric S Bastasa, Presiding Judge, RTC9 Branch 8, Dipolog
City dated July 19, 2018 for the crime of Murder docketed under Criminal Case
No. 22596 with no bail recommended.
The four-arrested person are presently
detained at Roxas MPS for documentation and proper disposition.
