JOSE
DALMAN - Be informed that at about 6:00 o’clock in the evening of June 08,
2017, Jose Dalman MPS received a report that a certain ROLANDO DIGOS COMPORME,
33 years old, married and a resident of Sitio Diongan, Brgy. Siparok, Jose
Dalman, Z.N. while under the influence of intoxicating liquor armed with
firearm at BrgyTabon of same Municipality. Immediately, PNP personnel of Jose
Dalman MPS led by SPO2 Benjamin Barosa Adel Jr. proceeded to the aforementioned
place and arrested the suspect. Confiscated from his possession and control was
one Smith and Wesson Magnum .357, without Serial Number, loaded with five (5)
live ammunition without legal documents presented. Subject was detained at Jose
Dalman MPS for proper disposition. For information.

GODOD
- Be informed that at about 1:30 o’clock in the afternoonof June 9, 2017, PNP
personnel of Godod MPS led by PINSP CARLITO CABRERA REQUILME conducted manhunt
operation at Brgy.Lomogon, Godod, Z.N. and successfully
arrested one GOMERCINDO ORTIZ y CADANO, 57 years old, married, farmer and a resident
of said place. Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrestissued by Judge
Oscar D. Tomarong ofBr 28, 9thJudicial Region, Liloy Z.N. dated May 24, 2017
for violation of “Sec. 10(a) in relation to 3(b) of R.A. 7610” docketed in Criminal
Case no. L-003128 with bail bond amounting to Php80,000. Arrested wanted person
was detained at Godod MPS for proper disposition. For information.
Report on Hacking
Incident
SIRAWAI
- Be informed that at about 6:25o’clock in the evening of June 10, 2017 Sirawai
MPS received a cellphone call informing that a hacking incident transpired at Brgy.
San Nicolas, Sirawain, ZN. Acted on the said report, PNP personnel of Sirawai
MPS proceeded to the area of the incident to verify the veracity and to conduct
investigation thereat. Initial investigation conducted by the responding team
disclose that the victim identified asJOHNY LUMAIS y SANGGADA, 32 years old,
married, of said place, and employee of DACON companywas having a drinking
spree with the suspect identified AKUNING y LUMIGUIS,of legal age, of same
place and when both got drunk, they had a heated argument that ended to the
said incident. The suspect hacked the victim hitting on the different parts of
his body, with the used of bolo. After the incident suspect fled to unknown direction.
The responding team brought the victim to Sirawai Rural Health Unit for
immediate medical attention. While the other PNP personnel of said station,
conducted manhunt operation which resulted to the arrest of the suspect.
Suspect is now detained at Sirawai MPS while case is now prepared for filing an

POLANCO
- Be informed that on or about 6:30 o’clock in the evening of June 10, 2017 Rachel
Lampasa, of legal age, an employee of DPWH reported to Polanco MPS that a beating
incident transpired at BrgyPoblacion North, Polanco, ZN particularly at the
reconstructed bridge wherein victim identified as ELGEN BELOS GEROMO, of legal
age, a resident of BgryDr Jose Rizal, lower Mias, Katipunan, ZN was beat by
unidentified person. Acted on the said report, PNP personnel of Polanco MPS
proceeded to the area of incident to verify the veracity and to conduct
investigation thereat. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim,
driven his blue with combi Honda XRM, shouted the other riders for almost
hitting him. Said driver fled first and when he reached to the other side, they
stopped and waited the victim to pass by, which when he passes, suspect then
struck the 2x2 coconut wood to the victim that caused him to fell down to the
road. The traffic light operator shouted the suspect to stop when he strikes
again and then fled going south. The victim was brought to ZANORTE medical
center for medical treatment. Other PNP personnel conducted follow up

MANUKAN
- Be informed that at about 12:10 o’clock in the afternoon of June 10, 2017,
one GARY JATICO y ASAG32 years old, single resident of Brgy. Poblacion,
Manukan, ZN reported to Manukan MPS, that he was allegedly boxed by JOEMAR
RETES y RUSIANA38 years old, male, resident of Brgy. Libuton, Manukan, ZN, a
drug surrenderer (Cat- User), without apparent reason. Acted on the said
report, Alert Team of Manukan MPS, proceeded to the place of incident to verify
the veracity of the said report. Upon arrival thereat, suspect disobeyed,
assaulted and attacked PO1 JunrylCatipay but with the intervention of the other
responding personnel, made a successful arrest of the suspect, which he brought
to Manukan MPS for verification of the first report. Initial investigation
conducted revealed that at about 11:00 o’clock in the morning of June 10, 2017,
the said suspect, believed to be intoxicated, without any apparent reason boxed
the victim,hitting the right portion ofhis face. Incident happened at ManukanPublic
Marketof Brgy. Poblacion, Manukan, ZN. Suspect in now temporarily detained at

