ROXAS
- Be informed that at about 9:30 o’clock in the morning of July 21, 2017,
personnel of Roxas MPS together with SPO1 Richard C Suasula, PO1 Romeo J Awit
Jr. and SPO4 Adolfo A Morales from PHAU,DPRM in coordination with Cordova MPS,
Cebu conducted manhunt operation at Brell Fast Food, Poblacion, Cordova, Cebu
and arrested GEODENIS PANLIMA, 28 years old, single and a resident of Barangay
Labakid, Roxas, Zambo Norte, Top 2 MWP
(Municipal Level), by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge
Rogelio D. Laquihon, Branch 7 Dipolog City dated December 7, 2015 for Violation
of Sec 5 (b) of R.A. 7610 docketed under Criminal Case No. 20099 with recommended
bail of Two Hundred Thousand (P200,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Suspect
is now temporarily brought at Cordova MPS for proper documentation prior

Spot Report on Motor-Vehicular Traffic
Accident
TAMPILISAN
- Be informed that at about 7:00 o’clock in the morning of July 21, 2017 a
concerned citizen called Tampilisan MPS and reported that a vehicular traffic
accident transpired at the National highway of Brgy Poblacion, Tampilisan ZN,
particularly near at Tampilisan Rural Health Unit wherein Vehicle 1 describe as
red Mirage G4 GLX 1 with plate no. ACU5362 driven and owned by Aubrie Jane
Cayacap Luchana, 33 years old, single, teacher and a resident of Purok
Sampaguita, Poblacion, Tampilisan, ZN was accidentally bumped by Vehicle 2
describe as BAJAJ CT110 Kawasaki Tricycle, no plate no. attached driven by Lorenzo
B. Luzon, 47 years old, married, Barangay Councilor, a resident of Barangay
Sto. Niño, Tampilisan ZN. Acted on the said report, responding personnel of
Tampilisan MPS proceeded to the area of accident to verify the veracity and to
conduct initial report thereat. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that
vehicle 1 was traversing to Tampilisan Central School and upon arrival at the
place of accident, was accidentally bumped by Vehicle 2 which was also bound to
said school, loaded with student-passengers. Subsequently, upon the sudden
impact of the said accident, one of the passengers identified as Rejean Dumucol,
16 years old, Grade 9 student, and a resident of Barangay Lumbayao, Tampilisan,
ZN, fell down to the cemented road that cause minor injury to her head. Said passenger was immediately brought to
Ipil District Hospital, Ipil ZSP for medical treatment and was recommended to
be forwarded at Zamboanga City for higher medical attention, while both drivers
fail to present driver’s license and other documents, which prompted the
responding team to impound their vehicles at Tampilisan MPS for proper

SALUG
- Be informed that at about 9:05 o’clock in the evening of July 21, 2017, PNP
personnel of Salug MPS in coordination of PDEA ZN conducted buy bust operation
at Brgy. Poblacion East, Salug, ZN and arrested one GAIB TAMAN y ANDAT alyas
“Paul”, 48 years old, Filipino, Male, Married and resident of Brgy. Caracol,
Salug ZN, listed in the link diagram of drug personalities of Salug MPS and a
surrenderer of PDB. Confiscated from his possession and control were : a) 1 pc
small heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline
granules believe to be shabu marked with BB-GAT-1-07-21-17 as drug buy-bust
evidence; b) 4 pcs of One Hundred Peso Bill with serial number T987026, FW112425,
KF256228 and CU660258 and Two (2) pcs fifty peso bill with serial numbers
SE187327 and ZY125681 marked with BB-GAT-2-07-21-17 as marked money; c) 1 pc
small heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline
granules believe to be shabu marked with BB-GAT-3-07-21-17; d) cash money
amounting to Php 470.00 in different denominations marked with
BB-GAT-4-07-21-17; e) 1 wallet color black/brown marked with BB-GAT-5-07-21-17;
and f) 1 unit black NOKIA cellphone with battery and sim card inserted marked
as BB-GAT-6-07-21-17. Subject person was subsequently brought to Zamboanga del
Norte Provincial Crime Laboratory Office, Dipolog City for physical and
laboratory screening test including the confiscated drug evidence for proper
disposition and pending filling of appropriate charges in court. For

