LILOY - Shooting
incident transpired at Sitio Gingayan, Barangay Candelaria, Liloy, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 10:15 AM of May 10, 2017 . The victim was identified as Nasar
Jamil Socor, 22 years old, single, a resident of Barangay Banuangan, Godod,
Zamboanga Del Norte. He was shot several times by a certain Asara Ringgit Putal
Aka Odog, of legal age, a resident of Barangay Limbunga, Godod, Zamboanga Del
Norte. Further investigation disclosed that prior to the incident the victim
arrived at Sitio Gingayan, Barangay Candelaria, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte to attend
the burial of his relative. while waiting for the cadaver to arrive, the victim
together with his companions Jubrein Benggal, Gadol Abdan, Rasmia Abdan And
Mosid Abdan all residents of Banuangan, Godod, Zamboanga Del Norte they decided
to take their lunch at a wedding celebration on the aforementioned barangay and
further went to the store owned by Adjeria Putal Acmad to drink soda. The
suspect appeared and with no provocation, shot the victim several times with
the use of a caliber .45 pistol hitting on the different parts of his body. The
victim was rushed to Liloy District Hospital but declared dead on arrival by
the attending physician. Suspect fled after the incident. Motive of the

RIZAL - A 37-year old
man listed as the Top 9 most wanted person (municipal level) of Rizal MPS was
arrested in Barangay Tuminobo, Iligan City at about 7:00 AM of May 10, 2017.
Suspect was identified as Joseren Mata Macalisang, 37 years old, married, a
resident of Barangay East Poblacion, Rizal, Zamboanga Del Norte. He was
arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of qualified theft issued
by Hon. Cherry Joy Concha, Presiding Judge of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch
10 of Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte docketed under criminal case number
19427 with recommended bail-bond of twenty thousand (₱20,000.00) pesos. Subject
was arrested at and presently detained at Rizal MPS for proper disposition.

DIPOLOG CITY - PNP elements
of Dipolog City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at NLRC Office,
located at Quezon Avenue, Barangay Miputak, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 2:30 PM of May 10, 2017. Arrested was Malou Canillo Tenchavez, 35
years old, married a resident of Purok Romblon, Barangay Galas, Dipolog City,
Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest
for the crime of qualified theft, issued by Hon. Ric S Bastasa, Presiding Judge
of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 8 of Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte dated
March 2, 2017 docketed under criminal case number 21443 with recommended
bail-bond of forty thousand (₱40,000.00) pesos. The arrested person is
temporarily detained at Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.

RIZAL - A 40-year old
man was arrested by combined operatives of Rizal MPS and Opol MPS at Sitio
Danao, Barangay Patag, Opol, Misamis Oriental at about 1:00 PM of May 10, 2017.
Arrested was Nestor Sagang Parame, 40 years old, single a resident of Barangay
Nilabo, Rizal, Zamboanga Del Norte. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of
arrest for the crime of rape, issued by Hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon, Presiding
Judge Of Rtc 9th Judicial Region Docketed under criminal case number 18020
dated june 28, 2013 with no bail-bond recommended. The arrested person is
temporarily detained at Rizal MPS for proper disposition.

DIPOLOG CITY - Operatives
of Dipolog City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Tabiliran Street,
Barangay Estaka, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:50 AM of May 10,
2017. This resulted in the arrest of Nerissa Sandueta Micubo, 72 years old,
married a resident of Rizal Avenue Extension, Corner Tabiliran Street, Barangay
Estaka, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte. This is by virtue of warrant of
arrest for the crime of falsification of public documents issued by Hon.
Pablito S. Pielao, Presiding Judge Of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 2,
Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur Dated March 22, 2017 docketed under criminal
case number 17588 with recommended bail-bond of six thousand (₱6,000.00) pesos
for her temporary liberty. The arrested person was brought to the said police
station for proper disposition.
