DIPOLOG CITY - On or
about 9:00 PM of July 9, 2017, Ester Taruc Penny, 54 years old, married, a
resident of Purok Mahinabangon, Bolicon, Turno, Dipolog city came and reported
to Dipolog CPS and alleged that at about 2:00 PM of same date, a person of Eric
Peligrin, a resident of same place stoned their occupied house without
sufficient reason. She further added that at about 7:00 PM of same date, the
said suspect repeatedly stoned their steel gate, after which pointed his
unknown caliber pistol. Suspect fled to unknown direction. Dipolog CPS conducted
follow up investigation for possible arrest of the suspect.
Truck Carrying Logs Held in Dapitan
DAPITAN CITY - Operatives
of Dapitan City Police Station intercepted at about 5:30 PM of July 9, 2017,
one unit 8pc SKW ten wheeler truck bearing plate number YKE 397, driven by Ricardo
Bayani Beso, 42 years old, male, married and a resident of Brgy Lingasad,
Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte. Said vehicle was loaded with one hundred eighteen
(118) pieces of mahogany and gemilina round logs from Brgy San Nicolas, Dapitan
City. The said trees were allegedly cut by the tenant of the land identified as
Deodifredo Bulay-Og Bagatua, 62 years old, male, married and a resident of Brgy
San Nicolas, Dapitan City, without the permission from the owner of the parcel
of land identified as Tito Ferilino Diaz, 45 years old, male, married and Lannie
Elumbaring Rudas, 56 years old female, married, both residents of City. Brgy
Sta Cruz, Dapitan the said driver is now in the custody of Dapitan CPS for
proper disposition.
Students of Collegio De San Francisco Javier
Experiencing Dizziness/Unconsciousness
RIZAL - On or about
11:00 AM of July 10, 2017, more or less 12 students coming from different
sections of High School Department at Collegio De San Francisco of Rizal,
Zamboanga Del Norte suffered dizziness/ unconsciousness while a mass was held
at Roman Catholic Church inside the school campus and was immediately brought
to rural health unit. Later, five students were transferred to Dapitan City
Hospital for further medication while the rest were allowed to go home after
recovery. As per initial findings of attending physician it was found out that
students suffered difficulty in breathing due to hyper ventilation. At present,
the school administrator temporarily suspends all level of classes until
tomorrow in order to conduct thorough investigation in the school campus.

Theft Suspect Arrested
DAPITAN CITY - The Security
Personnel of Dakak Park and Beach Resort, Taguilon, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del
Norte brought and turned-over to Dapitan CPS at about 6:00 PM of July 9, 2017 the
living body of Christopher Baguio Tome, 33 years old, male, married and a
resident of Brgy Diwa-An, Dapitan City. Suspect was caught on the act by the
security personnel stealing thirty (30) routers worth thirty thousand pesos (P30,
000.00) inside the Dakak Park and Beach Resort. Arrested subject person is
presently detained at Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
DIPOLOG CITY - Operatives
of Dipolog City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Purok 7, Sta.
Isabel, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 4:30 PM of July 9, 2017.
This resulted to the arrest of Feliciano Andilab Clamohoy, 64 years old,
married and a resident of Purok 7, Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City. This is by virtue
of warrant of arrest with cc number 17827 issued Presiding Judge Rogelio D.
Laquihon of RTC Branch 7, Dipolog City Dated June 28, 2013 for the crime of
statutory rape, without bail bond recommended. Arrested subject person is
presently detained at Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
PIÑAN - Operatives of
La Libertad MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy North Poblacion, Pinan,
Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 1:00 PM of
July 10, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Benvinida Ragas Remorosa, 73
years old, widow, Patricia Asucenas Manambay, 40 years old, married and Melodia
Laranjo Cañete 30 years old all residents of Brgy Singaran, La Libertad charged
for the crime of grave oral defamation, docketed under cc# l-3191, l-3192 and
l-3193 issued by Judge Deborah P. Garcia-Nazario Of 2nd Mctc, 9th Judicial
Region Branch 1 Of Piñan-La Libertad, Zamboanga Del Norte dated June 21, 2017
with bail bond recommended amounted to (p6,000.00) each. Arrested subject
person were presently detained at La Libertad MPS for proper disposition.

GUTALAC - Operatives
of Gutalac MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy Matunoy, Gutalac, Zamboanga
Del Norte
at about 7:45 AM of
July 10, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Gilbert Descallar Reluya, 35
years old, male, farmer and a resident of said police station. Suspect was charged
for the crime of rape, docketed under cc# l-003024, issued by Judge Oscar D.
Tomarong, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte dated
December 21, 2016 with no bail recommended. Arrested subject person is
presently detained at Gutalac MPS for proper disposition.
Seaborne Patrol
JOSE DALMAN - PNP
Personnel of Jose Dalman MPS conducted seaborne patrol at Sitio Tabang, Brgy
Poblacion, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:00 AM of July 10, 2017.
This led to the interception of three (3) fishing boats for violation of
municipal fishery ordinance to wit; fb-1: Roger Solo Pumicpic, 46 years old,
married; Ruel Solo Pumicpic, 44 years old, married; on board fishing boat color
red and white without marking; fb-2: Lito Sorilla Tabada, 28 years old, married
and Richard Sorilla Tabada, 25 years old, married; on board fishing boats with
markings “sr. sto niṅo 1”, color green. fb-3: Joselito Sorilla
Tabada, 35 years old, married and Alger Ledama Pumicpic, 18 years old, single;
on board fishing boats with markings “sr. sto niṅo 2”, color orange. All arrested fishermen were residents of Tigbao,
Sindangan. Subject persons were brought to Jose Dalman MPS for proper
disposition while fishing boats and fishing paraphernalia’s were turned over to
Fish Warden of Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte.