Spot Report on Shooting Incident
SINDANGAN
- Be informed that at about 2:15 o’clock in the morning of July 23, 2017,
Sindangan MPS received a cell phone call from Erlindo Cabalan Bayawa Sr,
retired BJMP of legal age, male, married, Filipino and a resident at Brgy
Poblacion, Sindangan, ZDN, that there were wounded persons seeking assistance
in their house for they were allegedly shot several times by one of the
security guard of Prince Hypermart, Sindangan Branch particularly at the
National Highway of Poblacion, Sindangan, ZDN at about 2:00 o’clock in the
morning of same date. Immediately, personnel of Sindangan MPS led by SPO2
Carolyn B Ubas proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of the report. Upon
arrival in the house of the reporter, the victims were immediately brought to
Sindangan District Hospital for immediate medical assistance and were
identified later as: a) Joeymart Marata y Pableo, 21 years old who suffered
gunshot wound at his left leg, b) Joaquin Jalluren y Barala, 20 years who later
discovered that he also suffered a gunshot wound at his left leg; and c) Ethan
Fyke Telebangco y Mocoy, 15 years old, all single, male, and all residents of
Sta. Cruz, Poblacion, Sindangan, ZDN. Investigation conducted disclosed that
the suspects identified as: a. Joseph Embalsado y Bepillo, 27 years old,
married, male, and a resident at Barangay Awaan, Ayungon, Negros Oriental
(Security Officer); and b. Wilbert Abil y Montejo, 26 years old, married, male
and a resident at New Dapitan, Tampilisan, ZDN (security guard). Follow-up
operation conducted resulted to the arrest of the suspects and recovered from
their possession and control were the following: One (1) unit 9mm M1911 A1-FS
ROCK ISLAND Armory with SN RIA1729497 inserted with one (1) magazine loaded
with five (5) live ammos, without pertinent documents presented; and One (1)
unit Yamaha Crypton-Z with plate number 7445 GL color black. Also recovered
from the crime scene were three (3) fired cartridge cases of 9MM and one (1)
slug. Arrested persons and recovered items were brought to Sindangan MPS for

Flash Alarm on Stolen Motorcycle
GUTALAC
- Be informed that at about 8:00 o’clock in the evening of July 22, 2017, one Mercelita
Villahermosa y Guerero, 36 years old, businesswoman, a resident of Brgy.
Salvador, Gutalac, ZN appeared to Gutalac MPS reported that her driven XTZ
Yamaha 125 motorcycle, white, “For Registration” as plate No. with engine No.
E3W8E-01124, chassis No. PAODE1110G0002309, registered in the name of Mr. Larry
P. Villahermosa was taken/stolen by unidentified person/s. Said motorcycle was
parked in front of Daga’s residence at Brgy. Salvador, Gutalac, ZN while the
driver attending the birthday party but right after the celebration, she
discovered that her driven motorcycle was already gone/missing. If found and

Illegal Drugs HVT Level 2 Newly identified
KATIPUNAN
- Be informed that at about 2:30 o’clock in the afternoon of July 23, 2017 the
Law Enforcement Operation was conducted by Municipal Station Drug Enforcement
Team (MDET) of Katipunan MPS composed of PCI ROBERT ESPARAGOZA AGDA, ACOP,SPOI
Fernando S Gomolon,PO3 Arturo R Borja, PO3 Dioscoro E Ello, PO3 Noel E Suliman,
PO2 Joseph B Maata, PO2 Nelgeen B Acas, POI Monchito Z Manlangit and POI
Reyzaldy Malayo in coordination with ZNPDEA conducted drugs buy-bust operation
at Purok 1, Barangay Dos, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte resulted to the arrest
of suspect one BRIAN NOBRESALA y LIPAPA, alyas “Dodong”, 26 years old, Single,
resident at Barangay Singatong Katipunan Zamboanga del Norte the newly
identified HVT drug personality categorized as Level 2 newly identified.
Confiscated from the possession and control of the suspect are the following;
a) One (1) pc heat sealed transparent sachet containing white crystalline
substance believed to be shabu (buy bust item) b) One (1) pcs Five Hundred Peso
Bill, c) 1unit cell phone Cherry mobile; d) 1 pc disposable lighter color green.
Inventory and marking was done in the presence of Mr. Reynan Narsiso, Media
representative and Brgy chairman of Brgy Dos Hon. Bezaleel T Prejoles of said
municipality. Suspect now detained at Katipunan MPS for filing of criminal case
for Violation of R.A. 9165 and confiscated small transparent plastic sachets
and other drug paraphernalia were submitted to Crime Laboratory Minaog Dipolog
City for examination while other confiscated items were deposited to said