Cadaver
SICON
- Be informed that at about 10:30 o’clock in the morning of June 10, 2017 one
Alyn Gaspar y Malinao, female, married, 33 years old, Brgy. Councilor of Brgy.
Candiz ,Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte called up Siocon MPS thru office Hotline
that at around 9:30 o’clock in the morning of same date, allegedly unidentified
cadaver was found at said place which was buried at shallow level. Upon
received of said information, PNP elements of Siocon MPS composed of PO3 Hasbi
L. Sailela, PO2 Janie L. Magdua, PO2 Siefred M. Dela Cruz and PO1 Paul Oliver
L. Tomboc together with Carmelita T. Escaño (Municipal Rural Health Unit
Personnel) immediately proceeded thereat purposely to verify the veracity of
said information and to conduct ocular inspection thereat. Initial
investigation revealed that the unidentified cadaver was a male person whose
body is decomposing, only wearing his brief with legs, hands and mouth were
tied with masking tape. Upon examination, it was found out that the victim had
sustained broken jaw which could be the cause of his death. Said cadaver was
believed to be not a resident of said barangay nor a resident of Siocon for no complainant
appeared at said station complaining the loss of one of their relatives.
Further, said cadaver was allegedly buried at the place more or less one week
prior its discovery. The Barangay Chairman of the place Hon. Victorio Reyes
Pasumala decided to buried the cadaver in its proper deep/dimension before it
would cause deceases in their place. Personnel
of Siocon MPS are still conducting thorough investigation to identify the
victim, determine the motive and to identify the suspect/s.For information.

on Campaign Against Illegal Cock Fighting
DAPITAN
CITY - Be informed that at 12:45 o’clock in the afternoon of June 11, 2017, a
concerned citizen informed Dapitan CPS that there was an Illegal Cock Fighting
(tari-tari) transpired at Sitio Simay, Brgy Masidlakon, Dapitan City. Immediately,
intelligence personnel of Dapitan CPS led by SPO4 Jose Renault A. Tan,
conducted monitoring to verify the veracity of the report. At about 1:15 o’clock
in the afternoon of same date, the team proceeded at the reported place and upon
their arrival, the spectators and bettors scampering to different direction
upon sensing the presence of the PNP team. The team successfully apprehended GEMMAR
MAGCANTA y DELOS SANTOS, 38 years old, male, married and a resident of Brgy
Sigayan, Dapitan City. Confiscated from his possession and control: one (1)
Live fighting cock, one (1) pc ring balancer, two (2) pcs rolled electrical
tape, two (2) pcs gaff scabbard, six (6) pcs gaff with scabbard and cash money amounted
to one thousand one hundred twenty pesos (P1,120.00) as bet money.Further, one
(1) live fighting cock was also recovered which was left by unidentified
person. Arrested suspect to include the confiscated items were brought to
Dapitan City Police station for proper disposition while appropriate charges

LABASON
- Be informed that at about 5:20 o’clock in the afternoon of June 11, 2017, a
concerned citizen arrived and reported to Labason MPS that a stabbing incident transpired
at Sitio Little Salug, Brgy Osukan, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte. Immediately, personnel
of said police station led by PSI Sergio R Bihag-OIC proceeded at said place to
verify the report that upon the arrival of the team, the victim ident as RODEL
JAMO y IYAO, 34 years old, married, laborer and resident of said place was
already brought by his family to Labason District Hospital but was declared by
his attending Physician Dead on Arrival (DOA). Initial investigation disclosed
that at about 4:20 o’clock in the afternoon of June 11, 2017, the victim and
the suspect RUBEN BARNIDO, 32 years old, single,driver and a resident of Sitio Codugon, BrgyLawigan, labason, Z.N.had a
drinking spree at the house of the victim and a heated argument arise resulted
to a fistfight then the suspect drew a knife from his small bag and stabbed the
victim hitting on his left breast. After the incident, the suspect fled to
brgyLawigan direction riding a Honda TMX Motorcycle and said MC was recovered
by Intel personnel at Labason MPS at his residence. Further investigation
disclosed that the suspect arrived at his residence at about 5:00 o’clock in
the afternoon and left towards mountain area.The MC bearing plate number BO
41669 owned by a certain Crispin Resitwas brought to Labason MPS for
verification.Elements of Labason MPS still conducting hot pursuit operation for
possible arrest of the suspect while appropriate charges now being prepared for

