Progress Report on Flash Flood Incident
This pertains to the
reported missing six (6) victims of flash floods last October 2, 2017 at Singaran
River, La Libertad, Zamboanga Del Norte. The following victims were already
recovered, to wit: at about 7:50 PM of October 2, 2017, a dead body of Lilia
Parojinog Eleobido, 54 years old was recovered nearby the site of the incident;
at about 11:30 PM of October 2, 2017, a dead body of Delmark Bale Pioco, 18
years old was recovered at River Side Of Dampalan River Dapitan City; at about 12:52 AM of October 3, 2017 a dead
body of Jhoanna Ciano Tuse, 40 years old was recovered Barangay Simay River,
Dapitan City; at about 10:00 am of October 3, 2017, a dead body of Federico
Melancio Calunsag was recovered at Brgy Opao River, Dapitan City; at about 2:50
PM of October 3, 2017, Jun Gio Obordo, 22 years old was recovered at Sitio
Nituan, Brgy Opao River, Dapitan City; at about 5:30 AM of October 4, 2017, a
dead body of Rosemarie Alvarico Pactorayan, 47 years old was recovered at the River
Of Brgy Oyan, Dapitan City. All cadavers of the victims were turned-over to
their respective relatives for proper disposition.
Hacking Incident
Hacking incident transpired
at Sitio Tribal, Biayon, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 6:00 PM of October
4, 2017 wherein victim Anahaw Luciana
Ombrero, 19 years old, single, lesbian, was hacked by Francis Villalon Abines,
28 years old, farmer, married both of Dapitan City . Investigation conducted
disclosed that the suspect was having a drinking session with friends at the
house of a certain Eliezer Tumapat, suspect and Eliezer Tumapat had a heated
argument. a few minutes later, they went outside the house wherein they saw
suspect was already armed with bolo and tried to hack Eliezer but suddenly hit
the victim which was about to pacify the duo, victim sustaining hacked wounds
in her right arm and left knee and was immediately brought to Zanorte Medical
Center, Dipolog City for medication. Suspect was arrested by the responding PNP
of Sergio Osmena MPS and presently detained at said station for proper
disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
Combined operatives of
Regional Intelligence Unit 9, Gutalac MPS and Siocon MPS conducted manhunt
operation at Brgy Matiag, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 3:50 AM of October
4, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Armando Lucman Alimba, 35 years old,
married, laborer and resident of Brgy. Matiag, Siocon. The subject person has
standing warrant of arrest for the crime of homicide dated august 20, 2015,
issued by judge Oscar D. Tomarong, Branch 28, 9th RTC, Liloy docketed in cc no.
l-002534 with bail bond recommendation amounting to Php40,000.00. Confiscated
during his arrest; one (1) unit caliber .38 colt revolver bearing serial number
104560 loaded with six (6) live ammunitions. Arrested person and the
confiscated items were brought to Gutalac MPS for proper disposition.