- Be informed that at around 6:39 o’clock in the evening of July 22, 2017,
Gutalac MPS received report through a phone call from a concerned citizen that
vehicular traffic accident transpired along National Highway of Barangay Canuto
Enerio, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte. Acted on the report personnel of Gutalac
MPS at around 6:50 o’clock in the evening of same date, alert team led by SPO4
Alexander Avila Lozada, responded and proceeded to the said place to verify the
veracity of the report and upon arrival, there were two vehicles in the area
described as follows; Vehicle-1 Utility Vehicle
(Military type jeep), olive green with plate number MDF330, Chassis
number-J23A-28931, Engine number- 4DR6-839964 with CR No. 7930914 dated March
13, 2009 owned and driven by Tendero Teodoro y Reluya, 55 years old, male,
married, engineer and resident of Brgy San Isidro, Gutalac, ZN with driver’s
license number JO1-11-002861 with restriction 12 expires on May 18, 2017 with passengers named; Edgardo Borongan Yabo,
64 years old, male, married, utility driver and resident of Brgy San Isidro,
Gutalac, ZN, Remea Cuaton Dela Pena, 65 years old, female, married, housewife
and resident of Brgy. Galingon, Tampilisan, ZN and Greshiel Maghanaoy
Caccabanua, 18 years old, female, student also resident of Brgy. Galingon,
Tampilisan, ZN. Vehicle- 2 Cargo Truck (Isuzu), green with plate Nr.
GDR915, Engine Nr. 10PCY-945667, Chassis Nr. CXG19K-2008030 with CR Nr.
185323460 dated May 27, 2016 with OR Nr. 836272743 dated May 27, 2016 driven by
Redoble, Eleazar y Eguana, male, 57 years old, married, driver a resident of
Barangay Lopoc, Labason, ZN with driver’s license number D1101044124 with
restrictions 123 expires on April 29, 2021 registered and owned by Jelster Ed
T. Quimbo resident of Barangay Gil Sanchez, Labason, ZN. Initial
investigation conducted disclosed that Vehicle 1 was plying from Municipality
of Labason going to Gutalac Mnplty while
Vehicle 2 also travelling from Gutalac Mnplty going way to Municipality of
Labason that upon reaching at the place of accident, Vehicle 2 was travelling
with one (1) active headlight which is the right portion of the truck and when
about to overtake two (2) single MC also plied subsequently going to Labason
Mnplty but when he exceeded the first single MC and tried to overrun the second
single MC, he could not able to take back his right lane of the road when
vehicle 1 was approaching from opposite side of the said road. There and then,
collides each other which resulted to both vehicles encourage damaged and the
passengers of vehicle 1 sustained injuries different parts of their bodies.
Immediately, the responding team rescued the injured
victims and rushed them to Liloy District Hospital for immediate treatment and
then later forwarded to ZANORTE Hospital Dipolog City while both vehicles are
temporarily impounded to Gutalac MPS for proper disposition. For

SERGIO
OSMEÑA - Be informed that at about 7:00 o’clock in the morning of July 23,
2017, one Rowel Sanico, 40 years old, married, Filipino, Brgy Captain of Brgy
Nazareth, Sergio Osmeña, Z.N reported to Sergio Osmeña MPS thru cell phone call
that there was found dead at Dicayo river situated at Sitio Jerusalem, Brgy
Nasareth Sergio Osmena, ZN. Acted on the report at about 9:00 o’clock in the
morning of same date, personnel of Sergio Osmeña MPS composed of PO2 Reynante
Obnimaga Bersales, PO2 David T. Diniay, PO1 Elbert C. Taata and PO1 Vincent Roy
Palomares together with Antonio A. Lagod- RN assigned at RHC of said
Municipality, proceeded to the said place to verify the veracity of the report. Initial
investigation conducted disclosed that, the victim identified as ROSITO LUNTAYAO
y ABILA Jr., 35 years old, married, Filipino and a resident of Sitio Jerusalem,
Brgy Nasareth Sergio Osmena, Z.N together with his live-in partner identified
as GLORIA BERINO y VELASCO, 40 years old, resident of same place did not return
home since 12:00 noon of July 21, 2017, the daughter of Gloria identified as
Christine Berino y Velasco, female, 20 years old, single also resident of
aforesaid place reported and requested to their neighbor nearby identified as
Gabriel Sanico y Floresa, Brgy Tanod, male, 27 years old, married, Filipino,
also resident of said place to search the whereabouts. Further, that at about 9:00
o’clock in the morning of July 22, 2017 victim Rosito Luntayao y Abila Jr discovered
by Christine Berino y Velasco and Gabriel Sanico y Floresa was found lying
lifeless at Dicayo River located at Sitio Jerusalem, Brgy Nasareth, Sergio
Osmena, Z.N. Victim sustained multiple hacked wounds on different parts of his
body which believed to be caused on his death while his live-in partner Gloria
Berino y Velasco is still missing as of this report. Sergio Osmeña MPS is now
conducting thorough investigation and also searching the whereabouts of Gloria,
the live-in partner of the victim. Motive of the incident is yet to be
