- Be informed that at about 7:45 o’clock in the morning of June 27, 2017 a
cellular phone call coming from a concerned citizen informing Sindangan MPS that
a vehicular accident transpired at Barangay Bago, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del
Norte. Acted on the said report, PNP personnel of Sindangan MPS led by SPO1
Asentista immediately responded and proceeded to the area to verify the
veracity of the report. Initial investigation conducted by the assistant
traffic investigator PO2 James A Racaza disclosed that at about 7:40 o’clock in
the morning of same date, the White Isuzu Utility Van bearing plate no. SKD-
543,a government owned vehicle with Engine No. 4JB11P9479A, Chassis no.
PABNHR55ELE004848 and OR No. 556117096 dated 02/09/2015 driven by MELVIN
SALINAS y JACOBA, 50 years old, male,
married, Filipino and a resident of Barra, Dipolog City, Job Order
Employee of Provincial Government of Zamboanga Del Norte, holder of professional driver’s license with
license no. JO1-99-029039 with expiry date on January 28, 2019, togetherwith DR.
MARCELITO LACAYA, 58 years old;MARITONI LACAYA, 56 years old,;DORIS BATAGA, 59
years old;ABIGAIL KHIO, 51 years old, RENE HERNAN, 39 years old; and LESTER
ABOG, 31 years old, all government employees and all residents of Dipolog City
was travelling from Dipolog City heading towards Municipality of Tampilisan,
Zamboanga del Norte and upon reaching at Barangay Bago, Sindangan Zamboanga del
Norte, suddenly one (1) carabao pulling a sled owned by a certain JUANITO
GAMBOA, crossed the National Highway in which the driver of the van evaded the
animal but lose control of the steering wheel and hit the hallow blocks piled
beside the road which resulted the abovementioned utility vehicle to tilt on
left side, encroached to the other side of the road and hit the tractor owned
by ANGELITO GAMBOAwhile parked near AJ Store. The driver and the passengers of
the van were brought to Sindangan District Hospital and later transferred to
Zanorte Medical Center, Sicayab, Dipolog City for proper medical attention. One
(1) person identified as RONALD GAMBOA y ESTOCONING, 32 years old, single and a
resident of Sitio Lintuad, Bago, Sindangan, ZN also sustained minor injuries
during the incident due to the impact of the said vanthat turn turtle and slam
to the mahogany tree. The utility van was brought to Sindangan Motor Pool for

OSMEÑA - Be informed that at about 8:45 o’clock in the evening of June 27,
2017, PNP hotline of Sergio Osmeña MPS received a call from a concern citizen
informing that there was an alleged person lying on the road at the National
Highway of Sitio Talaban, barangay Biayon, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga del Norte
particularly on unlighted area.Immediately PNP personnel of Sergio OsmeñaMPS proceeded
to the above-mentioned place to verify the veracity of said report.Initial
investigation conducted by the responding PNP personnel disclosed that said
person was identified as PATRICIA JAMINDANG y GUMIAS, 45 years old, married,
housewife and a resident of said place.Accordingly, at about 8:00 o’clock in
the eveningof same date, the victim bought a cigarette at a store with an
estimated distance of 100 meters away from their home and upon going home,
thevictim was believed to be accidentally hit/side swept by unknown vehicle.
Victim who was believed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquorwas
unconscious due to the injuries on her head, was immediately brought to Sergio
Osmeña District hospital and further referred to Zanorte Medical Center,
Dipolog city for proper medication. For information.

CITY - Be informed that around 6:58 o’clock in the evening of June 27, 2017
Intelligence Operatives/City Drug Enforcement Team [C/DET] in coordination with
PDEA IX conducted drug buy bust operation against ROLANDO MOSQUEDA y LEGADOS-Retired
BFP, 57 years old, married, a resident of Sangkol, Dipolog City at Room No 315
of Pepics’ Lodge, Herrera st. Cor MalvarSt.,Central Barangay, Dipolog City.
That during the said operation, another person identified as SPO1 GILBERT JAMES
y TOLENTINO, Active PNP Member assigned at PIDMB ZNPPO, 46 years old, married,
an Active Member of Philippine National Police and a resident of Sergio Osmeña,
Zamboanga del Norte was caught on the act holding two
cuts rolled aluminum foil sitting on the bed.After the arrest, body search on
the suspects and visual search in the room was then conducted in the presence
of the witnesses and physicalinventory of all seized items then followed.Items
recovered/confiscated in the possession and control of Rolando Mosquedawere the
following, to wit: a. one (1) piece small heat-sealed transparent plastic
sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; b. two (2)
pieces big heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline
granules believed to be shabu; c. one (1) piece empty plastic sachet; d. one
(1) piece small cut rolled aluminum foil serve as flame reducer; e. three (3)
pieces disposable lighter with content; f. one (1) piece big rolled aluminum
foil; g. five hundred peso bill [P500.00] with serial number YB616674 as
buy-bust money; h. one thousand peso bill believed to be proceeds money;i. one
(1) unit black Samsung cellular phone; j. one (1) piece cellular phone color black brand
ZH&K; and k. six (6) pieces cut rolled aluminum foils.Recovered and
confiscated from the possession and control of Gilbert James were the
following, to wit: a. two (2) pcs cut rolled aluminum foils; and b.two (2) pcs
small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline
granules believed to be shabu, including buy bust evidence. Proper
documentation and markings of illegal drugs and non-drug evidence was made at
the crime scene and witness by the above-mentioned witnesses. Suspects are now

