Shooting Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - Shooting incident had transpired at Purok
Parpagayo, Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:30 PM
of July 26, 2017. The victim identified as Arnold Legados Arias, 40 years old,
married, a resident of Purok Ofisco, Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City and the
suspects identified as PO3 Rebomariphel Quezon Agpasa, married, assigned at Josefina
MPS, Zamboanga Del Sur Police Provincial Office, Reymar Quezon Agpasa, married
and Fortunato Quezon Agpasa, married, both residents of Purok Parpagayo,
Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte. The victim was brought to Corazon
Aquino Hospital, Dipolog City while the suspects fled to unknown direction. Elements
of Dipolog CPS are still conducting follow-up operation for the possible arrest
of the suspects. Motive of the incident is still undetermined.
Stabbing Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - Stabbing incident transpired in front
of the Bar St. Lounge and Grill Situated at Martinez St., Central Barangay,
Dipolog City at about 2:45 AM of July 27, 2017. The victim was identified as Marvin
Fernandez Ponce, 20 years old, single and a resident of Sitio Sta. Cruz,
Sipolan, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte was stabbed by unidentified suspects. The
victim was brought to Zamboanga Del Norte Medical Center for immediate medical
treatment. Dipolog CPS is now conducting follow-up investigation for possible
identification and arrest of the suspects. Investigator-on-case Po2 Dexter

Arrest of Wanted Person
DAPITAN CITY - On
July 27, 2017at about 10:45 AM, PNP personnel of Dipolog CPS together with
904th Maritime Police Station Base in Pulauan of Dapitan CPS serve the warrant
of arrest against Rodel Escabarte Patiño, 18 years old, a resident of Biasong,
Dipolog City for the crime of frustrated murder docketed under criminal case
number 21391 issued by Hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon, Presiding Judge Of RTC 9
Branch 7, Dipolog City Dated June 27, 2017 with bail bond recommended of two
hundred thousand pesos (₱200,000.00). Said warrant of arrest was serve at the Regional
Rehabilitation Center for Youth (RRCY) at Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte which
subject person is still in the custody of said institution.

DIPOLOG CITY - Operatives
of Dipolog City Police Station implemented the search warrant at Zamboanga Del
Norte National High School (ZNNHS) Main Campus, Dipolog City at about 1:00 PM
of July 27, 2017. This led to the arrest of Marlowe Onido Lagasca, 16 years
old, a resident of Santa Isabel, Dipolog City. Said minor was arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon, Of
Rtc 9 Branch-7, Dipolog City Dated June 27, 2017 for the crime of frustrated
murder docketed under criminal case number 21391 with bail bond recommended of
two hundred thousand (₱200,000.00) pesos for his temporary liberty. said minor
was brought to Dipolog CPS, WCPD Section for documentation and later
turned-over to DSWD Dipolog City for proper disposition.

LILOY - Personnel of Liloy
MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy. Fatima, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 8:40 PM of July 27, 2017 and arrested Leo Tyrus Tejero, 37 years old,
single, a resident of Barangay Villa M. Tejero, Liloy. He was arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of attempted homicide issued by Hon
Oscar Tomarong Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 28 Liloy, Zdn Dated July 25, 2017
docketed under criminal case number l-00954 with no bail recommended. Subject
person was brought to Liloy MPS for proper disposition.

SIOCON - Elements of Siocon
MPS conducted drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Bucana, Siocon, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 1:45 PM of July 27, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Mohamod
Badju Lambana, Jul Asri Jumdani Lumandong, Isnad Abu Sabturi, Nasser Musaddin
Maldisa, Bob Ammad Ibno and Nasser Asakil Mannan, of legal ages, and all
residents of the above-mentioned place. Confiscated from their possession and
control were: five (5) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected
shabu, drugs paraphernalia and marked money. Subject persons were brought to Siocon
MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
MUTIA - Combined elements
of Ketcharao MPS, Agusan Del Norte and Mutia MPS conducted manhunt operation at
Barangay Poblacion, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:00 AM of July 27,
2017. This resulted in the arrest of Sandy Añora Empredo, 32 years old, single,
male listed under Top 1 Most Wanted Person of Kitcharao MPS and a resident of Barangay
Mahayahay, Kitcharao, Agusan Del Norte. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of
arrest for the crime of homicide issued by Hon. Emmanuel E Escatron, Presiding
Judge of RTC 10th Judicial Region, Agusan Del Norte Dated September 22, 2017
docketed under criminal case number 10-70 with recommended bail-bond of forty
thousand (₱40,000.00) pesos for his temporary liberty. The arrested person is
temporarily detained at Kitcharao MPS for proper disposition.
