Suicide Incident
SINDANGAN
- Suicide incident transpired at Brgy Goleo, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 6:30 PM of February 12, 2018. The victim was identified as Anecita
Enderes Dialo, 49 years old, female, married, teacher by occupation and a
resident of Bogabongan, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte. He was already
removed from the scene and already laid down on the bed. Investigation revealed
that at around 6:00 AM of February 12, 2018 the victim was seen by her sister
Violita Edders Maligma hanging at the window of the room with her neck tied
with a piece of cloth. Her sister also disclosed that the victim was diagnosed
with mild dextroscoliosis of the thoracic spine and suffered depression.
Vehicular Traffic Accident
MANUKAN
- Motor vehicle traffic accident transpired at National Highway, Sitio Patunan,
Brgy. Poblacion, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:00 PM of February 12,
2018. The involved vehicles are ford excursion color white bearing plate no XBR
368 and driven by Nellas Tiu Segundino Jr., 52 years old, married, a resident
of Brgy. Disakan, Manukan while rusi motorcycle (habal-habal) temporary plates
no 090110, driven by Jhonnel Mayuela Lumanda, 24 years old, married habal-habal
driver and a resident of Sitio Matam, Brgy. Upper Disakan, Manukan. Initial
investigation disclosed that veh-2 was travelling from Brgy. Disakan, Going to
Poblacion, Manukan, loaded with 4 sacks of copra when the driver lost control
of his driven mc resulting to bump into an incoming Ford. The driver of
motorcycle was brought to Manukan Medicare Hospital but was declared dead on
arrival by the attending physician. The driver of Ford voluntarily surrendered
to Manukan MPS. Both vehicles incurred damages and now under custody of Manukan
MPS for proper disposition.
Motor Vehicular Traffic Accident
(Non- Collision on Road)
POLANCO
- The person of Ariel Caay Amorganda, 20 years old, male, truck helper, a
resident of Lingasad, Polanco, accidentally fell at about 2:10 PM of February 12, 2018 from the Isuzu elf cargo
truck, color white bearing temporary plate number 070104 and driven by Ignacio Tangcay Tabiliran, 50 years
old married and a resident of Lingasad, Polanco. Initial investigation
conducted investigator disclosed that while the said truck was travelling from Polanco,
going to Sindangan and upon reaching at the National Highway, Brgy. Poblacion,
Manukan particularly in front of Manukan Elementary School the driver reduced
speed to give way to the incoming vehicle however when the truck was about to
gain speed the truck helper on board on the top of the said cargo truck
accidentally fall down to the cemented road and was rushed to Manukan District
Hospital but declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. The driver is
now under custody of Manukan MPS for proper disposition.
