Vehicular Accident
TAMPILISAN - Vehicular accident at Brgy Poblacion,
Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:10 PM of July 11, 2017. Upon arrival
thereat, the responding team personally witnessed one single honda beat
motorcycle lying at the shoulder of the road and there were three (3) persons
sitting beside it. and when the said persons noticed the approaching pnp
personnel, they tried to run away from the scene but they were being held
temporarily by the responding team. upon checking the motorcycle, the team
recovered from the u-box one (1) unit firearm described as caliber 9mm/x9 Para with
Serial Number x912040070 without legal documents presented which prompted the
police officers to arrest following identified as follows: Mayhan Bagsikan
Mohametano, 31 years old; Jhony Rey Castigador Lopes, 19 years old and Michael
Paradero Bagsikan, 21 years old, all single and all residents of Sitio Sawmill,
Brgy Poblacion, Tampilisan. Arrested persons and confiscated item were brought
to Tampilisan MPS for proper disposition.
Vehicular Accident
MUTIA - Vehicle
traffic accident transpired along the National Highway of Brgy. Sto.Tomas,
Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:40 AM of July 12, 2017, wherein black sky
go motorcycle with plate number dd-33023, driven by Arnold Secosana Guirra, 27
years old, single, of resident of brgy. Buenasuerte, Mutia, accidentally bumped
a pedestrian identified as Editha Suminod, of legal age, married, a resident of
Brgy.Totungon, Mutia, while walking across the national highway of said
barangay. The driver and pedestrian sustained minor injuries on the different
parts of their bodies. Both were also brought to Mutia Municipal Health Center for
medical treatment. The said motorcycle was brought to Mutia MPS for proper
disposition.
Suicide Incident
JOSE DALMAN - Suicide
incident transpired at Sitio Pandanan, Brgy Madalag, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 6:00 AM of July 12, 2017, wherein one Andre Custodio Jumawan, 23
years old, single, a resident of said place. Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that prior to the incident victim and his father had a heated
argument that resulted to a fistfight, which further ended their good
relationship. Victim left their house and stayed at his auntie at said place. After
a few days, he seeks for apology to his father but he was rejected that causes
his depression and committed suicide. Victim was found hanging at the wooden
truss of the house tied with a nylon rope at his neck which resulted to his death
which was declared by Dr. Tecson. Investigator on-case: Po3 Wynner Tanlas

Feleciano B.
LEON B. POSTIGO - Please
be informed that at about 8:00 AM of July 12, 2017, Leon B Postigo MPS received
reports that Francisco Alag Igan Vilan, 56 years old, a wanted person for the
crime of arson, robbery in band, murder, frustrated murder, and rebellion. He
was a secretary of “Secom Feleciano B” (base on 1st quarter 2017 PSR), was
already dead at about 12:35 AM of July 12, 2017, while he was confined at Dipolog
Medical Center, Dipolog City. Accordingly, the said rebel was suffered serious
illness and was confined at said hospital on July 10, 2017. Cadaver was brought
by his Sister Merlyn Vilan at Barangay Tiogan, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga Del
Norte.
Vehicular Traffic Accident
LILOY - Vehicular
traffic accident occurred at Brgy. Comunal, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
10:35 AM of July 12, 2017, wherein vehicle 1 Honda xrm 110 with plate number
jj-6709 driven by Ronel Elias Bagnol, male, single, 23 years old, construction
worker and a resident of Comunal, Liloy, and rural Transit Mindanao Incorporated
Of Santa Felomina Dipolog City driven by Joie Tubaon Jaro, male, married 38
years old and a resident of Mauswagon, Lalibertad. Initial investigation
conducted disclosed that vehicle 1 was traveling from Brgy Tapican to Brgy
Comunal and upon entering the National Highway Of Barangay Comunal, Liloy,
vehicle 2 which was traversing the national highway of said place accidentally
sideswipe vehicle 1 that resulted to incurred damage to the said vehicle. The
driver of vehicle 1 sustained injuries to the different parts of his body and
fractured on his left shoulder, which the conductor of rural transit, Marwin D. Serra, brought him to Liloy Health
District Hospital for immediate medical treatment and later was forwarded to
Dipolog City for further medical treatment. The driver of vehicle 2, was also
brought to Liloy Health District Hospital for medical examination and now under
the custody of Liloy MPS for proper disposition. after the administrator of
rural transit executed an affidavit of undertaking and was duly subscribed and
signed by Ian O. Campiseño – Prosecutor 1 dated July 12, 2017, the driver and
the bus was released from Liloy MPS’ custody.
