Violation of RA 9165
SIOCON -
The operatives of Siocon MPS conducted illegal drug buy-bust operation at Brgy.
Bucana, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about
3:30 PM of February 11, 2018 particularly at the house of suspect Sadak B.
Sakilan, 30 years old, Filipino, fisherman, single, resident of Brgy. Bucana,
Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte. However, suspect upon sensing the arrival of the
operatives of Siocon MPS, suspect was able to escape and eluded arrest leaving
behind the evidence. evidence recovered at the house were five (5) pcs small
heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules
believed to be “shabu” (possession), one (1) pc small heat sealed transparent
plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be “shabu”
(buy bust), one hundred thirty-three (133) pcs believed used strip rolled
aluminum foils, twenty-four (24) pcs improvised needle served as needle to the lighter,
improvised tooter to smoke, one (1) pc green scissor with white markings “lucky
time”, three (3) pcs cut soft drinks straw served as improvise scoop, one (1)
pc bamboo stick served as improvised clipper, fifty-nine (59) pcs empty cut
heat sealed plastic sachets,, six (6) pcs empty cigarette pack, two (2) unit
cellular phone (Samsung blue without sim), one (1) pc small heat sealed
transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to
be “shabu” (test buy) and php 500.00 peso bill with serial # cc479112, as
marked money.