- Be informed that at about 10:30 o’clock in the evening of June 27, 2017
Intelligence Operatives/City Drug Enforcement team [C/DET] in coordination with
PDEA IX conducted drug buy bust operation against Emmanuel Velasco y Bastasa,
39 years old, single, a resident of Obay, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte at Room
No 206 of Pepics’ Lodge, Herrera st.corMalvarst.,Central Barangay, Dipolog
City. That during the said operation, another two individuals identified as SPO1
RAUL MAGUINSAY y MAHOMETANO, Active PNP Member assigned PHSG, ZNPPO, 47 years
old, married, a resident of Turno, Dipolog City and JSI LEOPOLDO DANGASE y
PALOMARES-Retired BJMP, 65 years old, and a resident of Miputak, Dipolog City
were caught on the act holding drug paraphernaliawhileon pot session inside the
said room.After the arrest, body search on the suspects and visual search in
the room was then conducted in the presence of the witnesses and physical
inventory of all seized items then followed. Items recovered/confiscated in the
possession and control of Emmanuel
Velasco were the following, to wit: a. three (3) pieces small
heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules
believed to be shabu; a. one (1) pc five hundred peso bill [P500.00] bearing
serial num. NL398016 as buy-bust money; b. two (2) pieces cut rolled aluminum
foil; c. one thousand two hundred pesos (P1,200.00); d. one (1) piece black
cherry mobile cellular phone with battery & SIM card; e. one (1) piece
improvised blue disposable lighter; and f. one (1) piece empty cigarette pack (Marlboro
flip top).Recovered and confiscated from the possession and control of SPO1
Raul Maguinsay were the following, to wit: a. one (1) piece medium heat-sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be
shabu; b. one thousand pesos [P1, 000.00]; c. one (1) piece red cherry mobile cellular phone with
battery & SIM card; and d. one (1) unit caliber .9MM pistol made PIETRO
BERETA bearing serial num. N52555Zwith one (1) magazine inserted loaded with
seven (7) ammunitions and one (1) holster of the said firearm. Recovered and
confiscated from the possession and control of Leopoldo Dangasewere the
following, to wit; a. one piece medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; b. six hundred
fifty pesos (P650.00); c. one piece black cellular brand LG cellular phone with
battery & SIM card; and d. one (1) piece small transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabuas buy-bust evidence.
Proper documentation and markings of illegal drugs and non-drug evidence was
made at the crime scene and witness by the above-mentioned witnesses. Suspects
are now detained in Dipolog City Police Station for proper disposition. For

CITY - Be informed that at about 10:45 o’clock in the evening of June 27, 2017,
joint operation of C/DET personnel of Dipolog CPS led by PSI ALEXIS M. BAHUNSUA
and PDEA IX led by Agent Aileen Ortus, conducted buybust operation at Santa
Isabel Dipolog City against FO3 RAMIL MOSQUEDA y LEGADOS, 48 years old, single
a resident of Purok Tambis, Sangkol, Dipolog City and temporary residing at
Mibang, Santa Filomena. Confiscated from his possession and control were the
following, to wit: a. one (1) pc brown paper used as wrapper; b. one (1) pc
rectangular heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline
substance suspected to be shabu as buy bust evidence; c. one (1) unit hand held
radio; d. One (1) unit Samsung Galaxy S5 cellphone; e. one (1) unit cherry
mobile cellphone; f. one (1) pc orange disposable lighter; g. one (1) Marlboro
ice blast pack containing two sticks;h. one (1) unit Honda beat blue and white
combination; and i. black leather wallet containing several documents and one
(1) pc Five-hundred-peso bill (P500.00) bearing serial number FV125166.Proper
documentation and markings of illegal drugs and non-drug evidence was made at
the aforesaid place of Barangay Captain Hon. Liza S. Jarmin of Barangay Santa
Isabel and Edwin A. Bation-Media representative. Suspect is now detained in
