Stabbing Incident
DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that at about 8:00 o’clock in the evening of June 13, 2017 a
stabbing incident transpired at Relocation Site, BrgyDicayas, Dipolog City
wherein the twin victims identified later as one ALBERT LACQUIO y PEREZ, and ROBERT
LACQUIO y PEREZ, both 31 years old, single while the suspect identified as one ARCHER
TORRES y FLORES, 20 years old, single, all residents of said place. Initial
investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim ALBERT LACQUIO,
together with his cousin and friends were having a drinking session at the
aforementioned place, the suspect arrived and challenged them to a fistfight.
On that moment, another victim ROBERT LACQUIO arrived and tried to pacify the
suspect but the latter challenged the twins that prompted ALBERT LACQUIO to
boxed the suspect immediately. After which, the suspect went home and a minute
later came back, armed with a knife and without any words stabbed the victims
hitting in different parts of their bodies. Both victims were brought to
ZANORTE Medical Center, Sicayab, Dipolog City for medication while the suspect
voluntary surrendered to Dipolog CPS at around 12:05 o’clock dawn of June 14,

Shooting Incident
DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that at about 7:45 o’clock in the evening of June 14, 2017 a
shooting incident transpired at Nat’l Highway Turno, Dipolog City wherein the
victim identified as one DENNIS MATTHEWS ATAYAN y MIRABELES, 47 years old,
married and a resident of Purok Bougainvillea, Lower Turno, Dipolog City.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, the
victim was riding his Honda XRM 125 MC and stopped at CRL Eatery, suddenly two
(2) unidentified suspects approached and shot his back several times by the
used of unknown caliber of FAs.
Afterwhich, the suspects carted and rode the victim’s motorcycle towards
city proper. Victim sustained GSWs was brought to ZANORTE Medical Center,
Sicayab, Dipolog City but was pronounced DOA by the attending physician. At
around 9:00 o’clock in the evening of same date, the victim’s motorcycle was
recovered by the personnel of Dipolog CPS at Kagatan Road, Miputak,Dipolog City
near the entrance of Dipolog City Bus Terminal. Personnel of Dipolog CPS are
still conducting follow-up operation/investigation for the identity and
possible arrest of the suspect. For information.
Stabbing Incident

OSMEÑA - Be informed that at about 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon of June 14,
2017, a stabbing incident transpired at Brgy Macalibre, S. Osmeña Z.N. wherein
the victim identified as one CRISTOPHER PATCHO y LOQUILLO, 34 years old, widow,
farmer and the suspect identified as one JEBOY ELUMBARING y GAMOK, 25 years old,
single, both residents of said place. Initial investigation conducted disclosed
that prior to the incident, the victim, suspect and their friends were having a
drinking session at the video-k house of VenciaDuhaylungsod, situated at
above-mentioned place. After which, the duo went home and while on their way,
they were engaged in a heated argument that resulted to a stabbing incident
wherein the suspect stabbed the victim several times but the victim managed to
run and ask for help. Victim sustained stabbed wounds was brought to ZANORTE
Medical Center, Dipolog City for medication while the suspect voluntarily
surrendered to Sergio Osmeña MPS. For information.

CITY - Be informed that at about 10:35 o’clock in the morning of June 14, 2017,
personnel of Dapitan CPS led by SPO1 ALDWIN TAGBAC conducted manhunt operation
at Brgy. Taguilon, Dapitan City and successfully arrested one FELIX ALMENZO aka
“Junjun”, 22 years old, male and a resident of said place. Subject was arrested
by virtue of Warrant of Arrest dated June 2, 2017, issued by Judge Rogelio D.
Laquihon of Br 7, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City for the crime of “ACTS
OF LASCIVIOUSNESS”docketed under Criminal Case No. 21666 with bail bond
amounting to (Php12,000.00). Arrested wanted person was detained at Dapitan CPS
for proper disposition. For information.

- Be informed that at about 2:30 o’clock in the afternoon of June 14, 2017,
while PNP personnel of Baliguian MPS led by SPO3 Ronnie D Quizo were conducting
preventive patrol particularly at Brgy. Kauswagan, Baliguian Z.N. were able to
recover two (2) units STIHL Chainsaw and ten (10) illegally cut Mahogany trees
at the National highway of said place. Said items were abandoned by the
suspect/s upon sensing the arrival of the PNP personnel of Baliguian MPS.
Recovered items were brought to Baliguian MPS tor proper disposition. For

CITY - Be informed that at about 8:30 o’clock in the eveningof June 14, 2017,
personnel of Dapitan CPS and Rizal MPS led by PSI GREGORIO JOEL CHULIPA
BUNGULAN conducted joint Manhunt Operation at Brgy San Roque, Rizal,
ZN which resulted to the arrest of the following: a. RUEL QUICO MAGTUBA, male,
31 years old, married, farmer, resident
of Brgy San Roque, Rizal, Z.N; and b.RODEL AGUHOB LUMANGCAG, male, single, and
a resident of La Esperanza, Rizal, Z.N. Subjectsarrested by virtue of Warrant
of Arrest dated May 25, 2017 issued by Judge Vittorio Dante D Dalman of MTCC, 9th
Judicial Region, Dapitan, City docketed under Criminal Case no. 17984 for the
crime of “SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURIES”with bailbond amounting to Php12,000.000
each. Arrested wanted persons were detained at Rizal MPS for proper

led by Agent Ailine Jo C. Artusconducted drug buy-bust operation at Sitio
Bolicon, Turno, Dipolog City and successfully arrested one MA. SOCORRO FRANCIS
y BONGOLOaka “Maricor”, 32 years old, single and a resident of said place.
Confiscated from her possession and control were the following, to wit: a.Nine
(9) pcs big size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline granules believed to be shabu, b. Two (2) pcs Five Hundred Peso
(Php 500.00) bill with SN JF813101 and AL553914 [buy-bust money], c. Three (3)
pcs Improvised disposable lighter with content;d. Four (4) pcs One peso coin
believed to be proceeds money, e. One (1) unit O Plus Cellular Phone, f.One (1)
pc Sling bag; and g.One (1) unit COMELEC Voters ID. Proper inventory and
markings of all confiscated items were witnessed by Hon. James Cyril Lim Ruiz
III - Barangay Chairman and Mr. Roosevelt Mondinido - Media Representative.
Arrested person and all confiscated items were brought to Dipolog CPS for
