Stabbing Incident
Stabbing
incident occurred the National Highway of Poblacion Alto, Sergio Osmena,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:15 PM of August 22, 2017. The victim was identified
as Peram Ebarsabal Ageas, male, 17 years old, student and a resident of Brgy
Tinago, Sergio Osmena. He was immediately brought to Zanorte, Medical Center,
Dipolog City. Initial investigation disclosed that at about 8:00 PM of same
date the victim together with his companion namely; Ronel Sumabot, 17 years old
and Miko Bularon, 16 years old both residents of Brgy Tinago, Sergio Osmena,
were standing outside the residence of SB member Simoy Palomares situated at Poblacion
Alto, Sergio Osmena, and when his two companions went inside the comfort room,
the victim was suddenly stabbed once (1) hitting at the stomach by unidentified
person wearing green t-shirt who fled away after the incident. Sergio Osmena
MPS conducted follow up investigation to determine the motive and possible
arrest of the suspect. The investigator on case is PO1 Elbert C Taata,

Arrest of Wanted Person
Personnel
of Liloy MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Causwagan, Liloy,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:40 AM of August 23,
2017. This resulted in the arrest of Elias Carillo Tuala, male, married, 48
years old, jobless of Causwagan, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte by virtue of
warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Oscar D. Tomarong of RTC9, Branch
28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte for the crime of RA 9287 docketed in criminal case
no. l-002934 with a bail bond recommended amounted to twenty thousand pesos (P20,
000.00). The arrested subject person is presently detained at Liloy MPS for
proper disposition.
