Flash Alarm on Stolen Motorcycle
DIPOLOG CITY - Flash alarm to look and arrest the possessor of one red Honda Wave Alpha motorcycle bearing Plate Number JI3219, engine number HCO8E-6079452 and chassis number KRS11-056-079452 owned by one Mark Brian Gelicame y Paste, 35 years of age, married and a resident of Purok Bayanihan, Estaka, Dipolog City. Said MC was parked outside the house of the owner and discovered missing at about 6:00 o’clock in the morning of June 13, 2017. Report on Motorcycle Vehicular Traffic Accident
JOSE DALMAN - Be informed that about 4:30 o’clock in the afternoon of June 12, 2017, Jose Dalman MPS received call from the concern citizen that a motor vehicular traffic accident transpired at Brgy. Manawan, Jose Dalman, ZN involving a cargo truck locally known as “Kumong-Kumong”,  red/yellow ISUZO model 2005 bearing plate number JDR200, serial / chassis number: LTO-R9-3345, owned by Marcial Bendijo of Motibot, Sindangan, ZN and driven by one RICHARD MENDOZA, 36 years old, married, and a resident of Motibot, Sindangan, ZN and  red and white combination Honda XRM and without plate number, engine number KPY00E175869, chassis number KPY00175830owned and driven by JONALD B. ONUTAN, 27 years old, single,  student permit number: J0116S04996, with backrider Ryan Onutan, 22 years old, single, both resident of Brgy. Balunocan, Siayan, ZN. Initial Investigation conducted disclosed that the motorcycle was travelling in opposite direction from Siayan, ZN to Dipolog City and upon reaching at boundary of Brgy. Manawan and Brgy. Tamil, all of Jose Dalman, ZN, the back rider fell asleep and was about to fall from the motorcycle so that driver lost balance and dropped the motorcycle dragging unto the slippery road and the back riderthrown from the motorcycle, he hit unto the rear wheel of the incoming cargo truck.The back rider was immediately rush to Rural Health of Jose Dalman for medical treatment but was pronounced Dead-on-Arrival by the attending physician DR. ELLAINE JEAN ERFE. The result in medico-legal certificate is two (2) closed fractures located in the right wrist and on the distal third, right femur. Remarks of the attending physician is multiple physical injuries secondary to motor vehicular accident and the cause of death was cardiopulmonary arrest probably secondary to internal bleeding while he sustained only minor injuries. Report on Stabbing Incident
SIBUTAD - Be informed that on or about 7:30 o’clock in the evening of June 13, 2017, one Eric Obordo,45 years old, married and a resident of sitio Gana-an, Poblacion Sibutad ZN reported to Sibutad MPS that stabbing incident transpired at said Brgy. Acted on the report personnel of Sibutad MPS led by SPO4 Isidro T Tamparong, together with SPO4 Danilo P Obnimaga, SPO2 Marcelino P Obnimaga Jr, SPO2 Rauseller V Carpio, PO3 Abdon T Engcol, PO2 Romarico J Salinas, PO2 Dennis M Bejarin, PO1 Dennis AColata, PO1 Venjie C Sangcom, PO1 Jason C Agapay, PO1 Alcher A Elumbaring, proceeded to the said place to verify the veracity of said report.  Initial investigation disclosed that the Victim RICO TAGBACAOLA y ELUMBA, 23 years of age, single and a resident of said place was stabbed by JUBERT BACUS y SALONGA, 22 years of age, male, a resident of sitio Gana-an, Poblacion, Sibutad, ZN, prior to the incident, victim and suspect have heated argument with each other and when the victim was about to go home the suspect hide himself outside the fence and without any provocation stabbed the victim hitting on his right breast which resulted to his instantaneous death. Personnel of Sibutad MPS conducted hot pursuit operation at about 11:10 o’clock in the evening of same date successfully arrested the suspect at Lalab 1, Libay, Sibutad, ZN. Recovered from the possession and control is one (1) unit kitchen knife 12 inches long including plastic handle. Report on Stabbing Incident
DAPITAN CITY - Be informed that on at about 8:05 o’clock in the evening of June 13, 2017, Dapitan CPS received call from a concern citizen that a stabbing incident transpired at Purok Molave, Brgy Sulangon, Dapitan City. Acted on the report personnel of Dapitan CPS led by PCI MALAHAY J. SAID DCOP for Operation proceeded to the aforementioned place to verify the veracity of the report. The victim identified as NECOMEDES BALLADARES y BUSTAMANTE, 55 years old, male, married and a resident of Purok Molave, Brgy Sulangon, Dapitan City while the suspect was his own son identified as RYAN BALLADARES y GREPALDIAN, 23 years old, male, with a live-in partner and a resident of same place. Initial Investigation conducted by PO2 Nick Quimiguing disclosed that at around 7:00 o’clock in the evening of same date, the victim is in the house of his parent in-law located more or less 40 meters away from their house. While sitting on the terrace together with his parent in-law, brother in-law and his wife, his son passed by and shouted in visayan dialect to quote “Asa ang mga isog diri?. Later on, at more or less 7:30 o’clock in the evening of same date, his son came back and without apparent reason, suddenly stabbed his father several times hitting on the right upper chest, left forearm, left back portion of his body and right shoulder with the use of a kitchen knife without handle measuring six (6) inches long. Unfortunately, the victim suffered only minor injuries. The suspect was under the influence of liquor was arrested by the responding team brought to Dapitan CPS to include the kitchen for proper disposition. For information.
