Arrested for Homicide Charges
GODOD. Zamboanga Del Norte (Feb. 5, 2019) - Police operatives of Godod Municipal Police Station and Leon B. Postigo Municipal Police Station conducted joint manhunt operation at Barangay Bogabongan, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 1:30 PM of February 4, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the arrest of Pablito Casik Tomiknol, 49years old, Single, Farmer, and a resident of Delucot, Godod.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Oscar D. Tomarong of RTC9, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte for the crime of Homicide docketed under criminal case number L-002867 with bail bond recommended fixed at Forty Thousand Pesos (Php40, 000.00).
Arrested person is now detained at Godod MPS for proper disposition.
Arsonist Arrested
MANUKAN, Zamboanga Del Norte (Feb. 5, 2019) - On February 4, 2019 at about 11:00 AM, PNP personnel of Manukan Municipal Police Station arrested the person of Melvin Salasayo Jabagat, 24years old, single and a resident of Brgy. Dipane, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge of RTC9, Branch 6, Dipolog City dated January 17, 2019 for the crime of Arson docketed under criminal case number 22907, without bail bond recommended.
Subject person was arrested thru Intel driven operation and is now detained at Manukan MPS for proper disposition.
La Libertad Most Wanted Nabbed
LIBERTAD, Zamboanga del Norte (Feb. 6, 2019) - On February 4, 2019 at about 6:00 AM, Police personnel of La Libertad Municipal Police Station arrested the person of Charlito Haictin Toliao, Top10 Most Wanted Person (Municipal level), 44years old, married, Brgy Singaran, La Libertad, Zamboanga Del Norte.
The suspect was by virtue of warrant f arrest issued by Judge Victorio Dante D Dalman of 2nd MCTC, RTC9, Branch 001, Pinan, Zamboanga Del Norte dated 7, 2018 for the crime of Grave Threats docketed under criminal case number L-3223 with bail bond recommended fixed at Twelve Thosuand Pesos (P12, 000.00).
He was arrested in his residence and is now detained at La Libertad MPS for proper disposition.