Usurpation of Authority and Falsification of
Public Document
SINDANGAN - On or about
11:00 AM of July 12, 2017, PNP personnel of Sindangan MPS, arrested Alcie
Espinosa Agta, 32 years old, male, married, Filipino, a resident of Tangub City
and a formerly member of AFP. Prior to
his arrest, said subject person was standing outside Sindangan Hall of Justice,
Zamboanga Del Norte waiting for Ronnie Angas Nisnisan, who was attending trial
at the Sala Of Judge Lacaya, RTC Sindangan Br 11. When PNP personnel of Sindangan
MPS saw him and acted suspiciously, they approached and interviewed him. They
also asked identification of said person of which he introduced himself as Alcie
Espinosa Agta, member of AFP. He even presented his AFP ID card and his
driver’s license. upon verification of those presented ids, it reveals that
said person was already on AWOL status from the AFP service and the driver’s
licenses he just presented to them verified from LTO was fake. Subject person
was brought and detained at Sindangan MPS pending filing of case for
falsification of public document.
OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
Arrest of Wanted Person
SIOCON - Combined
operatives of Siocon MPS and Liloy MPS conducted joint manhunt operation in Brgy.
Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:00 AM of July 12, 2017. This
resulted to arrest of Bernie Apierdo Templado, 30 years old, male, jobless,
married and a resident of above mention place. This is by virtue of warrant of
arrest issued by Judge Oscar Tumarong Of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 28,
Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte for Violation Of Section 5 (a) and section 5 (i) of R.A
9262 dated May 15, 2017, docketed under cc# l-00314 and l-003145 with bail bond
recommended amounting to sixty thousand pesos (Php60, 000) for section 5 (i)
and twelve thousand pesos (php12, 0000.00 for section 5(a). He is presently
detained at Liloy MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
SINDANGAN - Operatives
of Sindangan MPS arrested the person of Romie Angas Nisnisan, 40 years old,
married, Filipino, male, at Sindangan Hall Of Justice, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 11:00 AM of July 12, 2017. This after the Presiding Judge Reymar L.
Lacaya, RTC Branch 11, requested the arrest of the suspect. Said accused was
arrested at Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte last July 27, 2015 by PIB
ZNPPO personnel for the crime of highway robbery with frustrated homicide with
cc # s-5131 filed at RTC Sindangan, Branch 11. Subject person was arrested
right after he attended his trial at Sindangan Hall of Justice. He is now
detained at Sindangan MPS while waiting for the commitment order.
Cadaver Found
SERGIO OSMEÑA - A lifeless
body was found at the grassy part of Purok Gimalina, Brgy Biayon, Sergio
Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:25 AM of July 12, 2017. The cadaver was later
identified as Danny Suminody Patangan, 49 years old, married, male, of Purok
Gimalina, Brgy Biayon, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte.. Initial
investigation conducted disclosed that at about 7:00 AM of July 12, 2017, Diolito
Tawi Y Ogdao, 56 years old, male, married and a resident of said place he saw a
person in a distance lying on the grassy part. When he approached he saw the
victim already lifeless. Further the victim believed to be electrocuted due to
the wire that was tangle in his head. Said cadaver was turned-over to his
family.