SALUG
- Be informed that on or about 7:40 o’clock in the eveningof June 11, 2017,
Hon. Jerry Alantay – Barangay Chairman of Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, Salug,
Zamboanga del Norte informed Salug MPS thru cellphone call that a shooting
incident transpired at Barangay Tapalan, Salug, Z.N. of this municipality and
the victim was already brought to Sindangan General Hospital for Medication.
Immediately, personnel of Salug MPS led by SPO4 Dante Tabotabo, proceeded at
said place to verify the veracity of the report. Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that at about 11:00 o’clock in the morning of June 11, 2017, at the house
of the victim JEMLO SABRADA, 35 years old, married, male, farmer and a resident
of Barangay Tapalan,Salug, ZN, the victim asked his neighbor EDENCIO CARONTOC(suspect)
on the whereabouts of his wife and children but the latter took for granted his
query that prompted the victim got angry. As a result, the victim got his sharp
bolo and scythe “sundang and lagaraw” and pointed bamboo stick and assaulted
the suspect.As a consequence, the suspect shootsthe victim hitting on his left
shoulder penetrating to his left lung with no exit. After the incident, the victim
was brought t Sindangan General Hospital for medication and further transferred
to Dipolog City Hospital. Motive of the incident is believed to be personal
grudge. Personnel of Salug MPS still conducting hot pursuit operation for the
immediate arrest of the suspect while appropriate charges now being prepared

OSMEÑA - Be informed that on or about 7:30 o’clock in the morning of June 12,
2017 Sergio Osmena MPS led by SPO2 Eliezer O Lacay, successfully arrested one GREGORIO
CULOMIA LUMINDING aka “ANO”, 55 years old, married, farmer and a resident of
Upper Putongan, Concepcion, Misamis, Occidental charged for the crime of “ATTEMPTED
RAPE in relation to R.A. 7610”, under Criminal Case No. 16115 with bail of (Php120,000.00)
issued by Hon Rogelio D. Laquihon, RTC, Branch 7, Dipolog City. Subject was
arrested at brgySipaloc, Sibutad, Z.N. and now detained at Sergio Osmena MPS

Report on Hacking
Incident
LILOY
- Be informed that at about 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon of June 12, 2017, Liloy
MPS responded to a hacking incident transpired at Brgy Dela Paz, Liloy, ZN. Wherein
the victim identified as VILMADELMO, female, temporarily residing at brgy Sto
Nino, Liloy, ZN was hacked by her live-in partner identified as ARABY ABIL y DUMPALES,
male, 23 years old, farmer and a resident of same place. Initial investigation
disclosed that at around 3:50 o’clock in the afternoon of same date the suspect
and the victim were having a heated argument that resulted to a hacking
incident wherein the suspect hacked the victim several times hitting on the
different parts of her body using a scythe and was immediately brought to Liloy
District Hospital by the responding team. However, due to hacked wounds
sustained the victim was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician Dr.
Rukmini A. Alip. During the pursuit operation, the suspect was arrested at
their residence at brgySto Nino, Liloy, ZN. Recovered from the crime scene were
one scythe measuring 23 inches. Suspect now detained at Liloy MPS for filling

DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that at around 4:25 o’clock in the afternoon of June 12,
2017 one BOBONG GOMIASON y GANDASAN, 30 years old, single and a resident of
Cayasan, Diwan, Dipolog City came and reported to Dipolog CPS that his live-in
partner EMILY MASION y LARANJO, 25 years old was stabbed by one JUNEL SUMUGAT
aka “Nonon”, 25 years old more or less, married and a resident of Guinsangaan,
Diwan, Dipolog City. Initial investigation disclosed that at around 1:30
o’clock in the afternoon of same date the suspect whom believed to be under the
influence of intoxicated liquor got wild and went to the ambulant store of the
victim at Cogon brgy Hall and confronted him (BOBONG) but was barred by the
victim who tried to pacify. However, the suspect suddenly stabbed the latter
hitting on the head by the use of a screw driver. The victim was immediately
brought to Corazon Aquino Hospital, Dipolog City while the suspect fled away. Hot pursuit operation is still conducted by Dipolog
CPS for the possible arrest of the suspect. Motive of the incident is personal
