Hacking Incident
POLANCO, Zamboanga Del Norte (Feb. 7, 2019) - Hacking incident transpired at Purok Sampaguita, Sitio San Jose, Brgy. Dansullan, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:40 PM of February 5, 2019.
The victim identified as Edgar Lubguban Alaban, 54 years old, married a resident of Purok Daisy, Brgy Dansullan, Polanco was hacked by his brother-in-law identified as certain Eliezer Gamali Gerodias of legal age, married a resident of the same place using a saw with 22 inches long including the handle.
Further investigation revealed that said victim attending death anniversary of his father-in-law held at the house of the suspect situated at the above mentioned place wherein the suspect was under the influence of liquor and while both victim and suspect were present inside the house of the suspect thereat without apparent reason the suspect struck the victim with the use of saw.
The victim sustained injury on his neck and was immediately brought to Zanorte Medical Center for medication while suspect was temp detained at Polanco MPS.
The Polanco Police Station prepares pertinent documents for filling of appropriate charges in court.
Construction Worker Arrested For the Crime of Attempted Homicide
SIDANGAN, Zamboanga Del Norte - Joint PNP Personnel of Dumingag MPS and Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company conducted police operation on wanted person at Barangay Siarri, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 3:30 PM of February 6, 2019.
PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director said that the operation resulted to the arrest of Carlito Japos Y Maghinay, 45 years old, married, construction worker, a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Salvador, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Attempted Homicide under criminal case number no.5165-D issued on November 19, 2018, 2019 with bail recommended of Thirty six thousand pesos (P36,000.00), issued by Presiding Judge,11th MCTC, Mahayag-Dumingag and Josepina, Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur.
The arrested subject person is now under the custody of Dumingag MPS for proper disposition.
Fire Incident
SIAYAN, Zamboanga Del Norte (Feb. 7, 2019) - Fire incident transpired at Brgy Poblacion, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:50 AM of February 7, 2019 particularly the house of Ninfa Atay Aspiras, 40 years old. Immediately, personnel of Siayan MPS and BFP Siayan responded to the area.
Upon arrival, it was observed that 50 percent of the house was already razed by fire but it was declared fire out by BFP at about 12:30 PM of same date. The cause of fire is faulty electrical wirings with estimated cost of damage of Php 60,000.00 with no reported injured or casualty.
Top 10 Most Wanted Person of Leon B Postigo MPS, Captured
LEON POSTIGO, Zamboanga Del Norte (Febg. 7, 2019) - PNP personnel of Leon B Postigo MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy Midatag, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:00 AM of February 7, 2019.
This led to the arrest of Jerry Boganotan Baguiso, 30 years old, resident of said place and Top 10 Most Wanted Person of Leon B Postigo MPS. Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Reymar L. Lacaya of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte dated November 25, 2016 for the crime of “Rape” with criminal case number S-5487 without bail bond recommended.
Arrested wanted person is now detained at Leon B Postigo MPS for proper disposition.
Rape Suspect Arrested
DAPITAN CITY, Zamboanga Del Norte (Feb. 7, 2019) - Police operatives of Dapitan City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Purok, Kalamunggay, Baybay Galas, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:00 PM of February 6, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the arrest of one Ernie Magsayo Pon, 50 years old, male, married, a promo dicer by occupation, and a resident of same place.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 9, Dipolog City for the crime of Rape docketed under Criminal Case number 19047 dated December 28, 2015 without bail bond recommended.
Subject person was brought to Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital for physical and medical examination and subsequently brought to Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
Robbery Suspect Arrested
SINACABAN, Misamis Occidental (Feb. 7, 2019) - PNP personnel of Jose Dalman MPS in coordination with Sinacaban MPS, Miss Occidental PPO conducted manhunt operation at Brgy Tipan, Sinacaban, Misamis Occidental at about 5:30 PM of February 6, 2019.
The operation was led to the arrest of Edilberto Betong Into, 38 years old and a resident of said place.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Reymar L. Lacaya, of 9th RTC, Judicial Region, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte dated March 16, 2016 for the Crime of Robbery with bail bond amounting to Php100,000.00.
Arrested wanted person is now in custody of Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition.
