Shooting Incident
LEON B. POSTIGO - Shooting
incident transpired at Sitio Longgamitan, Nasibac, Leon B Postigo, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 7:00 AM of May 11, 2017. The victim was identified as Jacker
Timoan Amoloy, 36 years old, married, male, farmer and a resident of said place
was shot to death by unidentified person. initial investigation conducted
disclosed the victim went to his farm early in the morning of same date and at
about 7:00 AM of said date, her wife, Lustina Amoloy, heard gun burst of
unknown caliber firearms and she wondered why her husband didn’t came home for
breakfast and she made a verification at their farm, she saw her husband
(victim) laid on the ground, sustained gunshot wounds on his body. Further, the
victim was an asset/friend of the Philippine Army and CAFGU in their area and
was believed to be killed by the group of CNN for being an asset of the
government troop. Leon B Postigo MPS still conducting follow-up investigation
for possible identity and arrest of the suspect.

PPO conducted police operation at Purok 3, Dioyo, Sapang Dalaga Misamis
Occidental
at about 4:30 AM of
May 11, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Claudio Enderez Legados, 59 years
old, married, resident of the said place, Top 6 most wanted person of Dipolog
CPS. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge, Rogelio D.
Paquihon Dated July 7, 2015 at RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City for
the crime of rape docketed under cc# 19741, no bail bond recommended. Arrested
subject person is presently detained at Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.

DIPOLOG CITY - Drug
Enforcement Unit of Dipolog City Police Station and PDEA conducted joint drug
buy-bust operation outside the vicinity of the Dipolog City Jail, Lower
Dicayas, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 3:50 PM of May 10, 2017.
This resulted to the arrest of Hanah Jane Oliveros Atendido A.K.A. “Hanah”, 20
years old, single, a resident of Piñan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Confiscated from
her possession and control were: one (1) pc big heat-sealed plastic transparent
sachet containing two (2) heat-sealed plastic transparent sachets containing
white crystalline substance believed to be shabu (selling), one (1) pc shabu
(possession), Php 500.00 bill used as buy-bust money with serial number
gv335810, four hundred twenty pesos (Php 420.00) in different denominations
believed to be proceeds money, one (1) Phil health id, one (1) ML Kwarta Padala
receipt with insurance receipt and one (1) unit black/pink yamaha mio
motorcycle with key bearing plate number temp. 090106. Inventory and markings
of all confiscated drug and non-drug items was done at Dipolog CPS in the
presence of the Witnesses Ms. Merlinda Tenorio – DOJ Representative, Hon. Liza
S. Jarmin – Incumbent Barangay Chairman of Barangay Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City
and Mr. Edwin Bation - media representative. The seized Shabu has an estimated
total weight of 1.1137 grams with estimated market value of P5000.00. Arrested
subject person is presently detained at said police station for filing of
appropriate charges in court.
