Personnel of Dipolog City Police
Station conducted manhunt operation at Ramos Village, Sta. Filomena, Dipolog
City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:10 AM of October 6, 2017. This resulted in
the arrest of Jean Pierre Bovet, 57 years old, male, single, French national
and currently residing at Ramos Village, Sta. Filomena, Dipolog City. This is by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of theft docketed under cc#21911
issued by Hon. Victoriano D. Lacaya, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 9, Dipolog
City Dated September 25, 2017 with bail
bond recommended amounted to twenty two thousand pesos (php 22, 000.00). The
arrested subject person is presently detained at Dipolog CPS for proper
disposition.

Operatives of Dapitan City
Police Station and Rizal MPS conducted manhunt operation was conducted at Barangay
Balobohan, Municipality of Rizal, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 6:10 PM of October
6, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Carlito Cerencio Dabad, 46 years old,
male of said place. The accused was arrested by virtue of alias warrant of
arrest issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon, RTC, 9th Judicial Region,
Branch 7, Dipolog City dated June 29, 2010 for the crime of Rape docketed under
cc #15902 with no bail bond recommended. The arrested subject person is
presently detained at said police station for proper disposition.
