REPORT ON HACKING INCIDENT
ON
AUGUST 19, 2017 AT ABOUT 8:55 AM, A HACKING INCIDENT HAD TRANSPIRED AT BARANGAY
DISAKAN, MANUKAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE WHEREIN THE VICTIM IDENTIFIED AS RODERICK
ANSALI TAGAT, 25 YEARS OLD, SINGLE WHO WAS HACKED BY ELFREDO ABING LUNAS, 23
YEARS OLD, MARRIED, BOTH RESIDENTS OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PLACE. INITIAL
INVESTIGATION DISCLOSED THAT WHILE THE VICTIM WAS HAVING A DRINKING SESSION
WITH HIS COUSIN EDMUNDO BULAGAO AT THE RESIDENCE OF THE SUSPECT, A HEATED
ARGUMENT THAT RESULTED IN HACKING. THE VICTIM SUSTAINED SEVERAL HACKED ON THE
DIFFERENT PARTS OF HIS BODY AND IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT TO ZANORTE MEDICAL CENTER,
DIPOLOG CITY FOR TREATMENT. THE SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TEMPORARILY DETAINED
AT MANUKAN MPS FOR PROPER DISPOSITION. INVESTIGATOR-ON-CASE IS PO1 JERSON
CATIPAY RETES WITH CONTACT NUMBER 0946 351 4692.
Vehicular
Traffic Accident
Vehicular traffic accident occurred
along the National High-Way Of Barangay Caracol, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 6:30 PM of August 20, 2017particularly at the under construction road
wherein improvised tricycle Honda c100 driven by Bobby Gaballo Callao, 42 years
old, married a resident of Brgy Poblacion Salug, together with Marlon Cervantes
Cuenca, 50 years old, married, fisherman and a resident of Barangay Lipakan,
Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte. Investigation conducted disclosed that the said
tricycle was travelling from Poblacion Salug going to Lipakan, Salug, in a high
speed without headlight and upon reaching at the said place was accidentally
overshoot. as a result, the passenger was immediately brought to Liloy
Integrated Health District Hospital, Liloy, but pronounced dead on arrival by
the attending physician while the driver sustained injuries on his face and
different parts of his body and was brought to Liloy Integrated Health District
Hospital, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte for immediate medical treatment and
subsequently detained at Salug MPS for proper disposition.
Campaign
against Illegal Logging
Joint personnel from DENR, troops
from 13th Special Forces and Siocon MPS conducted forest patrol at Brgy S.
Cabral, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:30 AM of August 21,
2017. The team recovered four (4) abandoned chainsaw believed to be used by the
unidentified operator in their illegal cutting of planted trees at the
reforestation area. The personnel from DENR and Siocon MPS are still conducting
follow-up investigation to identity the operators/owners for the filing of
appropriate charges in court. The confiscated chainsaw were in the custody of
Siocon DENR for proper disposition.
Indiscriminate
Firing
On or about 5:30 PM of August 21,
2017, incident transpired at Sitio, Lupot Brgy Poblacion, Siayan Zamboanga Del
Norte Wherein Arnel Ogal Doller, 31 years old, married, CAA member and resident
of Sitio Matunog, Brgy Poblacion, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte, allegedly fired
his Cal 45 pistol several times outside the house of Gloria Tulawe Ybias, 52
years old, married, Brgy Health Worker, of same place. Initial investigation
conducted disclosed that the suspect was drinking liquor together with Artemio
Ybias Pasagdan, 21 years old, single, Brgy Tanod and other relatives at the
house of the victim. After a few minutes, the suspect got angry to Artemio
Pasagdan because he refused to do push-up exercise. the suspect went outside
the house then drew his cal 45 pistol then point to Artemio Pasagdan but the
later immediately hide inside the said house then the suspect point the gun to
Gloria Ybias then fired to the ground three times. The suspect went in front of
the house of Artemio Pasagdan then fire his gun twice and went in front of the
house of Dolores Tulawe - grandmother of Artemio Pasagdan and fire his gun
twice. Suspect was arrested by the responding PNP team and recovered from his
possession one (1) unit Cal 45 pistol colt m1911a1 with serial no 631502 with
one (1) magazine of Cal 45 and six (6) fired cartridges. The arrested subject
person is presently detained at Siayan MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest
of Wanted Person
Personnel of Roxas MPS conducted
manhunt operation at Central Barangay, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 11:45 AM of August 21, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Ariel O.
Randay, 21 years old, single, resident of Brgy Tanayan, Roxas, Zambo Del Norte,
laborer of Dipolog Fishing Supply Located At Central Barangay, Dipolog City by
virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Veronica C. Dg-Laput, Presiding
Judge, of Roxas, Zambo Norte Dated March 28, 2017 for the crime attempted
homicide docketed under cc#1890. after follow-up investigation with the accused
and found out that his father, Julito E. Randay, 40 years old, married, farmer
and a resident of Brgy Tanayan, Roxas, Zambo Norte with the same warrant of
arrest that the said subject was at sitio bayang, brgy galas, dipolog city. The
team immediately proceeded at the said place and at about 12:30 pm of same
date, the team arrested the subject person by virtue of same warrant of arrest
with bail bond recommended amounted to twelve thousand (php.12, 000.00) pesos
each. The arrested subject person is presently detained at roxas mps for proper
disposition.
