Hacking Incident
KATIPUNAN - Hacking
incident occurred at Sitio Sapa Naga, Barangay Dabiak, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del
Norte. The victims Gloria Velasco Berino, 50 years old, and her live-in partner
Rosito Avila Luntayao, 38 years old, farmer both residents of the
above-mentioned place was hacked and stroked by three (3) suspects identified
as Rico Padao, Meme Balaas and Indoy Balaas all of legal ages and all residents
Purok 4, Barangay Nazareth, Sergio Osmena Sr., Zamboanga Del Norte with the use
of a bolo and a hammer that cause their instantaneous death. Accordingly, the
incident happened last July 20, 2017 at around 8:00 PM at the residents of the
victims located at the above-mentioned place. the victims sustained several
hacked wounds on the different parts of their bodies were then buried by their
family due to a stage of decomposition which were witness by the barangay
officials of Dabiak, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Motive of the incident is
due to the accusation that Rico Padao was the suspect of a theft incident.
Katipunan MPS is still conducting follow-up investigation for the possible
arrest of the suspects.
Robbery Incident
JOSE DALMAN - Robbery
incident occurred at Ponot National High School situated at Barangay Poblacion,
Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Initial investigation disclosed that the window grills of the stock room
located at the aforementioned school was forcibly cut with the use of a hacksaw
and gained entrance and exit thereat and carted away ten (10) pieces of pipe
wrenches, one (1) bench vise, one (1) bench grinder. The incident had occurred
on the evening of July 31, 2017 of August 2, 2017. Jose Dalman MPS is still
conducting follow-up investigation for the possible identification and arrest
of the suspects.
Vehicular Traffic Accident
PIÑAN - Vehicular
traffic accident transpired at Barangay Upper Gumay, Piñan, Zamboanga Del Norte
on August 2, 2017 at about 12:30 PM wherein a grey passenger truck bearing
temporary plate number 09085 driven by Silano Palma Rendora, 31 years old,
single a resident of Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur and temporarily resides at
Barangay Teresita, Piñan, Zamboanga Del Norte was travelling from Barangay
Poblacion Going To Barangay Teresita, Piñan, Zamboanga Del Norte. upon reaching
at the place of incident, the vehicle lost its control and fell from the spill
way that caused injuries to the ten (10) passengers identified as: Norma
Rendoque, 56 years old, married a resident of Barangay Upper Gumay, Evangiline
Paalisbo, 53 years old, married, resident of Barangay Bagong Silang, Edorio
Martina, 57 years old, married, a resident of Barangay Upper Gumay, Alona Pluma
Salazar, 40 years old, married, a resident of Barangay Upper Gumay, Carlita
Bolongon, 63 years old, married, a resident of Barangay Teresita, Rosita Bation, 68 years old, widow, a resident of Barangay
Teresita, Anecita Montac , 60 years old,
married, a resident of Barangay Teresita, Analiza Patangan, 41 years old,
single, a resident of Barangay Sikitan,
Mendencia Pacante, 57 years old, married, a resident of Barangay Sta.
Fe, Marino Lara Silagan, 49 years old, married, a resident of Barangay Sta. Fe,
All Of Piñan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Responding team is still searching the
driver for his possible arrest and for filing of appropriate charges against
him.
OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Campaign against Illegal Fishing
SIBUTAD - Operatives
of Sibutad MPS conducted an illegal fishing operation at the Seawater Of
Barangay Calube, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte on August 2, 2017 at about 10:00
AM. The three (3) violators were identified as Helly Gordiones Alum, 28 years
old, single, Leoncio Cardenio Quiñones, 48 years old, single and Michael
Mamenta Quiñones, 38 years old, single all residents of Purok 3, Barangay
Libay, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte. They were caught in the act engaged in
illegal fishing by using a net with a mesh size less than what as prescribed
under municipal ordinance number 02 series of 2003. confiscated from their
possession were; one (1) fishnet (liba-liba) measuring ten (10) square meters;
two (2) wooden paddles, pump boat colour green without markings, 6.5hp Akashi
engine and one (1) ice case containing more or less five (5) kilogram of fish.
Subject persons are temporarily detained at Sibutad MPS for proper disposition.
